Abstract

Universitas Negeri Surabaya memiliki perpustakaan digital atau yang disebut juga dengan Digilib Unesa mempunyai berbagai macam layanan, ruang, dan dukungan untuk anggota akademis termasuk mahasiswa. Adanya Digilib tentunya memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mencari berbagai referensi seperti buku hingga penelitian terdahulu khususnya yang sedang menempuh semester akhir dan mengerjakan tugas akhir yang memerlukan berbagai macam referensi. Melihat pentingnya layanan ini tentunya membutuhkan pengembangan secara berkala agar dapat terus meningkatkan layanan yang dimiliki. Salah satu masalah penting ialah masalah tingkat kepuasan pengguna Digilib. Maka dari itu perlu adanya analisis kepuasan mahasiswa jurusan teknik informatika UNESA terhadap Digilib untuk menentukan kepuasan pengguna, kenyamanan pengguna, kecepatan pencarian informasi, dan kemudahan saat mengakses Digilib Unesa. Penelitian ini mengadopsi variabel dari framework PIECES, Usability Testing, dan Information System Success yang akan digunakan sebagai indikator dalam instrumen penelitian. Analisa data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan IBM SPSS AMOS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Information and Data serta Performance memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap variabel dependen Attractiveness yang berarti pengguna tertarik dalam menggunakan Digilib Unesa karena mempunyai website yang stabil, menyajika informasi dan data yang tepat serta user interface yang menarik dengan hubungan antar variabel dapat dijelaskan sebesar 76,8%. Adapun pengaruh positif variabel independen Performance dan Attractiveness terhadap variabel dependen Information System Success yang berarti bahwa pengguna merasa puas dengan pelayanan Digilib Unesa karena memiliki performa website yang baik, mudah diakses, dan mudah dipelajari dengan hubungan antar variabel sebesar 51,8%.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat membutuhkan suatu sistem untuk menjaga keamanan data dan informasi. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Madiun merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mengelola teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di Kota Madiun. Sebagai instansi yang bertugas untuk melayani dan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat, DISKOMINFO Kota Madiun rentan terhadap potensi ancaman keamanan informasi yang dapat menghambat kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu, untuk memenuhi standar keamanan informasi ISO 27001:2013 maka dibutuhkan suatu penilaian analisis keamanan informasi berdasarkan pemetaan ISO 27005:2013 sebagai acuan standar keamanan informasi internasional dengan metode Failure Model Effect Analysis (FMEA). Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan pemetaan referensi kontrol dan Annex A pada perencanaan ruang lingkup sistem keamanan informasi yang dibangun dan bukti dokumen terkait. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa penilaian risiko pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Pemerintah Kota Madiun berada di tingkat level low dan medium dan didapatkan rekomendasi SOP sebagai bentuk mitigasi risiko. The rapid use of information technology requires a system to maintain data and information security. The Madiun City Communication and Informatics Service is a government agency that has the responsibility for managing information and communication technology in the City of Madiun. As an agency whose job is to serve and provide information to the public, DISKOMINFO in Madiun City is vulnerable to potential information security threats that can hinder its performance. Therefore, to meet the ISO 27001:2013 information security standard, an information security analysis assessment is needed based on ISO 27005:2013 mapping as a reference for international information security standards using the Failure Model Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. The method used is to map control references and Annex A to planning the scope of the information security system being built and related document evidence. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the risk assessment at the Madiun City Government Communication and Information Service was at low and medium levels and SOP recommendations were obtained as a form of risk mitigation.

