Abstract

This study analyses the relation of decentralised structure, budgetary participation to job relevant information, managers' VOI, and its influence to job related outcome (organisational commitment, job performance, job satisfaction). The respondents are middle-level managers and lower-level managers at State Owned Enterprises (BUMN). Data for the study was collected from 14 BUMN. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. In total 346 questionnaires were distributed, 135 an be used in analysis, with a response rate of 39,02 percent using strutural equation modelling of AMOS (Analysis of moment Structure) Program, the result of this study indicates that decentralised structure does not have significant influence to job relevant information, managers' VOI, and job performance. Budgetary participation has significant influence to job relevant information, managers' VOI, job satisfaction, and job performance. Job relevant information has significant influence on organisational commitment, job satisfaction, and job performance, while managers' VOI as significant influence on organisational commitment and job performance.

Abstract

Background : The use of Slice thickness examination of nasopharyngeal CT based on theory (Seeram, 2001) using 3 mm and according (Ballinger, 2010) using 5 mm, while in hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta the slice thickness used is 5 mm according to theory and 7 mm based on the radiographer. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of anatomical information and image quality of CT scan of nasopharynx of carcinoma case and to know the slice thickness that produces anatomical information and the best image quality CT Scan nasopharynx case carcinoma.Method : The type of research is a quantitative with experimental approach. The data were obtained from 10 nasopharynx CT patients with carcinoma using variations of slice thickness 3 mm, 5 mm, and 7 mm. The assesment of anatomical information and image quality by spreading questionnaire at 3 doctor radiolog. Data were tested with Shapiro Wilk for normality data, then friedman test. To determine the optimal slice thickness using descriptive mean rank test.Results : The results showed that there were differences in anatomical information and image quality of nasopharyngeal CT scan of axial slice using slice thickness. The probability value of this study is p value = 0,000 (0,05). Optimal slice thickness on nasopharyngeal CT scan for anatomical information using slice thickness of 5 mm with the highest mean rank of 2.61 and for viewing image quality it is best to use slice thickness of 7 mm with a mean rank of 3.00.Conclusion : There are differences in anatomical information and image quality on nasopharynx CT scans of carcinoma cases using slice thickness variations. The optimal slice thickness is 5 mm slice thickness to anatomical information and the optimal slice thickness is 7 mm  to quality image.

Abstract

Background: Settings for Window Width and Window Levels used in CT Scan Thorax tumor cases vary. On Seimens 128 Slice plane there are standard settings for lung window thorax is with Window Width 2200 HU and Window Level -200 HU while according to window width theory is 1000- 2000 HU value range and window level -200--800 HU. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of variation setting Window Width and Window Level on Lung Window and Window Width and Window Level optimum in producing anatomical information CT scan thoraks in case of lung tumor.Method: The type of research conducted in the writing of this final task is quantitative research using experimental approach. Data were collected on 5 patients suspected of lung tumor, then variation of setting window width and window level. The result of variation of window width and window level setting was then evaluated by 2 observers to obtain anatomical information of CT Scan Thorax in lung tumor case then analyzed by using Friedman Test different from spss version 16.0.Result: The result of the research resulted the difference of Window Width and Window Level was assessed from p value α (0.05). the value of significance p value 0.001 which means there is a difference. Highest mean mean value with value 8.25 in window width 1800 HU and window level -200 HU. The use of the most optimal setting variation is the Window Width 1800 HU and Window Level -200 HU because it can provide anatomical image information of CT Scan Thoraks optimal lung tumor cases where the anatomy of the pulmonary, broncus, trachea, aortic mass, pulmonary and chest lung par clearly visible and bordered on axial pieces.

