Abstract

The borrowing and returning of medical records carried out at Puskesmas X is still done manually, there is no recording of medical records in and out of the expedition book in the MR unit which makes it difficult for officers to find patient medical records borrowed by the poly. The ineffectiveness of these activities hampers officer work and patient service activities if MR file has not returned to the MR room within 1x24 hours. Recording patient identity is still done manually using books and Excel so that double recording occurs which is considered ineffective by officers. In addition, the numbering of MR is recorded manually into a book based on the village code in Puskesmas X so that it is prone to number errors. The purpose of this study is to design an information system for borrowing and returning medical record files at Puskesmas X Pasuruan Regency to solve these problems. This type of research is Research and Development with the waterfall method and data collection through observation and interviews. The result of this research is a MR file loan and return information system that can facilitate the performance of MR officers at Puskesmas.

Abstract

The library is a source of information literacy, so it requires adequate facilities and infrastructure to support this. To get satisfaction from the academic community, it is necessary to improve more practical information systems and make it easier for officers and visitors. This research develops a Chatbot application used as a library online customer service at the Widya Cipta Husada Malang Institute of Health Technology to convey library information. This research uses a qualitative method. System development uses the stages of the waterfall programming method. Stages consist of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. They are using vscode software as an editor and phyton, HTML, and JavaScript programming languages. The Chatbot system uses AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language) as a knowledge base. The Chatbot system can answer and have conversations with users according to knowledge related to library information. The expected results of the system can help visitors and librarians in delivering fast and accurate information. The results of this study show that the WIDYA Chatbot system can run well and accurately because it has an accuracy of 90%.

Abstract

UD. Alam Raya is a trading business engaged in the sale of building materials. UD. Alam Raya provides various types of building materials such as wood, nails, cement, iron, electrical tools, pipes, glue, and other building materials. In processing inventory and finances are still not computerized. Recording of sales transactions and purchases of goods is still done manually on notes and large sheets of paper grouped by transaction date. Recording on paper media is less effective because when the paper is exposed to water, the writing on it also fades, hindering the process of making financial reports. Based on these problems, a computerized building material inventory information system is needed in order to facilitate sales and purchase data processing as well as financial reports at UD. universe. This study uses qualitative research methods and the waterfall software development method, as well as the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language using the CodeIgniter framework. This research succeeded in designing and creating a building material inventory information system at UD. universe. The benefit of this building material inventory information system is that it makes it easier to make purchase reports, sales reports, and financial reports at UD. universe
