Abstract

Project planning has several stages or project activity plans that can result in the running of a project more optimally to the project estimation that can help the planning manager or project manager work together in preparing project implementation at PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung. PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung is a business that will produce an intangible product (service) / service activity for construction and oil services that will be used for the needs of other companies. Problems at PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung in processing project data using the MS system. Excel which results in data redundancy so it must check data - data and must be input again. This results in data redundancy and lack of data consistency so the presentation of project manager information is less accurate. Then this research uses CPM (Critical Path Method) method to determine the level of project progress in order to optimize project duration, possibility of accelerating time of project implementation and make it easier as admin by supporting project estimation activities, making it easier to manage planning of project activities and preparing a project scheduling. The design is implemented using PHP and MySQL database servers.

Abstract

In this era, the development of information technology is so fast that it cannot be looked away. This development of information technology is going to affect many kinds of fields, including developer. The point of this development is to help the work done by the people become easier. One of its benefit is in decision making. Decision mistakes is one of the general problems that usually happened in decision making. A system will be made with the purpose to ease the decisions making process through methods. The methods are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as weight calculation and Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) as an alternative calculation media. In this system there are 5 criteria which are: non-fixed income, living cost, age, SPT Pph Ps. 21 for credit and paycheck. There are 11 alternative that can be used as a consideration for the manager. By using AHP method which has a consistent ratio reaching 96,62% and SAW, the selection process is going to be faster than it used to be, helping the Manager in making the decision also lessen the use of space and paper

Abstract

Savings and Loan Applications Using Web Based User Centered Design aims to facilitate savings and loan transactions with effective and efficient, from the user side, the user can find out the data member in the form of total deposits and loans with easy access. After doing research Cooperative gem Bakti Nusantara, savings and loan process often experience delays due to reports that the old data collection and input process is slow. Which was made based saving web application to overcome the problems of savings and loan owned, it is expected that these applications and the cooperative members can easily find out information about savings and loans, and as well as to increase the number of new members.

Abstract

Managing human resources in the company is very important where human resources are needed for the progress of the company, in most companies, of course, can utilize all the human resources obtained in accordance with the need to contribute in accordance with the needs of the company to achieve its goals. PT. Indo Porcelain is engaged in manufacturing with ceramic dining table products, such as glassware, bowls and dishes. Problems faced by PT. Indo Porcelain is the absence of an integrated information system, so that the employee recruitment process requires time in making selection decisions for prospective employees while at the same time hampering the company's internal control. Based on the concept and design, it can be concluded that it has been built "ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF DECISION SUPPORT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ASSESSMENT OF EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT AND MANAGEMENT USING ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) METHOD IN PT. INDO PORCELAIN" to assist HRD in making decisions. It can be concluded that the results of the implementation of this new system can help the management department more easily, efficiently and effectively. With the decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, the recruitment process is faster and easier. Information on the results of recruitment obtained by company management becomes more structured so that the decision support process taken by the management can produce more accurate decisions.

Abstract

PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung is one of the companies engaged in construction services in Indonesia, in the scope of gas and petroleum. To facilitate the company in carrying out the project implementation process and monitoring the progress of the project, a special computerized system is needed.Looking at the system that runs on the company, there is no specific system support, which has several obstacles, among others in making schedule project, errors in recording data and presenting project progress reports because project progress was not monitored, completion of projects that are not in accordance with time schedules, etc. Of the several obstacles encountered, it becomes an interesting discussion to looking for solutions that can minimize obstacles and even risks that will occur as a result of these constraints. For that it was made Analysis And Design Of Web-Based Project Management Information System Using Critical Path Method (CPM) Method On Pt. Pakarti Tirtoagung. Using the CPM method for help planning activities to project development. Based on the results of the questionnaire that was distributed to 10 (ten) respondents and after processing the results 58% of respondents felt agree and 38% strongly agree that the system can present information about the ongoing project, monitoring the project and presenting a project progress report .

