Abstract

CV Sumber Rezeki is an MSME engaged in the production and sale of furniture based on requests from buyers or consumers which include household furniture, office interiors, kitchen sets, room sets, hotel interiors, apartment interiors and all types of wood-based craft work. The development of the industrial revolution 4.0 has a major impact on MSME development actors. However, not all MSMEs in Surabaya City utilize technology in their business processes. CV. Sumber Rezeki requires a strategy that can be used in planning raw material needs which aims to emphasize the purchase of raw material needs that are only used to make furniture or production through ordering requests from consumers or buyers. The results of this study indicate that the application can help CV. Sumber Rezeki in solving raw material inventory planning problems. This will make it easier for companies to determine the frequency of purchases, how many times each message should be sent, the amount of raw material orders for each message, the number of orders for each shipment, and the total cost of raw material inventory with Just In Time (JIT).

Abstract

This research investigates factors influencing the acceptance of the POSKeTanMu online population administration system in Mojokerto Regency using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM 3). POSKeTanMu (Pelayanan Online Sistem Kependudukan Tanpa Ketemu) is a self-service online population administration system for residents of Mojokerto Regency. A quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied, analyzing data from 159 respondents through questionnaires. Findings indicate that Behavioral Intention (BI) significantly influences user independence and responsibility. Key factors affecting technology acceptance include perceived usefulness, ease of use, social influence, and experience, while computer anxiety and system usability showed no significant impact. Additionally, the study explores the implementation of the Double Track program using a qualitative case study approach, guided by Thomas Lickona’s character-building theory. Data collection involved interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s framework. Results highlight ease of use, perceived benefits, and social perceptions as major drivers of technology adoption. Positive user experiences and social support play crucial roles in enhancing e-government adoption. This research contributes to the development of POSKeTanMu and provides strategic recommendations for the government to strengthen digital service implementation. Findings offer valuable insights for policy formulation to improve e-government services and promote broader technology adoption in society.

Abstract

Malang City Tourism has become one of the tourist destinations favored by visitors, with a good Marketing SIM from tourist destinations, the quality of information provided by these tourist destinations, and the quality of service when tourists visit these tourist destinations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the existence of a marketing sim, information quality, and service quality on tourist loyalty in the Colorful Village of Malang City through tourist satisfaction. The population in this study were all people who had visited Kampung Warna Warni Malang City, with a total sample of 105 respondents and in this study the data analysis technique used was path analysis. The results of this study found that marketing SIM and service quality had a direct effect on tourist loyalty, while information quality did not have a direct effect on tourist loyalty. The results of this study also showed that marketing SIM, information quality and service quality had an effect on tourist loyalty through tourist satisfaction which can be interpreted that tourist satisfaction really mediates in this study. The conclusion that can be drawn is that tourists who are loyal to the tourist destination of the Colorful Village of Malang City are tourists who are satisfied with the marketing SIM, quality of information, and quality of service in the Colorful Village of Malang City.

Abstract

Data management in the library of SMP Negeri 1 Muaragembong Bekasi is still done manually. This results in data loss, as well as errors in data collection. So it is necessary to design a computerized library system to make it easier to manage library data. The data collection technique used by the author is field observation and conducting interviews with librarian regarding current procedures, as well as existing problems at SMP Negeri 1 Muaragembong Bekasi. This library information system is made using UML modeling, with MySQL database, as well as the PHP programming language, and Codeigniter as its framework. This information system can be used to manage member data, book data, and manage book borrowing data, book return data and can be used to print reports

Abstract

Wisma XYZ is engaged in the public service business providing lodging, meeting rooms, sports facilities and other major events (seminars, graduations, exhibitions, weddings etc.) The stages of research carried out are collecting data through literature studies, interviews, and observations, as well as analyzing software requirements, building databases with MySQL, designing interfaces using CSS, javascript, HTML, and PHP, testing programs as the final stage in making web-based application. Based on the results of the user acceptance test, this Reservation Order information system is able to facilitate interested parties (in this case students, lecturers, academics and study program staff) to obtain the required information, become a solution in efforts to improve academic services and simplify the management process because it is easy accessed through web media