Abstract

Background : MRCP is an examination used to evaluate the system billiary, pancreas and gall bladder with channel because of the possible presence of stones, tumors and other diseases. To diagnose the MRCP examination,one sequence in use is T2 weighted Turbo Field Echo Balance (T2W BTFE) which in its parameters No Sensitivity Enchoding (SENSE). The purpose of this study was to determine the Information analysis Anatomical differences with variation of Sensitivity Encoding (SENSE) on T2-weighted sequences BTFE the MRCP examination, And to investigate value Sensitivity Encoding (SENSE) optimal T2-weighted sequences BTFE the MRCP examination.Methods : The method of this research is experimental with approach quasi-experimental design with control. This research is done in Siloam Hospital Surabaya. MRCP image data in the form of axial 40 of the 10 patients with 4 variation of Sensitivity Encoding (SENSE), which are 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, and 2. Assessment of information image data done by 3 respondents. Analysing process done with Friedman test.Results : The results showed that there MRCP image information differences with variation in sensitivity encoding (SENSE) on T2-weighted sequences BTFE with a significance level of p value 0.001. Differences in image information occurs in liver, Gall Blader, Pancreas and CBD (Common Bile Duct). The use value Sensitivity Encoding (SENSE) on T2-weighted sequences for optimal BTFE MRCP is a 1.8 with a mean rank 3.85.Conclusion : The optimal use value Sensitivity Encoding (SENSE) on T2-weighted sequences for optimal BTFE MRCP is a 1.8.

Abstract

Background : MRCP is a biliary tract and pancreatic duct imaging technique, one technique that uses a breath hold. The technique speeds up acquisition time by using the Parallel Imaging ARC method so that it reduces the encoding phase on K-Space to reduce breath hold. Therefore it can increase image sharpness and reduce blurring image. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in anatomical image information between using ARC and without using ARC on MRCP examination of coronal T2 FRFSE sequence pieces and to find better anatomical image information between using ARC and without using ARC on MRCP examination of FRFSE T2 sequences.Method : The type of research conducted by the author is quantitative research with an experimental approach. This research was carried out with 1.5 T MRI at Santo Borromeus Hospital, Bandung. Data in the form of 16 MRCP anatomical images of coronal chunks of T2 FRFSE sequences from 8 patients using ARC and without using ARC. Scores on the image are carried out in the gallbladder, cystic duct, common hepatic duct, intra-hepatic duct, common bile duct and pancreatic duct using questionnaires to 3 radiology specialists (respondents). The results of the respondents were analyzed using Wilcoxon statistical test to find out the differences in MRCP anatomical information on FR2E T2 sequences between using ARC and without using ARC and to find better anatomical image information from the two sequences seen from the mean rank value.Result : The results showed that there were significant differences in MRCP anatomical image information of coronal T2 FRFSE sequences between the use of ARC and without using ARC with a significance value of 0.05. Based on mean rank results, MRCP information on T2 FRFSE sequence coronal pieces using ARC has a mean rank value of 4.50 while MRCP T2 FRFSE coronal sequence sequences using without ARC have a mean rank value of 0.00, meaning FRFSE T2 sequences using ARC have better image information than FRFSE T2 without using ARC.Conclusion : Suggestion, the parallel imaging technique of the ARC method was applied on the MRCP examination of T2 FRFSE sequences and the data from this study could be used as baseline data to add ARC as the operational standard of the MRCP examination procedure.

Abstract

 The objective of this research are: (1) to describe whether the use of Information transfer technique developed the students’ speaking performance in terms of accuracy and fluency, (2) to describe the feedback of students’ attitude toward Information transfer technique. The researcher design was pre-experimental design, the sample consisted of 26 students of sixth semester of English Education study program, Faculty of Language and Literature, State University of Makassar, in 2007/2008 academic year, class A. the researcher data were collected by using two kinds of instruments; Speaking test for students’ achievement by using Information transfer technique and questionnaire for students’ attitude toward information transfer technique. Data on the students’ speaking performance in terms of accuracy and fluency were analyzed using t-test at 0.05 level of significance and the main score formula, and data on students’ attitude were analyzed using Likert scale. The result of the research are : (1) The use of Information transfer technique developed the students’ speaking accuracy in terms of acceptable pronunciation, correct grammar, and appropriate word choice, (2) The use of information transfer technique also developed the students’ speaking fluency, and (3) the students had very positive attitude toward the use of information transfer technique. Thus means that the use of information transfer technique is effective to be implemented in developing students’ speaking performance in terms of accuracy and fluency.

