Abstract

Have been conducted by research at Apotek Aulia Padang where problems taken as base in writing of this journal that is sale of medicines pursuant to doctor recipe. Presentation of report related to sale information presented in the form of tables which this matter assumed will be more clear and accurate when compared to previous report only made by using form which have made available and without mentioning sold medicines type. Biggest benefit from presentation of this report that is to be can predict to water down in is ready of information related to data sale of the medicine. And in its application scheme, used by visual basic 6.0 programing language with aim to be easier understood by user.

Abstract

SMK Teknologi Plus Padang has not used computerized systems in data processing student attendance. So, we need an absentee application information can be accessed by carers are easy and quick to help them serving student attendance information. The research method to build these applications through, system development SDLC that stage of system planning, system analysis, system design, and implementation system and thus creating an application that can process student attendance data into information absenteeism in the form of short message SMS that can be easily accessed by guardians of students through mobile devices.

This research is conducted to analyze the medical records patient where these data areprocessed using UML it aims to getting a proper diagnose of patients drugs use in accordance with his disease .In this study author uses the method of observation and interviews to obtion data that writers need. Data that has been applied writer get backed into a website with php programming language .So with this website  servies patients who where at the  POSKESKEL to see her medical record online , with the sense of patients had suffered the same can use drugs have been is in medical record patients.

Abstract

Information Systems Budget Plan (RAB) is created using information from a number of data ie data processing tender documents or data relating to the auction that will be followed. Budget Plan Information system can be applied in the problem of preparing the Budget Plan, that facilitate in making the tender documents. All the required data will be grouped and stored in a database so as  to minimize errors in the calculation process of making budget plan fee. Currently manufacture Budget plan is not going well, part of the operator PT. Cipta Aparta have difficulty in classifying the data and the frequent occurrence of errors during the process of arithmetic. therefore the use of information technology and communications bring the idea to create a Information System Budget Plan (RAB) Development of Distributed Networks (Medium, Low, and Substation) at  PT. Cipta Aparta with C # and MySQL.

Abstract

Constructing information question with correct grammar is an ability that should be owned by the students. The aim of this research is to find out the research question about how the students’ ability in constructing information question is. This is a descriptive research. The data were collected from twenty-eight students of eighth grade of SMP 30 Padang that were chosen randomly. This research used test as the instrument that consist of twelve question tests that represent question word what, where, who, why, when, and how. Analysis data based on indicators of information question; question word, auxiliary verb, subject, main verb, and sentence complement. From the result of this study, it was gained that students’ abilities were very good in determining question word, not very good in determining auxiliary verb, good in determining subject, not good in determining verb, and average in determining complement. It can be concluded that students have good ability in determining question word, subject, and complement in constructing information question, while students still have low ability in determining auxiliary verb and verb in constructing information question.

Abstract

Pada saat ini perpusakan Fastikom UNSIQ mempunyai jumlah dokumen yang tersedia sangat besar, pencarian secara manual dapat dilakukan dengan membaca setiap dokumen pada koleksi dokumen untuk mendapatkan dokumen yang tepat dan sesuai kebutuhan. Namun, pencarian seperti itu membutuhkan waktu yang lama jika jumlah dokumen sangat banyak. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan Information Retrieval System. Proses dalam Information Retrieval dapat digambarkan sebagai sebuah proses untuk mendapatkan relevant documents dari collection documents yang ada melalui pencarian query yang diinputkan user. Information Retrieval (IR) merupakan suatu metode untuk menemukan kembali data tidak terstruktur yang tersimpan pada sekumpulan dokumen, kemudian menyediakan informasi mengenai subyek yang dibutuhkan. (Bunyamin, 2005) Seiring peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa, maka semakin banyak penelitian dengan judul yang hampir mirip, karena susahnya melakukan penelitian dengan metode yang baru maka salah satu cara mudah untuk mengantisipasi kesamaan judul penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan sebuah sistem, yaitu Information Retrival (IR).

