Pak Dicky's traditional snacks home industry is a UKM engaged in selling traditional culinary snacks which is also well-known by the name of market snacks. In increasing marketing and sales of products to consumers, it is necessary to implement a surefire business strategy to increase new market share. The problem experienced by Pak Dicky's traditional snacks home industry is the limited resources and time in serving every customer / consumer needs. Marketing information system design uses information systems modeling context diagrams, data flowchart diagrams, entity relationship diagran, and e-commerce website design applications by designing fast and appropriate information systems to customers, providing convenience for potential customers, and providing site-based applications web e-commerce that is easy to use by customers based on the design of marketing information systems capable of managing such as making reservations online, providing discounts and promos via the website and searching for product data using the results of application-based marketing information systems e-commerce website is able to provide options / options buying and selling transactions to consumers so that data management is more effective and the presentation of information is fast and flexible. This marketing information system was created using Visual Studio Code as a code editor and database using phpMyAdmin and MySQLi.

The borrowing and returning of medical records carried out at Puskesmas X is still done manually, there is no recording of medical records in and out of the expedition book in the MR unit which makes it difficult for officers to find patient medical records borrowed by the poly. The ineffectiveness of these activities hampers officer work and patient service activities if MR file has not returned to the MR room within 1x24 hours. Recording patient identity is still done manually using books and Excel so that double recording occurs which is considered ineffective by officers. In addition, the numbering of MR is recorded manually into a book based on the village code in Puskesmas X so that it is prone to number errors. The purpose of this study is to design an information system for borrowing and returning medical record files at Puskesmas X Pasuruan Regency to solve these problems. This type of research is Research and Development with the waterfall method and data collection through observation and interviews. The result of this research is a MR file loan and return information system that can facilitate the performance of MR officers at Puskesmas.

This qualitative research aims to determine the extent to which students are motivated to speak through information gap activities in English classroom at one of high schools in Kota Kendari. This research was conducted in three meetings consisting of two meetings with activity stages including: planning, implementing the action, observing (observing), and reflecting. The data was gathered using field observation sheets and student reflection sheets. The research findings reveal that the information gap activity can motivate students to speak in English class. Students look enjoy, happy, and enthusiastic in the classroom. Students are motivated to speak when they are assigned information gap activities in pairs or groups. The activities give them more opportunities to practice speaking by exchanging certain information to other friends. Students are encouraged to communicate and collaborate with their partners in completing the tasks.

Currently, social media is widely used as a source of information by its users to meet their information needs. This study aims to determine the motives of followers to use the Twitter account @schfess as a means of fulfilling their information needs. This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods with survey data collection techniques, namely distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are followers of the @schfess Twitter account. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of the percentage. The results show that there are four types of motives that encourage someone to use social media with the information motive having the highest average value of 3.52 which is included in the "Very High" category, integrity motives and social interaction of 3.09 which are included in the "High" category, entertainment motives of 3.00 which were included in the "High" category, and personal identity motives had the lowest average score of 2.95 which was included in the "High" category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the majority of followers use the Twitter account @schfess to obtain the latest information about education, as a learning tool, and obtain guidance or advice on various problems of school life. Therefore, the researcher hopes that the @schfess Twitter account can increase supervision over the dissemination of information, especially regarding education, so that followers can continue to use the @schfess Twitter account. This research can add insight and knowledge about the use of social media, such as students who use social media like Twitter as a means of fulfilling additional information needs, especially about education.

This study aims to explore the effect of competence and adaptablity on hospital employee performance moderated by electronic information system. This study applied quantitative method and causally associative approach. Employees that work in Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of South Sumatera Province were being populations in this study. The study sample was 120 employees was chosen using purposive sampling. Survey methods are used in data collection, employees are given questionnaires to complete. SmartPLS is utilized for data analysis, which employs partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show significant effect of competence, and electronic information system on hospital employee performance. While, adaptability did not have a significant effect on hospital employee performance in South Sumatra Provincial Hospital. Electronic information system is able to strengthen moderated the effect of competence and adaptability on hospital employee performance. This study highlights the significance various aspects of competency and flexibility in handling innovation for practitioners and policymakers, as well as the effect of hospital staff. These findings can be used by managers and policy makers to improve their resources and abilities to manage innovation more effectively, which is one of the top priorities of Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) in South Sulawesi Province nationally.