Abstract

Now development of information technology and internet is very high and increasingly widespread. With the technology which is connected without limits time and place. The development of online transactions is very much in demand compared to conventional transactions, without a medium to make the right transactions, it will hamper the efficiency and effectivenes, so that transaction activities between sellers and buyers become inhibited. Therefore we need a solution to solve these problems, the progress of e-commerce in Indonesia is needed for the community. Developing technology can be implemented into the business field. So an e-marketplace application is needed to be built and designed as a web to transact between sellers and buyers. This website is developed using the profile-matching method and with the design of RAD (Rapid Application Development) which is an object-oriented approach to the system with the main goal of shortening the application processing time and process so that as soon as possible empowering the software system precisely and quickly which consists of the requirements planning, design system, instruction and implementation. The e-marketplace information system can increase freelancer revenue and the level of customer convenience in finding workers according to what is needed and can make the transaction process efficient and effective. As a result, it helps to provide decision criteria for the client selection.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze internal control efforts in the payroll and wage accounting information system carried out by the company in the area. The method used is a qualitative approach using interviews and documentation relating to payroll and wages for company employees in the area. The results show that the accounting information system used for employee payroll and wages is following the procedure and can be said to be effective because of the flow diagram and overtime process which are not by the SOP. Internal control carried out on companies in Madiun has not been effective because there are multiple tasks and a lack of employee monitoring.

Abstract

In the research analysis of satisfaction of students in the christian university of indonesia toward academic information system (ais) service, using a research model that is "Importance and Performance Analysis", using 'Likert' to measure the research variables. The results showed that Indonesian Christian University students were satisfied with the Academic Information System (AIS) service. The attributes that give satisfaction are as follows: AIS information is always updated, AIS provides a menu of academic consultations between students and lecturers of Academic Advisor (PA), AIS provides financial information to find out the number of college bills, AIS displays information about student academic activities and AIS makes it easy for students to the process of making a study plan. Suggestions for Academic Information Systems (AIS) Indonesian Christian University is that AIS looks more communicative, provides more academic information, and displays more accurate data in accordance with the wishes of students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetisi politik, indeks pembangunan manusia, dan leverage terhadap ketersediaan dan keteraksesan informasi keuangan daerah pada website resmi pemerintah daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemerintah daerah di Indonesia yang berjumlah 542 dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 51 pemerintah daerah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian model penelitian I menunjukkan bahwa indeks pembangunan manusia dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan informasi keuangan daerah, sedangkan kompetisi politik tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan informasi keuangan daerah. Hasil model penelitian II adalah indeks pembangunan manusia dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap keteraksesan informasi keuangan daerah, sedangkan kompetisi politik tidak berpengaruh terhadap keteraksesan informasi keuangan daerah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi ketersediaan dan keteraksesan informasi keuangan daerah pada website resmi pemerintah daerah yaitu indeks pembangunan manusia dan leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of political competition, human development index, and leverage to the availability and accessibility of regional financial information on local government website. The population of this study is 542 of local government with purposive sampling and documentation method. The research sample is as many as 51 local government. Research data analysis uses descriptive analysis statistical and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 21. The result of this research showed that human development index and leverage gives effect to regional financial information availability on the first research model. Beside it, the political competition has not give effect on regional financial information availability. The second research model result is human development index and leverage gives effect to regional financial information accessibility. Then, the political competition has not give effect on accessibility of regional financial information. Based on the research result can be conclude that influence factors of availability and accessibility of regional financial information on local government website are human development index and leverage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) adoption and Corporate Governance on the accounting information quality in Indonesia. Corporate Governance in this study is represented by institutional ownership, independent commissioners and audit committees. The object of research is 77 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The regression method applied in the form of panel data with a period for six years (2009 - 2015). After conducting a model selection test, the chosen model is the fixed effect model (FEM). Based on the test results it is known that IFRS adoption, independent commissioners, and audit committees are not associated with the information accounting information quality, while institutional ownership is positively associated with the accounting information quality. From these results, it turns out that the adoption of IFRS on Indonesia Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (hereinafter referred to as PSAK) does not provide choices that could be utilized by managers to be able to improve the quality of financial statements. Meanwhile, institutional ownership could have a role in improving the monitoring function of company managers. Furthermore, the fact that the presence of independent commissioners still could not improve the monitoring function of managers to improve the accounting information quality. Likewise, the audit committee does not prove to have a supervisory function for managers in preparing in high-quality financial statements.
