Abstract

Hate speech is a form of expression that is done to eliminate hatred and commit acts of violence and oppose someone or a group of people for various reasons. The cases of hate speech are very often encountered on social media, one of which is on Twitter. The goal to be achieved is to create a system that can classify a tweet on Twitter into a class of hate speech (HS) or non hate speech (NONHS). The method used is Naive Bayes and Information Gain feature selection with word normalization. Word normalization is used to solve problems on Twitter such as the number of words abbreviated, the use of slang, misspellings, and the use of languages ​​that are not in accordance with existing standards.Word normalization comes from Indonesian Natural Language Processing REST API. The data used supports 250 data tweets of hate speech in Indonesian with a ratio of 80% for training data and 20% for testing data. The threshold used is 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 90%. Threshold is a limit that is determined to store a collection of terms or a collection of words with the aim of selecting a word that has a high value ​​in the Information Gain feature selection. The best accuracy results obtained by using word normalization in the pre-processing stage and using Information Gain feature selection with an 80% threshold. The best accuracy result is 98%, precision result is 100%, recall result is 96.15%, and f-measure result is 98.03%. Based on the analysis of the results and testing obtained, it can be concluded when doing hate speech classifications in Indonesian on Twitter using Naive Bayes and Information Gain feature selection with word normalization can improve better accuracy of the results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resources on the quality of information, budget participation on the quality of information, leadership style on the quality of information, human resources on the quality of information through internal control as a moderating variable, budget participation on the quality of information through internal control as a moderating variable, to the quality of information through internal control as a moderating variable.            This study uses a quantitative approach by testing the hypothesis (hypothesis testing) to see the correlation that occurs between the Budget Participation, And Leadership Style To The Quality Of Information Financial Statements And Internal Control As Moderation Variables. The object of this research is head section, head of department, and head of OPD district of Takalar. Data collection techniques used questionnaires survey method with OPD was 140 respondents with purposive method. Data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with Smart Software PLS 3.0.            The results of this study show that human resources affect the quality of information on local government financial statements while budgetary participation does not affect the quality of information on local government financial statements and leadership style also has no effect on the quality of local government financial report information but internal controls can moderate the relationship of human resources and the quality of local government financial statements information significantly Internal controls are not able to moderate the relationship of budget participation and the quality of information on local government financial statements significantly Internal controls are able to moderate the relationship of leadership style and quality of information on local government financial statements significantly.Keywords: Human Resources, Budget Participation, Leadership Style, Budget Participation,  Quality Information, Internal control.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh information technology complementarities dan support of information technology knowledge terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Yang termasuk dalam complementarities of information technology adalah infrastruktur IT, proses pembuatan IT, human resources IT, dan vendor manajemen IT. Selanjutnya, yang tergolong dalam pengetahuan manajemen (management knowledge) adalah produk dan customer and managerial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala cabang perbankan di Kota Semarang sebanyak 42 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan selanjutnya dievaluasi dengan menggunakan smartPLS tools. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, keempat faktor dalam information technology Relatedness memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan knowledge management capability. Hal ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya teknologi informasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam hal ini infrastruktur, strategi, sumber daya manusia, dan vendor akan mampu menciptakan sinergi nilai super-additive sehingga dapat meningkatkan knowledge management capability lintas unit

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Konsep data, information, knowledge, wisdom (DIKW) hierarchy pada Manajemen Kearsipan tujuannya adalah untuk melihat penerapan konsep tersebut pada proses pengelolaan kearsipan di organisasi. Setiap lembaga atau organisasi memiliki arsip yang harus dikelola. Pengelolaan arsip ini diperlukan untuk membantu kegiatan bisnis dari lembaga tersebut. Dari kegiatan pengeloalaan kearsipan inilah akan dlihat bagaimana konsep hirarki DIKW terdapat di dalamnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada lembaga Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) di mana mereka menggunakan arsip dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memerangi illegal fishing dan kerjasama antara Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) dan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk arsip-arsip perkara korupsi yang akan disimpan di ANRI. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil yang dapat ditinjau adalah data tercatat pada arsip kemudian data tersebut menjadi informasi yang dimaknai oleh organisasi dan kemudian menjadi pengetahuan untuk pengambilan keputusan organisasi (wisdom). Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah pentingnya manajemen kearsipan yang baik dikelola sesuai standar yang berlaku sehingga berguna untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi ke depan. This study discusses the concept of data, information, knowledge, wisdom (DIKW) hierarchy in the records and archives management purpose is to see the application of the concept on the process of archival management in the organization. This research is a qualitative research using case study. Each institution or organization has records and archives that needs to be managed. The management of this records and archive is necessary to assist the business activities of the institution. From this records and archive management activity will be seen how the concept of DIKW hierarchy is contained in it. This research method using qualitative method with case study at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) where they use archives in making decisions to combat illegal fishing and collaboration between the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) for archives of corruption cases to be accommodated at ANRI. Data collection through interviews and literature studies. The results can be reviewed is data recorded in the archive then the data into information interpreted by the organization and then become knowledge for decision making organization (wisdom). The conclusion is that the importance of good record and archive management is managed according to the prevailing standard so that it is useful to achieve the organization's goals in the future.

