One of the main tasks of an educator in realizing the goals of education in school is to develop learning strategies effectively. In learning activities especially in science learning about the process of the formation of rain requires the efforts of teachers in understanding what approaches are suitable for achieving learning goals. One suitable approach in instilling the concept of the process of rain formation is by using ICT-based media. ICT-based learning is a learning process by utilizing information technology. The purpose of this paper is to show that the use of ICT-based media can improve the learning motivation of Grade III students at the Gorontalo State University Laboratory. The method used to improve students 'motivation through classroom action research is done through evaluating student learning outcomes in which at the initial observation when educators did the learning process not using ICT-based media the results of students' mastery learning were only 9 people out of 23 students who subject to action or 39%. But after reflection again using ICT-based media, students' learning completeness increased to 21 students who managed to achieve learning completeness or 91%. Salah satu tugas utama seorang pendidik dalam mewujudkan tujuan-tujuan pendidikan di sekolah adalah mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran secara efektif. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya dalam pembelajaran IPA tentang Proses terbentuknya hujan diperlukan upaya guru dalam memahami pendekatan apa yang cocok untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu pendekatan yang cocok dalam menanamkan konsep proses terbentuknya hujan adalah dengan penggunaan media berbasis ICT. Pembelajaran berbasis ICT adalah proses pembelajaran dengan memanfatkan teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari makalah ini untuk menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media berbasis ICT dapat meningkatkan Motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas III SD Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan melalui evaluasi hasil belajar pesert didik yang dilakukan dimana pada observasi awal ketika pendidik melakukan proses pembelajaran tidak menggunakan media berbasis ICT hasil ketuntasan belajar peserta didik hanya 9 orang dari 23 peserta didik yang dikenai tindakan atau 39 %. Namun setelah dilakukan refleksi kembali dengan menggunakan media berbasisi ICT ketuntasan belajar peserta didik meningkat mencapai 21 peserta didik yang berhasil mencapai ketuntasan belajar atau 91 %.

The mechanism of procurement of goods that were done manually, but now it can be facilitated by the existence of web-based procurement system. This system is designed using the data mining technique to find any parts of the goods data that often requested based on a monthly period/year and knowing the type of goods are the most requested and the most frequently consumed the preparation. This research uses a decision tree method and CARTS (Classifcation and Regression Tree) algorithm for exploring the data. The design method of this system using object-oriented development with UML modeling system. Inventory information system software is used to facilitate the process of procurement of goods and the existing equipment on the warehousing company multi-user web-based by the mechanisms of the process of the administration and procurement of goods made online. This application is supporting the administration process of procurement of goods in each company warehouse. This application is equipped with features to request the procurement of goods, maintenance procurement of goods and procurement of goods online report. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based inventory information system that make easier and speed up the process of inventory and procurement of goods in a company warehouse

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi dan telah berdiri selama 13 tahun. PT Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) membutuhkan sebuah brand mark baru yang menggambarkan identitas perusahaan agar dapat tetap bersaing di dunia bisnis IT yang terus bergerak semakin canggih. Rebranding Project merupakan sebuah proyek pembuatan brand mark dan motion graphic logo yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Marketing. Pembuatan brand mark kemudian diterapkan dalam template brosur, presentasi dan company profile dari AGIT untuk mendukung pelaksanaan Rebranding Project. Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to recognize the importance of sustainable development of management in firms that is based human resource development activities whereas accounting information system as tools to do data processing with capability of intellectual capital that fit it from certain discipline may drawn quality of life of one country. Design/methodology/approach – this study uses meta-analysis as the explanation approach as finding out the performance of accounting information system with capability of intellectual capital both as the bridges to sustainable development of management through human resource development activities whereas automatically quality of life of one country can be drawn and it may necessary be approved by empirical study for the next future research. Finding – Accounting Information System and Intellectual Capital both will produce the information standards that will be performed by human resource development activities that result on the sustainable development of management than can be fully implemented. Originality/value – The accounting information system and intellectual capital value to perform knowledge that brings quality of life in one country can be counted through human resource development activities to contribute sustainable development of management and all those characteristics have different kind of situation will affect different information standard that can be proved by empirical study. This study aims are to analyze the influence of information access, knowledge, perception of contraception for birth control risk, and husband's support on unmet need group’s interest in using contraception. This research used a cross-sectional study design and survey method. The research was conducted in Bogor City, Indonesia with 200 respondents (wives). Data was collected through face-to-face interview. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferred using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The respondents were selected purposively. Based on research’s result, the wife’s knowledge regarding contraception using was in the medium category. However, knowledge about contraception devices was still in the low category. In this research, wives perceive that family planning has little risk for health and non-health. Husband’s support was categorized as good and the husbands allowed their wife to use contraception but did not get involved in the decision-making. The respondents had reasonably good interest in contraception using by considering 6 to 10 respondents prefer not to use contraception. Research result showed the accepted hypothesis are access to information influences knowledge (H1), perceived risk influences interest (H5), access to information does not influences risk perception (H2), knowledge does not influence risk perception (H3), knowledge has no effect on interest (H4), so does husband's support (H6).

