Abstract

The Muna District Government has also applied SIRUP to ease the announcement of procurement of goods and services. But the general success of this information system in the work units of Muna Regency has not been much studied. So that in this study, it will be tested the success of the information system on the General Procurement Plan in Muna Regency based on Delone and McLean Model of the information system. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the information system worked in the work units of the regency's government. The evaluation applies the Delone and McLean model with six dimensions: system quality, service quality, information quality, user satisfaction, user usage, and net benefit. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive and statistical analysis methods. There is only one finding that system quality significantly influences usage. Meanwhile, system quality, information, and service significantly affect user satisfaction. Therefore, the conclusion is that the government needs to increase innovation and improve the management of service and system quality to enhance user engagement and raise awareness of the SIRUP Application, thereby increasing user satisfaction with it.   Keywords: Delone and McLean, SIRUP Application, Success Analysis, Procurement Announcement, Information System.

Abstract

Background:Final-year students often struggle to find and integrate relevant scientific information for their theses. Institutional repositories offer a curated source of information that can potentially aid in the completion of their studies, but their utilization is still under-optimal. Aims:This study aims to analyze students' information search strategies through the IAIN Parepare repository and to interpret how the information found is used to facilitate the completion of the thesis. Methods:The research used a qualitative case study approach, involving final-year students of IAIN Parepare through in-depth interviews, observation, repository searches, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Result:The results of the study indicate that students experience difficulties in the early stages of thesis writing, particularly in determining theories and methods, and finding writing examples. The repository helps reduce uncertainty in information searches, provides relevant thesis references, and makes it easier for students to understand the writing structure according to academic guidelines. The students' search process aligns with Kuhlthau's ISP theory, Wilson's Information Behavior, and Ellis and Marchionini's information search model. Conclusion:Institutional repositories play a strategic role in improving information literacy, facilitating the thesis writing process, and supporting students in completing their studies. They serve not only as reference providers but also as effective learning tools that strengthen students' academic abilities.

Abstract

To prevent stunting, the *Pos Pelayanan Terpadu* (Posyandu) is a community-managed healthcare program offering essential health services by monitoring children's growth and development. Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung lecturers and students worked on a project to address the manual procedures still in place in Posyandu for data collection, reporting, and monitoring activities. The group's main goal was to create a web application that included important elements such as a dashboard, anthropometric data for toddlers, and growth and development tracking for toddlers. The main objective of this initiative was to enhance the effectiveness and security of toddler growth data collection, especially for Posyandu cadres. To maximize the application's use, Posyandu cadres were trained in information technology development and utilization. As the project's result, the Posyandu Sukabakti web application was successfully implemented. The software development process used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. In conclusion, the community service effort at Posyandu in Sukabakti Village has yielded significant benefits. The adopted solution has greatly simplified the management of toddler data at Posyandu Sukabakti, Tarogong Kidul, and Garut Regency for Posyandu cadres. This streamlined process has improved the efficiency and accuracy of data collection and reporting, ultimately contributing to the prevention of stunting in the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the application of information search models used by students in Bandung. The informants who participated were students at secondary schools. Eighteen students were selected as informants from each school. The schools selected for the study were SMPN 15, SMPN 29, SMPN 40, SMAN 15, SMA Sumatra 40, and SMA Kartika XIX-2. A qualitative research approach was used, with a case study method and purposive sampling. The results of the study show that, in general, the stages used in searching for information are carried out in three major stages, namely Starting, planning by organizing the steps in searching for information, and determining the subject to be used in searching for information. Analyzing, selecting the information to be used, analyzing the information obtained, storing unnecessary information, and using the necessary information. Evaluating, at this stage, students know when the information will be presented again, and the presentation of information is adjusted to the tasks and needs. On average, students search for information through the internet using Google search or social media. The information sought is mostly related to school assignments. This research advances this field by revealing patterned deviations from Ellis' model related to digital literacy levels.
