Abstract

This research discusses employee performance at PT X and analyses the influence of digital leadership, management information systems, artificial intelligence personal assistance, and employees' cyberloafing. The object of this research is the employees of PT X in Surabaya, and the data collection technique used in this research is saturated samples. This study's total number of respondents was 30 people distributing questionnaires directly. This research is included in the quantitative research using data analysis techniques in the form of Structural Equation Modeling on SmartPLS version 4.0.9.6. The research results obtained are that digital leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, management information system has a significant positive effect on employee performance, artificial intelligence personal assistance has a significant positive impact on employee performance, and meanwhile, employees' cyberloafing has a significant negative impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the relationship between digital leadership, management information systems, artificial intelligence personal assistance, and employees' cyberloafing has a positive influence on employee performance. This research can be a reference for company leaders in improving employee performance by implementing digital leadership, management information systems, artificial intelligence personal assistance, and employees' cyberloafing for employees of PT X

Abstract

The progression of information technology compels organizations to adeptly leverage customer data, particularly in mitigating the elevated rate of client attrition resulting from insufficient comprehension of consumer behavior and limited personalization in marketing approaches.  This study aims to develop and implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, coupled with an RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) dashboard, for the fashion enterprise Whoop Culture.  This system employs the equal-width intervals binning approach to categorize clients based on purchase frequency, transaction value, and the recency of their latest transaction, thereby facilitating the company's understanding of the needs and preferences of each customer category.  This online solution is designed to analyze client data and execute segmentation, facilitating more targeted marketing techniques.  This research aims to enhance the company's performance by gaining a deeper understanding of consumer behavior, enabling Whoop Culture to improve customer retention, sales, and resource allocation.

Abstract

Shift planning and payroll management in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often face inefficiencies and inaccuracies due to manual processes. This research focuses on the implementation of an information system to overcome this challenge at Mang Jana Rice Shop, Bandung. The system aims to automate shift planning and payroll calculation, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. Using the case study method, this research involves the phases of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of the system. The resulting system integrates shift planning with payroll management, reducing payroll errors and optimizing employee scheduling. The system has been tested and evaluated, showing significant improvements in efficiency and user satisfaction. This research contributes to the digital transformation of SMEs by providing practical solutions for managing employee tasks. Further developments, such as mobile integration and advanced attendance tracking, are recommended to improve usability and functionality.

Abstract

Abstract A strategic plan is an organization's detailed and extensive strategy to effectively manage its resources and achieve its goals within a specified period. Effective implementation of an information system necessitates strategic planning inside an organization to capitalize on the advantages of the information system implementation fully. This also applies to a Vocational High School in Cimahi. The school encounters many obstacles, including managing school data and performance assessments and requiring a unified system across departments to facilitate the school's operational procedures. Strategic planning establishes specific objectives, such as integrating information systems in academic and non-academic operations, overseeing school data management, enhancing infrastructure management efficiency, and boosting competitiveness by developing a web-based school support system for information and promotional purposes. Aligning the information system's strategies with the school's business strategies will aid in accomplishing these objectives. Developing information system strategies necessitates alignment with the organization's existing business strategies. This research examines the strategic information system planning process, specifically employing the Ward-Peppard technique. This approach facilitates a more comprehensive comprehension of the firm before developing a strategic plan. It involves doing a SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and McFarlan's strategic grid analysis as recommendations for the proposed information system strategies.

Abstract

A practical and comprehensive information system is essential for operating contemporary auto repair shops, such as Madju Motor Auto Repair Shop in Bandung. This thesis aims to create and implement an information system that can enhance service efficiency and streamline data administration at the shop. This research employs the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM), renowned for its emphasis on adaptable and user-centric software development. This study involves multiple steps, which include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The outcome of this study is establishing an information system that allows clients to arrange car repair appointments conveniently. The system also enables the management to oversee the data that supports the shop's business processes and track the overall performance of the shop. The utilization of the DSDM methodology enables adaptability in system development, facilitating the incorporation of modifications and enhancements by evolving company requirements and customer preferences. This thesis aims to substantially improve Madju Motor Auto Repair Shop in Bandung substantially, enhancing customer service quality and operational efficiency.

