Abstract

Technological developments in the field of information systems have brought significant changes in the way we conduct transactions, communicate, and access services. One of the aspects that is focused on in the development of a website-based information system is the design of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). With technological advancements and wider adoption, intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly UI/UX design has become essential to ensure that information systems can meet users' needs efficiently and effectively. This study aims to evaluate user experience focusing on the ease of use and effectiveness of the user interface (UI) on the SkylarTopup information system. This process involves identifying challenges faced by users in interacting with the website, such as difficulties in navigation, slow response times, and design aspects that can be improved. Through SUS-based analysis, it is hoped that recommendations can be generated to improve the quality of UI/UX, so that SkylarTopup's information system can be more optimal, efficient, and better meet user needs. The results of the SUS score obtained show that although this system can be used quite well, there is potential for a significant improvement in terms of usability.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital transformation on the gap in access to information among the elderly in Makassar City. The study focuses on three main variables: access to technological devices, frequency of use of digital services, and digital skills. This study involved 100 elderly respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The results show that these three variables significantly affect the information gap, with digital skills having the greatest impact. Elderly people with high digital skills are better able to access, understand, and use digital information for daily needs, while limited access to technological devices and low frequency of digital service use exacerbate the information gap. The practical implications include the urgent need for the government and stakeholders in Makassar City to design policies that support the digital literacy of the elderly through community-based training, affordable digital devices, and the improvement of inclusive technological infrastructure. Future research should expand geographic and demographic coverage, integrate qualitative methods, and evaluate the effectiveness of digital literacy programs in addressing information gaps.

Abstract

Abstract - The development of information technology has driven digital transformation in various industrial sectors, including the batik home industry. However, the Batik Binar UMKM still faces marketing challenges related to the public's understanding of the philosophy of batik and the use of traditional sales systems. This study aims to design a dynamic and easy-to-use web-based batik sales information system, as well as provide education to the public about batik. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system development used a prototype method that includes the stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and evaluation. The results showed that the system was successfully designed with features such as product man-agement, transactions, and reports. Black box testing and user questionnaires showed a system feasibility level of 77.9%, which means it is feasible to implement. This system can support batik marketing more efficiently and effectively.Keywords: batik; information system; prototype method; web-based system; umkm; Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital di berbagai sektor industri, termasuk industri rumahan batik. Namun, UMKM Batik Binar masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran terkait pemahaman masyarakat tentang filosofi batik dan penggunaan sistem penjualan yang masih tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan batik berbasis web yang dinamis dan mudah digunakan, serta memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai batik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype yang meliputi tahapan komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, pembangunan, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil dirancang dengan fitur seperti manajemen produk, transaksi, dan laporan. Pengujian black box dan kuesioner pengguna menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sistem sebesar 77,9%, yang berarti layak diimplementasikan. Sistem ini dapat mendukung pemasaran batik secara lebih efisien dan efektif.Kata kunci : batik; sistem informasi; metode prototype; sistem berbasis web; umkm;

Abstract

Abstract - The advancement of information technology currently has a significant impact on various aspects of human life, especially in the economic sector. One of the developments that greatly affects the world of economics is the implementation of E-Commerce. E-Commerce has become a strategic platform for companies, both large and small, to develop and expand their markets. Along with the rapid development of information technology, E-Commerce applications are expected to make it easier for people to purchase products without having to come directly to the store, as well as increase market reach and strengthen customer loyalty. F4 Motor Store, as one example, implements E-Commerce to provide convenience for customers and support more effective marketing strategies. The system design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. then this system is developed using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with the PHP programming language, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 text editor, and MySQL database. This application is also designed to present information related to products sold efficiently and accurately, providing a better shopping experience for users.Keywords: Design, Information System, Sales, F4 Motor Shop, Web Based  Abstrak - Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, terutama dalam bidang ekonomi. Salah satu perkembangan yang sangat mempengaruhi dunia ekonomi adalah penerapan E-Commerce. E-Commerce telah menjadi platform strategis bagi perusahaan-perusahaan, baik besar maupun kecil, untuk mengembangkan dan memperluas pasarnya. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat, aplikasi E-Commerce diharapkan dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pembelian produk tanpa harus datang langsung ke toko, serta meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan. Toko F4 Motor sebagai salah satu contohnya, menerapkan E-Commerce untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dan mendukung strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang terdiri dari use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram dan class diagram. kemudian sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, text editor Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, dan database MySQL. Abstract