Abstract

Design and Build an IT Ticketing Helpdesk Information System at the Hospital. Metropolitan Medical Center is a system that can help to provide services in the form of additional requests or feature troubleshooting on existing applications on the RS. Metropolitan Medical Centre. IT Information System Design Ticketing Helpdesk at Hospital. Metropolitan Medical Center comes with features supporters in the form of categories and classifications of requests or requests with different due dates for work selected category. In addition, Design and Build IT Information Systems Ticketing Helpdesk at Hospital. Metropolitan Medical Center uses user leveling system. So, it can help SIRS department staff (Hospital Information System) to manage query data adding or troubleshooting features proposed by staff other units/departments in existing applications. The process of making an IT Ticketing Helpdesk Information System Design on RS. The Metropolitan Medical Center uses the Research Method Development by taking data from RS. Metropolitans Medical Centre, interviewed SIRS department staff, literature review supports problem-solving theory as well as the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) for the design of the application system. This application is web based which can be accessed via Firefox and Google Chrome browser software.

Abstract

Academic information system is an application designed for the needs of managing school academic data so that schools can manage academic data better and more efficiently. Website creation in this study uses the programming language PHP Native and JavaScript, for the design used is CSS and the CSS Framework, namely Bootstrap, and the Database Engine used is the MySQL Database. The application that will be made will be able to perform CRUD operations for student data, student grades, teachers, subjects, posts, student and user accounts, besides that the front page will display information about school profiles and activities. Complete CRUD operations can only be performed by the admin, while students can only see their own data (including grades). Forms that will be created include Admin Login Form, Student Login Form, User Registration Form (Admin), Student Account Registration Form, Add Student Data Form, Value Input Form, Create Post Form, Student Data Edit Form, Value Edit Form, Post Edit Form and User Edit Forms. In the development which will later produce a web-based academic information system application, it is hoped that it can further assist Al-Mukhlisin Bogor Islamic High School in terms of managing academic data so that it can be even better and more effective. Students can access and view grades, personal data or information about school activities on the web-based academic application.

Abstract

Recruitment System At PT. ZYX uses an inefficient system, where applicants apply for vacancies via WhatsApp. Some people think that vacancies that must apply via WhatsApp are characteristics of fraudulent vacancies. Therefore we need a web-based recruitment information system. With a web-based system, applicants will have more confidence in vacancies and also make it easier for the recruitment team to process applicant data, because when applicants apply for vacancies, applicant data will enter the database, so the recruitment team does not need to manually input applicant data into the database.In research on the design of the recruitment information system using literature and field studies using the PHP Framework programming language, MySQL Database, designing the user interface using HTML, CSS and Javascript and conducting program trials in the final stages of creating a web-based recruitment information system.The results of this study conclude that a web-based recruitment information system has been designed and tested at PT. Impact Power Mandiri which can produce information regarding the management of applicant data, vacancy data, applicant status data and create web-based recruitment reports optimally and efficiently.

Abstract

Internet technology is changing the way you live and how you shop in the present era. TPI (Fish Auction Place) is a market that is the center of buying and selling and auction fish. The obstacles faced by TPI include errors in the receipt / bidding of fish prices at auctions. Therefore, an auction information system is needed that is able to overcome auction transactions at TPI. This fish auction information system is built web-based with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The system development method uses a waterfall model and is tested with the blackbox testing method where the results show the running of all functional systems.

Abstract

Monitoring and management of program material/content on television stations is crucial for it to be run and presented effectively and efficiently. This writing explains the obstacles faced and determines the right solution to overcome each obstacle faced. Using descriptive presentation and data collection methods carried out in the form of literature studies, field studies in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. Based on research, it can be concluded that PT ITV still uses other TV systems to record program data, so that PT ITV has difficulties in monitoring content material, limited access to using this system. Having a computerized Mandiri Library Management system is a must according to PT ITV's needs. In its creation, there were 4 actors/Users in this information system, namely: Programming, Library, QC (Quality Control), and MCR (Master Control Room). Programming can input the program Playlist, the Library can manage the program Playlist data, QC can check and make status changes, and MCR can see the daily Playlist that is ready to be broadcast.