Abstract

information technology in this era is one of the main tools that support human activities in various fields such as information processing and communication. With the help of information technology, operational and production processes will become more effective and efficient. UD Dewa Jaya is a company engaged in the business of producing ceramics and selling ceramics from its products or using other brands. The company has several places for product storage or warehouses, each with different functions. Warehouse A is intended for storing special ceramic products that have been ordered from manufacturers, while warehouse B is for storing special products with granite types. The company faces several issues in the process of managing and recording product stocks and transactions. The use of space in the warehouse has not been strategically organized, resulting in poorly arranged positions of items in the warehouse. This research is aimed at assisting the company in managing and recording items in the warehouse and facilitating the process of product allocation with the help of product classification. Product classification determines the position or location of items in the warehouse based on their categorized class. With this research, it is hoped that the company can determine the positions and placements of items in the warehouse based on the categorized product classes. This will also ease the company in determining evaluations and sales strategies for products that have been grouped and categorized by the system. Using a web-based application will make it easier for the company to use the system, as technologies such as computers and smartphones are already used as operational media for the company.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Penilaian NonAkademik UNESA (SIPENA) adalah suatu sistem yang didesain untuk sarana atau fasilitas yang mendukung dalam proses penilaian nonakademik mahasiswa. Dalam upaya mengoptimalkan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap SIPENA, dibutuhkan sebuah model dengan menggunakan metode dari machine learning dengan membandingkan algoritma terbaik untuk klasifikasi data kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna SIPENA. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti membuat dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepuasan pengguna kepada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya berdasar dengan variabel dan indikator yang dibutuhkan yaitu, kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kegunaan yang dirasakan dan kepuasan pengguna itu sendiri. Hasil dari kuesioner tersebut diolah dengan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Setelah didapatkan hasil yang valid dan reliabel peneliti melanjutkan mengolah dataset kepuasan pengguna SIPENA pada tools Jupyter Notebook dengan library PyCaret untuk dilakukan klasifikasi dan perbandingan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 16 model algoritma klasifikasi pada library PyCaret yang dibandingan pada dataset kepuasan pengguna SIPENA, model dari algoritma Extra Trees Classifier adalah yang terbaik dengan nilai akurasi 0.9743, yang kedua adalah algoritma Logistic Regression dengan nilai akurasi 0.9714, dan yang ketiga adalah algoritma Random Forest Classifier dengan nilai akurasi 0.9657.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have a very important role in a country's economy. One of the MSMEs engaged in tourism is DNA Art Shop, located in Tanah Lot Art Market, Tabanan, Bali. This UMKM sells various souvenirs and souvenir clothes for tourists visiting Tanah Lot. Of course, in running business operations, each MSME has its own obstacles. Based on information obtained during interviews with sellers from DNA Art Shop, the obstacles faced are related to the inventory of goods. This obstacle is caused by the process of recording incoming and outgoing goods that have not been recorded properly, excess and shortage of stock items due to errors in stock information, and the accumulation of old goods that have not been sold. In connection with these problems, the purpose of this study is to design an inventory information system that can overcome the obstacles of recording goods at DNA Art Shop. The design of this information system uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of Requirement Planning, Workshop Design, Implementation, and Testing. The inventory management method applied in this study is the First In First Out (FIFO) method where the first item to enter inventory is the first to be sold or used. The result of this research is a website-based inventory information system that is a solution to the problem of data collection of goods at DNA Art Shop.