Abstrak− Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan antarmuka pengguna dan struktur navigasi dari Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK) STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma dengan menerapkan Information Architecture (IA). Permasalahan yang dihadapi pengguna adalah tampilan yang tidak relevan dan struktur menu yang membingungkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat tahapan utama dalam IA, yaitu: User Research, Card Sorting, Sitemap Wireframe, serta Tree Testing. Pada tahap User Research, data diperoleh dari 21 responden mahasiswa melalui kuesioner daring, yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa hanya mengakses SIAK saat diperlukan, dengan fitur KRS sebagai fitur yang paling sering digunakan. Melalui metode Card Sorting, informasi dikelompokkan berdasarkan logika mahasiswa, menghasilkan struktur menu yang lebih intuitif. Tahap berikutnya adalah pembuatan sitemap dan wireframe, dengan desain navigasi utama yang ditempatkan di sisi kiri layar dan kategori menu seperti Halaman Utama, Edit Profil, Perkuliahan, dan Pemberitahuan. Untuk menguji efektivitas struktur navigasi tersebut, dilakukan pengujian Tree Testing terhadap 5 responden menggunakan prototipe interaktif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta dapat menyelesaikan tugas navigasi dengan mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan Information Architecture efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan pengalaman pengguna dalam mengakses sistem informasi akademik.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, Information Architecture; User Research; Card Sorting; Wireframe; Tree Testing; Pengalaman Pengguna; Navigasi Abstract− This study aims to optimize the user interface and navigation structure of the Academic Information System (SIAK) at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma by implementing the Information Architecture (IA). The main issues faced by users include an outdated interface and a confusing menu structure. The research applies four main stages of IA: User Research, Card Sorting, Sitemap Wireframe, and Tree Testing. In the User Research stage, data were collected from 21 student respondents through an online questionnaire, which revealed that most students only access SIAK when necessary, with the KRS (Course Planning Card) being the most frequently used feature. Through the Card Sorting method, information was organized based on students' logic, resulting in a more intuitive menu structure. The next stage involved designing the sitemap and wireframe, with the primary navigation positioned on the left side of the screen and main menu categories such as Home, Edit Profile, Academics, and Notifications. To test the effectiveness of the navigation structure, Tree Testing was conducted on 5 respondents using an interactive prototype. The results showed that all participants were able to complete navigation tasks easily and quickly. This study demonstrates that the Information Architecture approach is effective in improving efficiency and user experience in accessing academic information systems.Keywords: Academic Information System; Information Architecture; User Research; Card Sorting; Wireframe; Tree Testing; User Experience; Navigation

Abstract

Abstract - This research aims to develop a Hospital Information System Application at the Nurul Hasanah General Hospital which is useful for increasing efficiency, accuracy and reducing patient waiting times. The use of this application is expected to increase the efficiency of the patient registration process up to the patient service stage at Nurul Hasanah Hospital, by enabling maximum service to patients with electronic medical record services, choosing a doctor's schedule, and knowing the available queue quota. The methods used in this research include literature and interviews as well as system requirements analysis, application design, as well as implementation and evaluation of application use by patients and medical personnel. The research results show that the SIMRS application can speed up the registration process and reduce queues at the Nurul Hasanah General Hospital, so that patients can access health services more efficiently with an estimated 10 minutes per service. Apart from that, this application makes it easy for patients who face geographical or physical obstacles to get services without having to come directly to the hospital to register.  Thus, it is hoped that the development of this application can improve the quality of health services and minimize patient waiting times at the Nurul Hasanah General Hospital.Keywords: Information System Application, Electronic Medical Records, SIMRS, Web Based, Nurul Hasanah General Hospital, Patient Waiting Time, Application Implementation, Health Services, Efficiency Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit pada Rumah Sakit Umum Nurul Hasanah yang berguna untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keakuratan dan mengurangi waktu tunggu pasien. Penggunaan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pendaftaran pasien sampai dengan tahap pelayanan pasien di Rumah Sakit Nurul Hasanah, dengan memungkinkan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada pasien dengan layanan rekam medis secara elektronik, pemilihan jadwal dokter, dan mengetahui kuota antrian yang tersedia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur dan wawancara serta analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan aplikasi, serta implementasi dan evaluasi penggunaan aplikasi oleh pasien dan tenaga medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SIMRS dapat mempercepat proses pendaftaran dan mengurangi antrian di Rumah Sakit Umum Nurul Hasanah, sehingga pasien dapat mengakses layanan kesehatan dengan lebih efisien dengan estimasi waktu 10 menit per layanan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini memberikan kemudahan bagi pasien yang menghadapi kendala geografis atau fisik untuk mendapatkan pelayanan tanpa harus datang langsung ke rumah sakit untuk melakukan pendaftaran.  Dengan demikian, diharapkan pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan meminimalisir waktu tunggu pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Nurul Hasanah.Kata kunci: Aplikasi Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis Elektronik, SIMRS, Berbasis Web, Rumah Sakit Umum Nurul Hasanah, Waktu Tunggu Pasien, Implementasi Aplikasi, Layanan Kesehatan, Efisiensi

