Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak berperan penting dalam membentuk generasi Islam yang berkarakter di era globalisasi. Konsep pendidikan akhlak dalam agama Islam bisa dijumpai dalam Al Quran dan sunnah, sebagai rujukan utama umat muslim. Fokus dalam penelitian adalah konsep pendidikan akhlak yang terdapat dalam Al Quran surat Al-An’am ayat 151. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan konsep pendidikan akhlak yang terkandung dalam surat Al-An’am ayat 151 dan keterkaitannya dengan era globalisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian library research. Persoalan akhlak menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk dikaji. Apalagi melihat kondisi kehidupan semakin dinamis di era globalisasi sekarang ini. Konsep pendidikan akhlak yang tercantum dalam surat Al An’am ayat 151 antara lain beriman kepada Allah (ketauhidan), kasih sayang (termasuk berbakti pada orangtua dan kasih sayang kepada anak)., tanggung jawab dan cinta damai.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan penelitian parsial terhadap hadith tentang pentingnya niat dan menjelaskan fiqhul hadith tentang pengaruh niat terhadap peserta didik. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode content analysis. Hasil dari penelitian parisial ini menunjukkan bahwa hadith tentang pentingnya niat yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Bukhari ini berkualitas shahihu al-hadith karena dalam hadith ini semua periwayat tsiqah, semua sanad dalam hadith ini bersambung (muttasil) dan memiliki hubungan guru dan murid, matan dalam hadith ini tidak syadz, karena tidak bertentangan dengan dalil naqli baik al-Qur’an maupun hadith yang kualitas sanadnya lebih tinggi, dan matan dalam hadith ini tidak mengandung ‘illat, karena tidak bertentangan dengan dalil aqli. Adapun fiqhul hadith tersebut menjelaskan bahwa niat sangat berpengaruh terhadap peserta didik, khususnya dalam motivasi belajar. Jika niat peserta didik benar maka peserta didik tersebut akan termotivasi untuk belajar dengan bersungguh-sugguh, dan begitu juga sebaliknya.Kata kunci:   hadith, niat, analisis parsial, peserta didik

Abstract

Al-Muhasibi was a phenomenal figure in the VIII-IX centuries who mastered several disciplines, especially fiqh and al-hadith as well as Sufism. Al-Muhasibi was born in Iraq in 781 AD (165 AH). His thoughts in the field of Sufism can be found in several of his monumental works, among others, in ar-Risalah lil Huquqillah, al-Washoya aw an-Nashoih, Risalah al-Mustarsyidin, al-Masail fi A'mal al Qulub wa al-Jawarih wa al- Makasib wa al-Aql and Fi Fahm al Qur'an (understanding the Koran). The book of al-Masail fi A'mal al-Qulub wa al-jawarih fi al-Makasib wa-al-Aql by al-Muhasibi essentially leads to spiritual education so that people are clean in mind, have a clear heart and sincerely seek forgiveness and love of Allah in their activities. The Methode used in this paper is qualitative content analysis. This book explaned about zuhud and keeping the body as good as possible to achieve the mercy and blessing from the God the almighty. al Muhasibi explained that people who have simple ideals will cause that person to have positive activities and always be zuhud in spending their assets. This is because, he is afraid that his property will be lost so that he cannot spend it according to Allah's command. al-Muhasibi's thoughts in his book al Masail fi A'mal al-Qulub wa al-jawarih fi al Makasib Wa al-Aql to be used as a qudwah (model) for human behavior. The behavior referred to here is both in the context of human interaction in the vertical dimension, namely interacting with God (Allah), as well as in the horizontal application level, namely human interaction with other humans.

Abstract

Pendidikan dapat dimaknai sebagai proses memanusiakan manusia. Salah satu upaya mengembangkan potensi peserta didik secara optimal adalah melalui pendidikan akhlak. Pendidikan akhlak akhir-akhir ini menjadi perhatian khusus dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengintegrasian Pendidikan Akhlak dan Keilmuan dalam suatu disiplin ilmu pengetahuan, secara khusus pada pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Sekolah Dasar Islam An-Nawawiyah Rembang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian guru yang mengampu mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab di Sekolah Dasar Islam An-Nawawiyah Rembang. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara konsep dan praktik pendidikan akhlak sudah terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab, adapun nilai pendidikan akhlak yang ditemukan antara lain sopan santun, bertanggung jawab dan kejujuran. Begitu pula pengintegrasian keilmuan juga sudah ditemukan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab seperti keilmuan tentang lingkuangan alam dan lingkungan sosial.