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is perceived as a part of the core of education in this 21st century-learning. Experts have explored the integration of pedagogical ICT in teaching and learning recently. But none of them explored the teacher’s competence to integrate pedagogical ICT as they assess the extent to which ICT integrated by the teacher in teaching. This research aims to investigate the teacher competence levels to use ICT and the extent to which the ICT integrated by the teacher in English language teaching. Classroom observation and interview were used as data collecting technique to reach the objectives. To produce an in-depth description, this case study focuses on the description of the individual teacher as the target of the investigation. Teacher’s ICT competence levels were classified using professional framework rank ICT competence level (UNESCO, 2011). While SAMR model was used as the data analysis tool to determine the extent to which ICT integrated by the teacher in the English language teaching. The results of this research indicate that the teacher's competence to use ICT was still beginner. It means that the teacher is dominant with the use of basic features of presentation, word processor software such as powerpoint and Microsoft word and other digital resources. It is also reported that teacher’s ICT integration level with the domination at the substitution level and augmentation level. These findings reflect the ability of the teacher in integrating ICT in teaching. The teacher is considered only be able to use basic function in a limited number of computer application with only little change and improvement.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat dari teknologi informasi, maupun proses pabrikan mengakibatkan pendeknya siklus hidup produk. Setiap perusahaan akan berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, pelayanan yang cepat, mudah, dan terus menciptakan berbagai inovasi – inovasi baru untuk tetap dapat unggul dan bertahan di pasar. Selain produktivitas dan efisiensi yang perlu ditingkatkan, perusahaan juga harus memahami dan mengetahui apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen. Tujuan  pada  penelitian  ini  ada   5   yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Information sharing dalam Supply Chain Management secara parsial terhadap kinerja perusahaan. 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh long term relationship dalam Supply Chain Management secara parsial terhadap kinerja perusahaan.  3) Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh cooperation dalam Supply Chain Management secara parsial terhadap kinerja perusahaan. 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh proses integration dalam Supply Chain Management secara parsial terhadap kinerja perusahaan. 5) Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation dan proses integration secara simultan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Information Sharing berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Long Term Relationship tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Cooperation tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Integration berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eksplanatory research. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survai. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian  ini  adalah  seluruh IKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan  jumlah  sampel 100 dan  teknik  pengambilan  sampelnya  adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan  adalah  Analisis Linier Berganda.

Abstract

Diarrhea cases in children under five are still one of the causes of the death of most children. Based on reports from the Palembang City Health Office, there is an increase in the number of diarrhea cases in urban areas between 2015-2016. There is one health center in urban areas that has a 4-fold increase between 2015-2016. The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes of an increase in diarrhea cases in the working area of Punti Kayu health center which included urban areas. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using secon-dary data, interviews with 3 health center staff and regional observations. The research was conducted in the working area of Punti Kayu Palembang Health Center. The results will be analyzed using the GIS approach to produce a map of the spatial distribution of diarrhea cases in children between 2015-2016 in the city of Palembang. In addition, the Content Analysis method to investigate the causes of increased cases. After analysis, it was found that between 2015-2016 the highest increase in cases was in Alang-alang sub-district where there was the Punti Kayu Health Center. The cause of the increase in the number of cases is due to the presence of non-working areas in Punti Kayu health centers such as Sukarame, Talang Kelapa, and Social along with the widespread use of National Health Insurance. In addition, health promotion to the homes of most residents was rejected. The need for innovation in raising awareness about the importance of private sanitation and the need for separation of reporting between patients in the work area and non working areas so that it is clear how many cases in the area need to be intervened by the health care

Abstract

Basically the task of teachers to educate, teach, train and evaluate students, so that learners can become human beings who can carry out life in harmony with his nature as human beings. related to the task of teachers in evaluating students then teachers should have the skills to teach. It is therefore necessary for the principal's role to motivate teachers to improve their performance and objectives to help teachers clearly see the purpose of education and to achieve the educational goals by fostering and developing better teaching methods and procedures. The purpose of this research is to improve teacher competence in the use of ICT, so as to improve teacher achievement and performance in competing in this globalization world. So with the use of ICT teachers are able to access and create lesson material that is better and interesting so siswapun will have better learning achievement also especially at SD Negeri 08 Pasar Surantih. The research will be applied is the School Action Research (PTS) is a type of research conducted by the principal and school supervisor. As Mulyasa pointed out that the School Action Research is an effort to improve the performance of the education system and improve school management to be productive, effective and efficient. this type of research needs to be introduced to principals and school supervisors through education and training (PTS) training. In the implementation of the PTS training, it is expected that the principal and school supervisor can: (1) understand the PTS as part of scientific research, (2) understand the meaning of private universities, (3) understand the compilation of the PTS proposal, (4) carry out and report the results of PTS conducted. According to Directorate of Tendik (2008) Step - Step PTS consists of four stages, yaituplanning (Plan), action (action), observation (observation) and reflection (reflection). The spiral cycle of the PTS stages can be as follows: The preliminary plan, prior to conducting the research the researcher formulates the problem formulation, the objectives and the action plan, including the research instrument and learning device 2. The action is done after the draft is prepared. Action is part of what will be done in Action Research School in research 3. Observation done when the teacher in bombing using a computer. The performance of teachers is strongly influenced by several factors, among others: firstly personality personality and high dedication determine the success of teachers in carrying out their duties as reflected in their attitude and actions in fostering and guiding learners. the two factors of professional development of teachers is very important because the task and its role not only provide information science but to form attitudes and souls that can survive in the era of hyperkompetition; the three factors of teaching ability of teachers is a reflection of the mastery of teachers on their competence; the four relationships and communication factors that occur in the work environment provide support for the smooth task of teachers in schools; the five factors of relationships with the community, the role of teachers in supporting school relations activities with the community can improve the understanding of the community about the goals and targets that the school wants to realize; the six disciplinary factors, A work will reap the rewards that satisfy all parties if the teacher is able to obey the specified signs through the application of discipline in carrying out their duties; the seven factors of the welfare level, provide appropriate incentives as a means of improving the welfare of teachers in order to prevent teachers from doing truancy activities by seeking additional outside to meet the needs of life; and the eight conducive working climate factors provide hope for teachers to work more calmly in line with school goals.