Abstract

Abstract - Local asset management is one of the important aspects in efficient and transparent government administration. This research aims to develop a prototype information system that is able to support regional asset management in a more structured and integrated manner. The prototyping method is used in this research to enable rapid and flexible iteration during the system development process, as well as to accommodate dynamic user needs. The result of this research is a prototype of a regional asset information system that can facilitate the process of inventorying, monitoring, and reporting regional assets. The implementation of this prototype is expected to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy in regional asset management. Evaluation of the prototype was conducted by involving various stakeholders, including local asset managers and government officials, to ensure that the developed system meets practical needs in the field.Keywords : Regional Asset Management, Information System, Prototyping, Asset Inventory, Operational Efficiency Abstrak- Pengelolaan aset daerah merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam administrasi pemerintahan yang efisien dan transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan aset daerah secara lebih terstruktur dan terintegrasi. Metode prototyping digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memungkinkan iterasi yang cepat dan fleksibel selama proses pengembangan sistem, serta untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengguna yang dinamis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah prototipe sistem informasi aset daerah yang dapat mempermudah proses inventarisasi, pemantauan, dan pelaporan aset daerah. Implementasi prototipe ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi data dalam pengelolaan aset daerah. Evaluasi terhadap prototipe dilakukan dengan melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pengelola aset daerah dan pejabat pemerintah, untuk memastikan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan memenuhi kebutuhan praktis di lapangan.Kata kunci : Pengelolaan Aset Daerah,Sistem Informasi, Prototyping, Inventarisasi Aset, Efisiensi Operasional

Abstract

The focus of this research is the development of information technology in supporting government communication in the city of Depok, West Java Province, more specifically regarding the website of the Government of Depok City, West Java Province. There have been several researches on the websites of regional governments, including; 1. Evaluation of E-Government Implementation on Local Government Websites in Indonesia: Content and Management Perspective by Edwin Arief Sosiawan Fisip UPN Yogyakarta in 2008, 2. Quality Evaluation of Local Government Websites Using the Webqual Method (Case Study in Ogan Ilir District) by Candra Irawan UGM Faculty of Engineering Thesis in 2011, 3. Website Representation of Lampung Provincial Government as a Communication and Public Service Media in the Framework of E-Government By Arlyandi Satya Djauhari Fisip Unila in 2016, and 4. Website usability level on the Banten Province Public Relations Bureau website by M. Ervin Kurniawan Fisip Untirta Banten in 2016, which distinguishes this research when compared to the above research are: 1. This research focuses on the development of information technology in this case the website for public services at the City level, Depok City, 2. This research uses the Alvaro Rocha study (2014) published in the Emerlad Journal which is Scopus indexed, the Rocha (2014) study entitled "Framework for a global quality evaluation of a website". The method in this research is qualitative, in qualitative research with an inductive approach it is easier for researchers to take pictures and describe the facts in the field, then the findings in the field are dissected with various theories that have been prepared. The results of this research are; The Depok City Government has used the website to communicate and provide services to the public, but the website needs some improvements, among others; 1. The renewal of information on the website needs to be improved, 2. Community complaints need to be answered immediately, 3. Depok City Communication and Information Agency needs to be given more authority to gather information spread across several agency 4. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peningkatan peran Government Chief Information Officer (GCIO) pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Batam dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan kerangka teori enam dimensi GCIO menurut Supangkat (2008), penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi peran GCIO melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkap variasi pencapaian yang signifikan antar dimensi, dengan tingkat pencapaian tertinggi pada dimensi mengorganisasi (90%) dan terendah pada dimensi penyediaan (70%). Analisis mendalam mengidentifikasi tantangan kritis dalam koordinasi dengan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), dimana 65% OPD merespons permintaan informasi dalam waktu lebih dari tiga hari. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap disparitas antara keberhasilan pembangunan infrastruktur digital dengan optimalisasi tata kelola kelembagaan. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur e-government dengan memberikan bukti empiris tentang implementasi GCIO di tingkat pemerintah kota. Secara praktis, temuan penelitian merekomendasikan penguatan model koordinasi GCIO-OPD, capacity building yang transformasional, dan pengembangan arsitektur governance yang adaptif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas transformasi digital pemerintah daerah. Abstract

The Muna District Government has also applied SIRUP to ease the announcement of procurement of goods and services. But the general success of this information system in the work units of Muna Regency has not been much studied. So that in this study, it will be tested the success of the information system on the General Procurement Plan in Muna Regency based on Delone and McLean Model of the information system. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the information system worked in the work units of the regency's government. The evaluation applies the Delone and McLean model with six dimensions: system quality, service quality, information quality, user satisfaction, user usage, and net benefit. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive and statistical analysis methods. There is only one finding that system quality significantly influences usage. Meanwhile, system quality, information, and service significantly affect user satisfaction. Therefore, the conclusion is that the government needs to increase innovation and improve the management of service and system quality to enhance user engagement and raise awareness of the SIRUP Application, thereby increasing user satisfaction with it.   Keywords: Delone and McLean, SIRUP Application, Success Analysis, Procurement Announcement, Information System.
