Abstract

Motorcycles sold by PT. So Kencana Motor is provided with market needs so that sales have a lot of profits and supplies do not accumulate in the warehouse. Each sales transaction is processed using the Microsoft excel application. The problem that occurs is that when doing data search and report printing, then the administration must look for it one by one from excel data that has been stored a lot. So this complicates the administration in managing motorcycle sales. This research makes information systems created using web programming that implement systems based on sales reports into applications that can managemotorcycle sales until the printing of reports. With the existence of a web-based motorcycle sales information system, PT. Source So Kencana Motor gets convenience in managing sales data until the printing of reports..

Abstract

YAPIM TARUNA MARELAN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL is a private school located in Marelan Pasar IV, where in every election for chairman and deputy chairman of the OSIS, so far they still use a manual system. The use of paper as a medium for conveying the vision and mission and valid ballot papers, problems are often encountered in the process, both When writing the candidate's name or number, the paper is wet, the paper is torn and so on, this causes the calculation process to be hampered and the calculation results to be inaccurate. With the e-voting system, the election process becomes easier and does not take a long time so it does not interfere with the learning process. Apart from that, the calculation process also becomes easier and faster.

Abstract

Lecturer productivity is a strategic priority for Islamic Higher Education Institutions (IHEIs), which combine academic excellence with Islamic values and community service while often operating under constraints such as limited digital infrastructure, heavy administrative workloads, and dual religious–academic responsibilities. This study examines how organizational commitment and work-life balance influence lecturer productivity in six IHEIs in Jambi Province, with information technology (IT) tested as a moderating factor. Using a quantitative survey of 237 lecturers and analyzing the data with SEM-PLS, the results show that organizational commitment significantly improves lecturer productivity, whereas work-life balance has a positive but statistically insignificant effect. IT demonstrates a strong direct impact on productivity, but it does not moderate the effects of organizational commitment or work-life balance, suggesting that technology operates primarily as a general performance enabler rather than a conditional amplifier of these individual factors. These findings extend evidence on productivity determinants in the under-studied IHEI context and offer practical implications for policy and management, particularly the need to strengthen digital infrastructure, enhance organizational support systems, and align HR practices with the institutional realities of Islamic higher education.

Abstract

This study synthesizes recent empirical research (2015–2025) on the relationships among cognitive load, working memory, metacognitive regulation, self-regulated learning (SRL), and mathematics anxiety in university-level mathematics. Although Cognitive Load Theory (CLT), Working Memory frameworks, and Metacognitive Regulation models have substantially advanced understanding of mathematical information processing, their application to advanced university mathematics remains conceptually fragmented. Through a systematic review of indexed literature, this paper consolidates evidence on how metacognitive strategies—planning, monitoring, and evaluation—interact with cognitive resources and affective factors across mathematical subdomains such as calculus, abstract algebra, statistics, and geometry. The findings indicate that metacognitive regulation supports cognitive load management, that self-regulated learning mediates the relationship between motivational beliefs and performance, and that mathematics anxiety disrupts both working memory efficiency and metacognitive monitoring. Empirical evidence further suggests that cognitive-metacognitive strategy training, particularly when embedded within instructional design or digital learning environments, is more consistently associated with performance gains than purely affective interventions. Rather than proposing a wholly new theoretical framework, this study integrates and clarifies existing perspectives to outline directions for a more holistic model of university mathematics learning that accounts for cognitive, metacognitive, motivational, and emotional dimensions. The review concludes by identifying implications for instructional design and priorities for future empirical research.

Abstract

Community-based waste management through Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) Maju Jaya plays a vital role in the circular economy by transforming organic refuse into eco-friendly products like natural dish soap. Manual recording systems and conventional marketing strategies currently hinder operational efficiency, leading to data inaccuracies and limited market reach. This research aims to optimize KSM operations by developing an integrated web-based management information system focused on data management and sales. The study employs a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, incorporating user requirement identification, iterative UI/UX prototyping using Figma, and functional verification through blackbox testing. Results demonstrate that the developed system provides a systematic, transparent, and accurate platform for tracking production, stock, and transactions. The web-mobile responsive design ensures accessibility across various devices, significantly reducing human error and accelerating report generation. This research concludes that digital transformation through user-centric information technology effectively enhances the institutional capacity and sustainability of community-led environmental initiatives. Implementation of this system serves as a scalable model for other grassroots organizations transitioning toward professionalized digital management.