Abstract

Information seeking behaviour is the collection of actions which people take to identify, seek, evaluate, select and use information to satisfy their information needs. People seek information to enable them to deal with a current need or build their knowledge base. Private school students in Kenya have unique demographic and psychographic attributes defined by their age and geographical contexts. These attributes influence their information needs as well as information seeking behaviour. This study analysed the demographic and psychographic attributes of private school students in Kenya as well as investigated the students’ information needs and information seeking behaviour. The study was conducted as a descriptive survey. Data was collected from 103 students using self-administered questionnaires hosted on Google Forms. The findings indicate that the majority of the students used the library at least once a month. Similarly, most of the students used the library to support their class work. The Internet was the most important source of information from which the majority of the students began their information search. Most of the students were disappointed, frustrated or confused while using the library. Nonetheless, they often got the information they need and perceived the library as useful.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan sekarang, konsep literasi tidak lagi hanya dikaitkan dengan informasi dan media, namun sudah disentuhkan ke dalam aspek-aspek tertentu kehidupan manusia secara lebih spesifik. Dalam konteks penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, misalnya, literasi dilekatkan dengan kemampuan orang untuk menggunakan perangkat komputer baik dari sisi perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunaknya. Sekarang, literasi sudah menyentuh banyak sekali aspek kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini mengkaji literasi yang dilekatkan pada proses pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dilengkapi dengan observasi dan wawancara terhadap 15 orang informan dari kalangan pemuda pedesaan di Jawa Barat bagian Selatan, diperoleh gambaran bahwa, literasi bukan sebuah karakteristik manusia sejak lahir, namun lebih merupakan sebagai kemampuan yang bisa dipelajari, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Literasi bahkan dilekatkan sebagai kemampuan seseorang dalam berinteraksi dengan masyarakat dan lingkungannya, dengan budayanya, dengan bisnisnya, dengan politiknya, dengan kehidupannya, dengan penghidupannya.