Kerjasama General Security of Military Information Agreement (GSOMIA) merupakan kerjasama militer antara Korea Selatan dan Jepang. Pada mulanya kerjasama tersebut akan dilaksanakan pada era Presiden Lee Myung-bak, akan tetapi kerjasama tersebut gagal dilaksanakan karena adanya penolakan dari pihak domestik Korea Selatan. Pada tahun 2016, kerjasama tersebut kembali dibahas pada era Presiden Park Geun-hye. Pihak domestik Korea Selatan tidak menyetujui kerjasama tersebut, akan tetapi Presiden Park Geun-hye tetap menandatanganinya pada November 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui latar belakang Presiden Park Geun-hye menyepakati kerjasama tersebut. Adapun metode penelitian dilakukan dengan library research, dan analisis menggunakan Teori Model Aktor Rasional oleh Graham T Allison. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua alasan bagi Korea Selatan menyepakati GSOMIA, yakni kemampuan militer Jepang dan adanya peningkatan aktivitas nuklir dan rudal Korea Utara di Kawasan Asia Timur, khususnya Semenanjung Korea. The success of implementing an Information System (IS) depends on how the system is run by its users. User readiness plays an essential role in ensuring the successful implementation of new technology or system. To improve the quality of health services, the South Tangerang City Health Center has implemented the Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS), but it is not following its objectives. The implementation of SIMPUS further hampers the smooth running of health services and the performance of the Puskesmas. This study aims to understand the level of user acceptance of SIMPUS implementation and explore the factors that influence it. The study used the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) and qualitative methods to explore data that could not be obtained from quantitative research by collecting interview data and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results show that the Technology Readiness Index factor influences the dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model. Perceived usefulness significantly affects the intention to use SIMPUS to encourage acceptance of SIMPUS implementation. In contrast, insecurity does not affect perceived usefulness in SIMPUS use because users have not optimally used SIMPUS

Arsani Hospital has implemented Hospital Management Information Systems since 2010 to support operations to improve services, work effectiveness, and efficiency. However, in its implementation, there are obstacles such as the seldom use of Hospital Management Information Systems and employees' lack of knowledge. Also, the appearance of Hospital Management Information Systems is challenging to understand, and Hospital Management Information System has not been integrated (BPJS system, attendance, and employee payroll). In addition, there are queues in the administrative process. To ensure Hospital Management Information Systems can achieve the expected targets, its necessary to evaluate the success of the implementation as quantitatively using the HOT-Fit (Human Organizational and Technology Fit) model. The model focuses on three dimensions, namely human (system development, user satisfaction, system use), organization (organizational structure, organizational environment), and technology (quality systems, information quality, service quality). This study aims to determine the factors that influence Hospital Management Information Systems implementation success rate at Arsani Hospital using a questionnaire. A total of l99 respondents were obtained by analyzing PLS-SEM data using SmartPLS v3.3 software. The results showed that of the 18 hypotheses developed, 11 were accepted, while the other seven were rejected. The output of this research is given several recommendations which are intended to increase the success rate of Hospital Management Information Systems at Arsani Hospital.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the satisfaction level of students, lecturers, and educational staff towards the integrated academic information system, Sistem Informasi Akademik Terpadu (SIKADU), at UIN KH Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan, and to test whether there are any differences in satisfaction levels among these three groups. Additionally, this study aims to identify any issues encountered by users while utilizing it. The population for this research consists of users of SIKADU in UIN KH Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. A convenience sampling technique was employed, and 162 respondents were selected as the sample. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Kruskal Wallis and Cronbach's alpha test. The findings revealed that (1) there are significant differences in satisfaction levels among these three groups (2) 61.8% of the respondents were satisfied with the performance of SIKADU (3) only 17.3% of respondents accessed SIKADU on a daily basis (4) the majority of respondents (67.3%) accessed SIKADU through their mobile phones while at home (5) all dimensions of satisfaction measurement were deemed valid and reliable (6) the primary obstacles faced by the academic community were related to inputting data during course input and downloading scoring forms using SIKADU.

In the context of the globalization of the halal industry, the Halal Inspection Institute (LPH) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta faces challenges in improving halal certification services. This research develops a web-based information system with the integration of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's SiHalal using the REST API and Prototype model. The main goal is to increase LPH credibility, integrate the LPH system with SiHalal, and improve LPH operational management performance. The system development method used is the Prototype Model, involving data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study to understand user needs. The first stage focuses on communication to understand needs, followed by rapid planning and prototype design. System implementation using JavaScript, NodeJs, and ReactJs. After a series of tests, the system resulted in effective integration with SiHalal and more efficient operational management. The research results include three prototypes. The first prototype focused on building an LPH profile website to increase credibility and access to information. The second prototype successfully integrated the LPH system with SiHalal, ensuring the efficiency and validity of audit reports. The third prototype adds report management, income/expenditure recording, and information updates, increasing LPH's operational efficiency.