Pemahaman akan teknologi sangatlah dibutuhkan seorang guru saat ini agar mampu bersaing pada era MEA . Information Communication Technologi (ICT)Â adalah salah satu bidang kajian yang beberapa tahun kebelakang mulai berkembang di negara kita dan telah banyak diimplementasikan dalam berbagai bidang Beberapa hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan pula bahwa pembelajaran berbasis ICT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi pada siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon guru biologi terhadap pemanfaatan ICT dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keseluruhan guru yang menjadi sampelÂ merasa tertarik dengan pemanfaatan ICT dalam proses pembelajaran,Â dengan tingkat ketertarikan berada pada katagori kuat (74,73%), hal ini dapat berarti bahwa pemanfaatan ICT dalam proses pembelajaran akan semakin meningkat.

Cosmetic products have different characteristics compared to other products. Recently, it is considered as primary needs rather than secondary which are always included in the monthly shopping list. Without leaving its identity, the company is based on multi-level marketing, which previously was a negative image. Oriflame required to satisfy customers so that they can get loyal customers. This research will analyse the influence of Sales Information System, IMC Strategy (Integrated Marketing Communications) and the Role of Brand Ambassadors on the loyalty of customers of Oriflame products in Indonesia. To obtain data for analysis, this research conducts the non-probability sampling method of purposive sampling, which is a method of determining respondents to be sampled. The population in this study are all customers of Oriflame products in Indonesia.

Green parks and open spaces are indispensable parts of an urban environment as they play important roles in promoting public health, protecting natural ecosystems and improving socioeconomic conditions of the city dwellers. Hence, the information of green and open spaces in a city needs to be provided to its governing authority and people for better management and utilisation. WebGIS technology is capable of maintaining and disseminating green park information among its users over the web. The availability of open source geospatial software and tools made this technology more cost effective and acceptable to the user community. In present study an interactive and user friendly WebGIS enabled solution is developed for green parks of Kolkata city that facilitates city dwellers and decision makers to search and visualise green parks both on map and satellite image along with park information and ground photo. It is an easy deployable solution that helps in urban planning for creating new as well as preserving the existing green spaces.

Malang city is a city that has a significant increase in population, which is around 50 thousands people in just period of 5 years. One of the reasons is because Malang city is a city of education, the reasons its called city of education is because in this City there are a lot of public university and private university that are quite popular, such as Universitas Brawijaya (UB), Universitas Islam Malang (Unisma), etc. This resulted many migrants from outside the area of Malang city study in Malang city. There are some things that might be the reasons why migrants choose Malang city, such as the Malang city have one of the best quality university in Indonesia. When becoming a migrant, the most needed thing is certainly a place to live in a long term, because of that the migrants need information on where to live in the form of boarding house or rent house to live in, we can get this kind of information trough social media like Twitter, but on Twitter there is still no category for this kind of information. By seeing this problem, we can use Classification technique to classified the information in the form of living quarters in the city of Malang. In this study Naive Bayes method is used as the classification method, and Information gain as the feature selection method. Before entering the classification process the weighting is done first using TF-IDF-CF method. This study uses 150 training data and 60 testing data. The highest accuracy value in this study are 71,66% using 33% of feature, using TF-IDF-ICF weighthing and, without using number feature.

Smartphones with powerful camera sensor capabilities can be used to analyze photos and object recognition. Food is one of the popular photography objects and seeing it makes you want to cook or taste it. Cooking requires recipes as a tool to make dishes because not everyone knows how to make dishes. Food recipe search techniques with food image input are needed because not everyone knows the name of the food made. There are several steps in the method carried out to do the introduction of food types namely preprocessing, feature extraction using the Color Moments and Gray Level Counseling Matrix (GLCM) method, feature selection using the Information Gain method and classification using the Weighted K-Nearest Neighbor (NWKNN) method. Tests were carried out to determine the accuracy of the NWKNN method and also to know the effect of the Information Gain feature selection. The results of testing with the K-Fold Cross Validation method obtained the highest average accuracy of 92.37% by dividing the test data by 30, the number of features by 10, the value of k on the NWKNN by 3 and calculating distances using Cosine Similarity. On other hands, the testing of the Information Gain effect resulted in the highest accuracy of 86.96% with the 15 best features. It can be concluded that the NWKNN method can answer the problem of unbalanced data and Information Gain can find out the best features for classification.
