Abstract

The Product reviews on YouTube Channel offer information for consumers to evaluate products before making a decision.  Understanding how consumers adopt the information and its impact on purchase intention becomes crucial. This study aims to determine the influence of information usefulness and information adoption on purchase intention on YouTube channels. The study developed a research model based on the Information Adoption Model (IAM) and Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). A survey design was employed to test the proposed linkages among variables with a sample size of 447 respondents by the purposive sampling method. The study deploys the partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the data. The results confirmed that relevance, comprehensiveness, source expertise,  attitude toward information, and information usefulness positively affect information adoption and purchase intention. Additionally, attitude toward  information has a positive influence on behavioral intentions. However, timeliness, accuracy, and source expertise do not have any significant relationship with the information usefulness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Regent Regulation of Pringsewu No. 25 of 2020 on the Social Welfare Center (PUSKESOS) and to develop a web-mobile-based Puskesos Information System to enhance the effectiveness of social welfare services in Pekon Wates Selatan, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency. The system is designed to facilitate the verification and validation of the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) and to improve transparency in managing beneficiary information. The research employs observation, discussion, and village deliberation (Musdes) methods, using the waterfall model for system development. The results indicate that the developed system functions well, is user-friendly, and is well accepted by users. Its implementation contributes to improving data accuracy, operational efficiency, and the overall quality of public services while supporting the application of e-Government at the village level for effective and sustainable social welfare management.

Abstract

Background: The implementation of hospital information systems is expected to improve employee performance, particularly among doctors as key users. Previous studies have shown that the effectiveness of such systems can positively influence individual performance. Purpose: To analyze of Mental Health and Performance of Doctors Using the Hospital Information System (HIS). Method: This quantitative study used a total sampling technique involving 41 doctors at PRIMA Hospital Pekanbaru. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the influence of various factors on doctors’ performance in using HMIS. The independent variables included knowledge, attitude, experience, doctors’ perception, ease of use, system security and reliability, feature–need suitability, data quality and accessibility, hospital policy, training and supervision support, as well as incentives and performance evaluation. Results: The analysis revealed that only the doctors’ perception variable had a statistically significant effect on doctors' performance (p = 0.010 < 0.05). Other variables including knowledge, attitude, experience, ease of use, system security, hospital policies, training, and incentives showed no significant influence (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Doctors’ perception of HMIS is a key factor in enhancing their performance in using the system. To optimize HMIS implementation, hospitals should focus on improving doctors’ understanding and acceptance through strategies such as targeted education and socialization, simplifying and customizing system features, enhancing system speed and interface, and offering performance-based incentives for HMIS utilization. Abstract

The UB Forest Buntoro area is a biodiversity conservation zone that has the potential to be developed into a tourist forest, so it is planned to build a drainage channel in each section of the road to overcome the runoff that occurs. This research aims to describe an example of the application of BIM in construction planning for drainage channels. In this study, drainage channel planning was done using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Storm and Sanitary Analysis (SSA) software. The AutoCAD Civil 3D application is used to create a road route for which drainage channels are planned, and the SSA is used to analyze the hydrology and hydraulics of the drainage channel. Based on Building Information Modeling findings, the optimal drainage channel design yielded channel dimensions of 0.4 m × 0.4 m. The main channels (RC (Right Channel) and LC (Left Channel)) are planned to use gabion material, while the culverts are planned to use u-ditch material and a construction planning cost of 1.571.818.500,00 IDR. This study intends to give an example of how Building Information Modeling (BIM) is applied in Indonesia, particularly in the area of water resources. It does this by utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and SSA programs to design drainage channels.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether total compensation and wages significantly influence the benefit reaction coefficient of mining organizations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method, but before entering this method, testing will first be carried out using descriptive analysis and classical assumption tests. This research was carried out by taking data on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, namely the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that the two independent variables, namely net profit and loss and operating profit and loss, do not have a significant influence on the profit response coefficient. Net profit and loss for mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange has a significant value of 0.32, which means it is below 0.05. Meanwhile, the variable lab loss from operations has a significant value of 0.729, which means it is above the value of 0.05. The author suggests that future researchers can use a longer observation period and add other variables that influence the earnings response coefficient and investors should pay attention to significant financial variables that influence the earnings response coefficient.

Abstract

This study originates from a question regarding what shapes brand strength in the minds of customers, particularly in the context of mortgage products (KPR) offered by bank. Customer experience, product features, and digital information are considered key interrelated factors. The study involved 100 mortgage customers of bank and employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that customer experience and product features have a strong influence on customer-based brand equity (CBBE), while digital information did not show a significant direct effect. Product features such as competitive interest rates and an easy application process were found to play a dominant role in shaping brand perception. Furthermore, customer experience influences CBBE indirectly through perceptions of product features. These findings emphasize that brand building is not solely about promotion, but also about delivering real customer experiences, offering clear product value, and implementing effective digital communication strategies.