Abstract

Increasing the number of cars and the lack of information vacant land for parking areas is often a major problem for prospective users of the car to find a parking lot that is still available. With the existence of such cases is very much needed parking space information automatically and intelligently, using image processing (image processing) which can act as a detector of parking space is still available and already filled in the building in realtime. Then later users candidate parking lots will have no trouble finding the location of their parking space will occupy. After doing the design tool and apply for testing, the system can perform the detection of land that has been provided. Besides, the system is able to calculate the number and determine its location with a 100% success rate of any condition that has been tested.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) mempunyai fungsi utama mengotomasi dan mengintregrasikan seluruh aktivitas perusahaan kedalam satu system dengan basis data tunggal. Sistem ERP menggabungkan proses bisnis antara perusahaan dan pelanggan, perusahaan dengan supplier, dan proses perhitungan keuangan perusahaan. Critical Factor Success (CFS) implementasi ERP dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya budaya organisasi, dukungan top management, alih teknologi, pelatihan dan training, pengukuran kesuksesan implementasi ERP dengan menggunakan updated DeLone McLean Information System Success model (updated D M IS Success  Model) merupakan salah satu model yang banyak dikembangkan dalam penelitian sehingga dalam penelitian ini digunakan model tersebut. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada faktor budaya organisasi sebagai faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi ERP, dan pengujian model yang dikembangkan oleh DeLone and McLean (2003) pada implementasi ERP di Indonesia. Alat analisis dengan menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) pada program Amos versi 18. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan, bahwa budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi ERP dengan p value = 0.048, dan hasil pengujian model (updated D M IS Success  Model), diperoleh hasil pengujian yang mempunyai nilai p value lebih besar dari 0.05 (tidak signifikan berpengaruh pada a = 5%) yaitu: US ß IQ dengan p value = 0.224 (information quality tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap user satisfaction), dan NB ß US dengan p value = 0.101 (user satisfaction tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap net benefit).

Abstract

Optimasi merupakan suatu langkah untuk mengoptimalkan waktu menjadi lebih efisien. Ketika sebuah query diberikan pada sistem database, optimasi penting dilakukan untuk memilih strategi yang efisien untuk mengevaluasi ekspresi relasi yang ditentukan. Query optimization adalah suatu proses untuk menganalisis query, menentukan sumber-sumber apa saja yang digunakan oleh query tersebut dan apakah penggunaan dari sumber tersebut dapat dikurangi tanpa merubah output. Kegiatan Pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik sangat tergantung pada kualitas informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan dibidang sumber daya manusia. Kemampuan organisasi dalam memperoleh, menyimpan, memelihara dan menggunakan informasi sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting yang menunjang keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Perusahaan harus menyadari pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia secara berkualitas dan tepat sehingga perlu untuk dikembangkan sistem informasi sumber daya manusia untuk menunjang pemenuhan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, Sistem ini yang namanya biasa disebut SISDM atau HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian sebelum optimasi dan sesudah dioptimasi menunjukan bahwa query yang sudah di optimasi waktu yang di butuhkan dalam melakukan pencarian data lebih cepat. Hasil percobaan pertama dengan 1000 data waktu yang dibutuhkan sebelum optimasi 0.023 dan sesudah di optimasi waktu yang didapatkan 0.015.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Sekolah saat ini telah lazim digunakan oleh banyak sekolah dan otoritas pengelola pendidikan untuk membantu pengelolaan data sekolah, mulai dari data perkembangan siswa hingga data keuangan.  Selain pengelolaan data, system informasi sekolah dapat menunjang pengembangan kapasitas guru dan kolegialitas dalam ruang lingkup sekolah. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu pengalaman Sekolah Sukma Bangsa dalam menerapkan Sistem Informasi Sekolah Terpadu Online (SISTO) untuk mendukung efisiensi serta akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan data yang baik. Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana penerapan SISTO mendukung pengembangan kapasitas guru melalui kegiatan belajar yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan guru sehari-hari.  Hal ini dimungkinkan dengan adanya integrasi aplikasi dalam system serta fitur yang mendorong guru untuk melakukan “reflective practices.” .Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut mencakup refleksi guru, kolaborasi dalam menyelesaikan masalah, pembuatan keputusan berbasis data serta evaluasi guru berbasis SISTO. Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran singkat mengenai proses pengembangan kapasitas yang ditunjang oleh system informasi.