Abstract

Learning library as the implementation of user education programs. Elementary school, school to school instead of working. Because students will go to school, then it should have the power to learn good. Before the entrance pupil at the level of information literacy, fundamental thing that is important implanted student interests and reading culture since the early entry into the system. The school library should be made good. Furthermore, to form a good reading habit can through the library learning program called "Know Reader". The goal, first technically skilled students know the information and to sort and select information in the library; secondly, to safeguard the assets of the library; Third, condition the students read and used to reading. Including the value of learning libraries into the local curriculum includes a written assessment report cards of students, exhibition of books in the school library every week, an award for academicians who borrowed the most books every month, tells the story hanging way, it makes the students love to read. At the elementary school level which would be built three, first learning culture, both learning skills, and the three basic skills that can be achieved through daily habituation.Pembelajaran perpustakaan sebagai implementasi dari program pendidikan pemakai. Sekolah Dasar, sekolah untuk sekolah bukan bekerja. Karena murid akan melanjutkan sekolah, maka harus mempunyai daya belajar yang baik. Sebelum murid masuk pada tingkat melek informasi, hal mendasar yang penting ditanamkan yaitu minat dan budaya baca murid sejak dini yang masuk ke dalam sistem. Perpustakaan sekolah harus dibuat bagus. Selanjutnya, untuk membentuk minat baca yang baik dapat melalui program pembelajaran perpustakaan bernama "Kenal Pustaka". Sasarannya, pertama secara teknis murid mengetahui informasi dan terampil memilah serta memilih informasi di perpustakaan; kedua, dapat menjaga aset perpustakaan; ketiga, mengondisikan para murid membaca dan terbiasa membaca. Memasukkan nilai pembelajaran perpustakaan ke dalam kurikulum muatan lokal termasuk penilaian tertulis dalam raport murid, pameran buku di perpustakaan sekolah setiap minggu, penghargaan bagi sivitas akademika yang meminjam buku terbanyak setiap bulannya, berkisah dengan cara menggantung ceritanya, semua itu membuat murid gemar membaca. Pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar yang hendak dibangun ada tiga, pertama budaya belajar, kedua keterampilan belajar, dan ketiga keterampilan dasar yang dapat dicapai melalui pembiasaan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Kondisi infrastruktur di Indonesia cukup memprihatinkan, terutama berkaitan dengan infrastruktur jalan dan pendidikan. Di beberapa wilayah khususnya pedalaman atau desa terpencil, sering ditemukan jalan yang rusak sehingga akses kendaraan menjadi terganggu. Selain jalan rusak juga ditemukan beberapa jembatan dengan kondisi membahayakan, padahal jembatan tersebut merupakan satu-satunya akses jalan yang harus dilalui. Tidak hanya kerusakan jalan, namun juga banyak ditemukan kerusakan infrastruktur pendidikan. Seperti halnya kondisi bangunan sekolah yang kurang layak dan fasilitas yang belum memadai. Kerusakan infrastruktur di Indonesia tidak sepenuhnya diketahui oleh pemerintah. Hal ini disebabkan karena minimnya informasi yang beredar. Masyarakat juga mengalami kesulitan terutama dalam menyampaikan keluhan-keluhan kerusakan yang ada di sekitar. Dengan adanya laporan dari masyarakat, akan membantu pemerintah dalam mengawasi kerusakan infrastruktur yang ada di setiap wilayah. Sistem pelaporan dan pemetaan kerusakan infrastruktur menawarkan mekanisme pelaporan dan pemetaan menggunakan metode Volunteered Geographic Information, di mana pengguna dapat berpartisipasi dengan mengirim laporan kerusakan infrastruktur yang ada di mana saja sesuai lokasi keberadaan terkini. Laporan yang telah terkirim akan tersimpan di dalam basis data dan koordinat lokasi akan muncul di halaman peta secara otomatis, sehingga semua pengguna dapat mengetahui titik-titik kerusakan yang ada di sekitar. Sistem dibangun menggunakan platform Android sebagai antarmuka pengguna untuk mengirim laporan dan melihat informasi kerusakan infrastruktur.

Abstract

pplication quizlet is one of media-based learning android application that can be used to a limited extent to the students, that is, their use by teachers who provided the material is in the form of questions relating to the learning and grating exam questions that will be dihadapai by the students of classes VI MI DDI Seppange Bone. Granting of quizlet is done gradually so that absorption to the students can be more rapid and structured. Use of the media learning is very beneficial to students because it can be developed by entering (input) the subject matter in the form of questions that melingupi an important part of the sub a lesson. Quizlet apps is also a means of contracting the message and information learned. As well as the power tTarik learning using information technology is well designed to help learners in the digest and understand the subject matter. On dasarya this research uses Quasi Experimental Research method, by using the subject of research in the form of a group (class). Class VI MI DDI Seppange taken as the population because, this class was considered qualified and already have knowledge about android-based learning, this can be seen from the quizlet diajuan at the time of pre-test. Variables that are revealed in this research is a study of the response against the application of learning to the students ' quizlet klas VI students taught using quizlet and response application of their learning. Next design research is applied in this study isThe pre-test – post-test control group design.

Abstract

There exist a huge gap between science and technology discovery and the formulation of public policy mostly due to the poor understanding on how to disseminate the news not only to policy makers but also to the general public. There has been an outright explosion of new knowledge and no one person can know it all. To bring accurate, relevant information from the front lines of research to the policy makers, this paper will describe an innovative strategies that uses the media as the conduit. But with this approach, the critical pre-requisite is that the researcher and media must be able to work with each other and as the author found, this does not always come easily. This impasse will result in public policy formulated will not taking any account of new discoveries especially in science and technology field. It is hoped that by employing the ideas put forward, scientific and technology discoveries will be applied when formulating public policies in a more systematic ways. Keywords: science discovery, public policy, dissemination.