Abstract

Curriculum changes from the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) to the 2013 curriculum have an impact on the implementation of learning. The 2013 curriculum applies a scientific learning model with the design of observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating. An important thing for teachers to be able to implement scientific learning competently. This study aims to analyze the competence of elementary school teachers regarding scientific learning in the 2013 curriculum and find out the teacher's obstacles in implementing scientific learning in the 2013 curriculum. The research uses a case study method with the subject of teacher research in several elementary schools in Kendal Regency. Data obtained through interviews. In analyzing the data, the researcher followed the way of Miles and Huberman which consisted of four activity lines, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The results of the study indicate that conceptually, teachers understand scientific learning and its implementation well and competently, but there are some other teachers who are still in the process of adjusting to implementing scientific learning. This study also revealed that there were deficiencies in scientific learning in the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

This study explores how madrasah leaders endeavour to improve the quality of religious education through innovative leadership. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis began with reviewing all data obtained from various sources, followed by a data reduction process. The condensed data was organised in a structured manner by selecting important points. The research findings show that: The madrasah head adopts a forward-thinking leadership approach, collaborating with other leaders to develop madrasah programmes that focus on learning religious subjects. This aims for students to excel in religious education competitions at district, provincial and national levels; The madrasah principal aims to assist students in managing their time effectively. The impact of this study shows that the innovative leadership implemented by the madrasah principal not only improves the quality of religious education but also equips students with better time management skills, ultimately improving their overall academic performance.

Abstract

The tourism savings program, often referred to as a tourism fund, is one of the programs used by savings and loan cooperatives, including KSPPS Bismillah. This thesis discusses the tourism savings program from the perspective of Islamic economics at KSPPS Bismillah branch in Ngadirejo, Temanggung Regency. In this travel program, customers make monthly deposits in predetermined amounts and times and receive a bonus of a free trip. In this program, the contract used is the wadiah yad dhamanah, which is a deposit agreement for goods or money where the receiving party can utilize the deposited goods or money and is responsible for any loss or damage to those items. In return, the receiving party may provide a bonus incentive to the depositor. This practice certainly piqued the author's interest to delve deeper into the bonus practices on tourism savings and the perspective according to Islamic economic principles, as well as Fatwa DSN No:02/DSN-MUI/VI/2000 regarding wadi’ah savings. The purpose of this research is to determine and answer the question of whether the practice of the tourism savings program at KSPPS Bismillah is in accordance with Sharia, where KSPPS Bismillah is a Sharia savings and loan cooperative and financing institution. This type of research is field research. (field reseacrh). The primary data source in this research is interviews with the KSPPS Bismillah party. Meanwhile, the secondary data is obtained from the DSN-MUI fatwa, books, and previous research related to wadi’ah yad adh-dhamanah. In data collection, the author used observation, interviews, and documentation methods. After the data has been collected, the next step is to analyze the data. The data analysis technique that the author uses is qualitative descriptive method. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the savings product for tourism under the wadiah yad dhamanah contract practiced by KSPPS Bismillah Branch Ngadirejo, Temanggung Regency, has fulfilled the pillars and requirements of wadiah yad dhamanah and is in accordance with the Quran and Hadith. The granting of bonuses in this program is in accordance with Sharia law because, according to the DSN fatwa No. 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012, the bonuses provided are in the form of free travel services rather than cash or goods. Furthermore, the practice aligns with the DSN fatwa No. 02/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, as the savings products that comply with Sharia use the mudharabah and wadiah contracts.

Abstract

SMK bertujuan untuk menyiapkan lulusan siap kerja, ironisnya SMK menjadi penyumbang pengangguran terbesar di Indonesia. Upaya SMK untuk mengatasi pengangguran adalah mengadakan program Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dan manajemen BKK SMK Negeri 1 Kediri dalam meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan, serta mengetahui keberhasilan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi BKK. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tempat penelitian di SMK Negeri 1 Kediri. Informan penelitian ditentukan secara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peran BKK dalam meningkatkan keterserapan lulusan ditunjukan dengan cara kerjasama industri, penawaran lulusan, pemberian bimbingan, rekrutmen, job fair, dan penelusuran lulusan. Manajemen BKK dilakukan dengan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Secara keseluruhan BKK SMK Negeri 1 Kediri telah berhasil menjalankan perannya walaupun terdapat faktor-faktor penghambat yang dialami.

Abstract

A classic problem in learning is the occurrence of learning boredom at school, which is the background for conducting this research. This research aims to analyze the competency of elementary school teachers regarding the tutorial model in information and communication technology (ICT) learning and determine the obstacles teachers have in implementing the tutorial model in ICT learning at the Avicenna Lasem Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). The research used a case study method with the research subjects being grade 3-6 teachers and one information and communication technology (ICT) teacher. Data was obtained through interviews. The research results show that conceptually, teachers understand the tutorial model in information and communication technology (ICT) learning well, but in practice, 4 out of 5 teachers studied still need to implement the tutorial model in learning. This research also reveals that teachers experience obstacles in implementing the tutorial model in information and communication technology (ICT) learning.

Abstract

Abstract This study uses data from 1990 to 2023 and the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) and Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approaches to examine how Human Resource (HR) management contributes to Indonesia's economic growth. The analysis's findings highlight the significance of investing in health and education by demonstrating that a rise in the Human Capital Index (HCI) raises GDP per capita both immediately and over time. Furthermore, economic growth is significantly boosted by rising GDP per capita, whereas rising unemployment and inflation have the opposite effect. Remittances from migrant workers are found to contribute positively to the economy, while an increase in CO2 emissions per capita has a negative impact. Larger forest areas and efficient and sustainable water use also support economic growth. The significance of policies that integrate education is emphasized by this study, health, employment, price stability, environment, and resources to achieve sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. Suggestions for further research include analysis with a wider data period and the addition of other variables such as technology and globalization to provide more comprehensive policy recommendations.