Abstract

Dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, keamanan informasi sangat penting untuk diperhatikan oleh seluruh anggota organisasi atau instansi. Salah satu organisasi yang perlu memperhatikan keamanan informasinya adalah rumah sakit. Banyak data penting yang dikelola rumah sakit, seperti data pribadi pasien dan data rekam medis. Terdapat peraturan yang menuliskan bahwa data pribadi dan data rekam medis pasien harus disimpan dan dijaga keamanannya dari akses dan penggunaan yang tidak memiliki hak. Untuk itu, diperlukan penerapan manajemen keamanan informasi pada rumah sakit untuk menjamin keamanan data medis milik pasien agar tetap utuh, tersedia, akurat, dan rahasia. Selain menerapkan manajemen keamanan informasi sesuai dengan standar dan protokol yang berlaku, perlu dilakukan evaluasi atau penilaian terhadap manajemen keamanan informasi yang diterapkan. Indeks Keamanan Informasi, atau Indeks KAMI, dibuat oleh Kementerian Kominfo dan disesuaikan dengan standar ISO 27001:2013, dimaksudkan untuk membantu instansi dalam mengukur kematangan, kesiapan, dan kelengkapan manajemen keamanan informasi. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan evaluasi keamanan informasi pada RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro, yang terletak di Kabupaten Bojonegoro menggunakan Indeks KAMI yang telah sesuai dengan standar dan protokol ISO 27001:2013. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoeosoemo Bojonegoro belum menerapkan pengamanan yang layak sesuai standar ISO 27001:2013. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a website-based information system for employee leave submission and approval specifically aimed at HCGA admins to make it easier to recap data and reduce the remaining employee leave. In general, it is aimed at managers to facilitate the process of approving leave that has been submitted by employees. As well as making it easier for employees to carry out the flow of applying for leave easily and quickly. Employees can receive this information face-to-face with the HCGA (Human Capital General Officer) admin because it can be accessed anytime and anywhere through the website. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is used as a system development method applied in this study. The steps or stages of this method are requirement planning, user design, construction, and cutover. At the requirement planning stage, interviews, observations and literature studies are carried out. At the user design stage, a prototype is made of diagrams according to the needs of the system. The construction stage is carried out to make a system based on the approved prototype design. Meanwhile, in the cutover stage, testing the website that has been built uses the Blackbox testing method. The test is carried out to ensure that the system that has been built does not have errors that can affect the functionality of the system.

Abstract

The research focuses on the development of a blast system and chatbot for disseminating information within the IPI (Ibu Pembelajar Indonesia) Community using the Whatsapp-web.js library. The main objective of this research is to address the limitation of the maximum number of members in a WhatsApp group, which is only 1,024 members, and to disseminate information in a community that has more than 4,000 members. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is used in the development of this system, which includes the stages of requirement planning, design, rapid construction, and cutover. The results of the study indicate that the blast system enables admins to disseminate information en masse to all members without having to select numbers one by one, while the chatbot provides automatic interaction and real-time responses to community members. The developed system has proven to be effective in disseminating information quickly and accurately, reducing manual workload, and minimizing the potential for communication errors. Moreover, the implemented chatbot technology has successfully enhanced member engagement and satisfaction through more dynamic interactions and content personalization based on usage data analysis. Nonetheless, this research suggests the development of additional features, enhancement of data security, and training and socialization to ensure optimal system utilization. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term impact of using this system and to test its scalability in other communities or organizations with complex communication needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjadwalan preventive maintenance untuk meminimalisir downtime mesin produksi menggunakan algoritma Shortest Job First (SJF) di PT. Panca Kalsiumindo Perkasa. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Algoritma SJF dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam memprioritaskan pekerjaan dengan waktu eksekusi terpendek, sehingga mengurangi waktu tunggu dan meningkatkan efisiensi perawatan mesin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini efektif dalam mengurangi downtime mesin produksi, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan mudah digunakan oleh berbagai level pengguna di perusahaan. Selain itu, pengujian penerimaan pengguna (UAT) menunjukkan respon positif, menandakan sistem dapat diterima dan digunakan dengan baik. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, PT. Panca Kalsiumindo Perkasa dapat meminimalkan kerugian akibat kerusakan mesin dan meningkatkan kinerja produksi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

All animals definitely need a check-up every month or every year and have experienced an illness that makes pet owners definitely take their pets to the veterinary clinic to keep their animals healthy. One of them is the Galaxy Satwa veterinary clinic. Currently, the recording system at the Galaxy Satwa clinic still uses manual recording and there is no organized appointment system, so doctors often experience many problems and are overwhelmed due to these limitations, such as running out of paper for recording medical records, medical record data being lost or wet, and patient queues piling up. Therefore, the author created an information system that can simplify the operation of the system in clinics which include website and mobile-based medical record recording and appointment arrangements. The research was prepared using the Extreme Programming method. Website system development uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, while for mobile system development uses the Dart programming language with the Flutter framework. The database used in this application is MySQL. For testing, use the Whitebox testing method with the Basic Path technique and the results show that all test cases / paths for the features being tested were successfully run at least once. The Cyclomatic Complexity and independent path values ??for each feature tested are the same, so the system built is appropriate.