Abstract

A classic problem in learning is the occurrence of learning boredom at school, which is the background for conducting this research. This research aims to analyze the competency of elementary school teachers regarding the tutorial model in information and communication technology (ICT) learning and determine the obstacles teachers have in implementing the tutorial model in ICT learning at the Avicenna Lasem Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). The research used a case study method with the research subjects being grade 3-6 teachers and one information and communication technology (ICT) teacher. Data was obtained through interviews. The research results show that conceptually, teachers understand the tutorial model in information and communication technology (ICT) learning well, but in practice, 4 out of 5 teachers studied still need to implement the tutorial model in learning. This research also reveals that teachers experience obstacles in implementing the tutorial model in information and communication technology (ICT) learning.

Abstract

Building Information Modelling (BIM) merupakan suatu pendekatan kolaboratif antar disiplin ilmu berbasis teknologi digital yang memungkinkan para pemangku kepentingan proyek untuk berbagi keseluruhan informasi secara efektif, pengoptimalan proses perencanaan, konstruksi, dan pengelolaan fasilitas. Studi ini bertujuan merencanakan struktur dan pengimplementasian BIM dalam proyek Gedung Kampus Jakarta Global University menggunakan Autodeks RSAP 2024 sebagai perangkat lunak Analisa struktur dengan pengintegrasian Autodeks Revit 2024 untuk penggambaran gambar rencana dan perhitungan volume. Pemodelan struktur yang ditinjau hanya pada tower A, dan memodifikasi denah menjadi denah tipikal, serta menggunakan standar-standar terbaru yang berlaku. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan dalam perencanaan gedung Kampus Jakarta Global University Tower A dengan implementasi BIM.

Abstract

a food can be said to be halal or haram not only seen from the basic ingredients, but broader than that, it needs to be seen from additional ingredients, processing, production processes, packaging, distribution, storage to the final consumer ‘end-user’. Therefore, the supply chain is an approach that is in accordance with the indicators of food that can be said to be halal. This research aims to describe the concept of Halal Supply Chain for chicken and beef commodities whose management model can have implications for the management of productive zakat funds. In addition, designing a website-based technology system for halal beef and chicken supply chains The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach using data collection methods of interviews, observation, and documentation, after the data is collected, the data is processed using the system development life cycle (SDLC) method. The system development life cycle (SDLC) consists of 6 stages, namely planning (planning), analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), testing or implementation (testing & integration), and the last is maintenance (maintenance). The results obtained from this study define the concept of halal supply chain for chicken and beef commodities as a series of processes from upstream to downstream that apply halal principles in every process. Researchers designed a technological breakthrough in a series of halal supply chain processes packaged in a container called a website/application. The use of the website is expected to facilitate every process carried out by stake holders or business actors involved in the halal supply chain. Some of the menus displayed on the website include: Breeders, Abattoirs, Traders, Buyers / Consumers, Halal MUI, Livestock Service Office, Indonesian Consumers Foundation

Abstract

Students who plan to attend university frequently struggle with making decisions. The challenge of students' decision-making regarding study program selection in higher education arises from factors such as self-understanding, including intelligence, talents, and interests, as well as understanding of the educational environment and available information on study programs. The objective of this research is to create a recommendation model for high school students in Yogyakarta to choose information technology-based study programs. A model is employed to aid guidance and counseling teachers in offering guidance to high school students regarding their choice of study programs in higher education. This guidance is based on the students' self-awareness and understanding of their surroundings. The research described in this study follows the Borg and Gall model, which consists of 10 development steps in the field of research and development (R&D). Data on the RPP-PT Model was obtained through questionnaires and interview guides. Data analysis involves the utilization of both quantitative and qualitative methods for analyzing data. The study presents a recommendation model for choosing information technology-based study programs in higher education. This model is designed to provide guidance and counseling teachers with recommendations for college study program choices based on students' learning achievement, general abilities, talents, and interests. External factors, including parental expectations, should be taken into account when considering future development.

Abstract

The delay in financial reporting among Sharia-listed manufacturing companies poses a challenge in leveraging dynamic information transparency to influence timely financial reporting, aligning with Opportunistic Theory. This study aims to analyze financial aspects and corporate governance's impact on reporting timeliness, with tax avoidance as a mediator. Employing Purposive Sampling with 111 manufacturing firms, the SEM-PLS formative model reveals ROA, ROE, DAR, DER, independent board, and audit committee individually affect reporting timeliness. Additionally, tax avoidance significantly mediates the relationship between financial ratios, governance, and reporting punctuality. This suggests the crucial role of tax management in steering corporate decisions and highlights implications for sustainable tax policies, minimizing adverse impacts on financial reporting integrity.
