Abstract

Di era jaman digital saat ini dituntut berbagai keahlian dan keterampilan setiap lulusan teknik sipil. Namun pada kenyataannya masih sangat banyak lulusan SMK jurusan DPIB yang belum memiliki keterampilan sebagai bekal di dunia kerja. Permasalahan pada mitra dari Sekolah SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja jurusan Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB belum menngetahui apa itu BIM,  Sumber daya guru dan siswa belum memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman konsep keterampilan teknis dalam mengoperasikan sistem BIM, Belum Mengetahui jenis-jenis software untuk mengaplikasikan BIM. Salah satu metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan Building Information Modeling (BIM) Dengan Software Autodesk Revit. Pemodelan menggunakan BIM adalah salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk saat ini. BIM membantu memodelkan bentuk dari bangunan yang akan dibangun mulai dari bentuk 2D seperti tampak, potongan, dan denah hingga pemodelan dengan bentuk tiga dimensi (3D) dari bangunan tersebut. Selain itu BIM juga membantu dalam masalah penjadwalan proyek serta masalah estimasi harga. Metoda yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah survey langsung ke lapangan, memberikan penyuluhan / pelatihan melalui presentasi dan praktek membuat pemodelan menggunakan program BIM. mendapatkan informasi tentang penggunaan program Building Information Modelling (BIM) dalam merencanakan dan merancang suatu proyek. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah keterampilan cara pengoperasian program BIM dengan revit. Transfer ilmu mengenai BIM dari Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat kepada masyarakat akan terjadi sehingga siswa SMK jurusan DPIB semakin mengerti dan memahami mengenai pengoperasian BIM dan cara penggambarannya.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the health sector has become a global and national priority agenda. Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is the backbone of digital transformation in healthcare institutions. This study aims to examine the role of SIMRS as a management strategy that drives improvements in hospital organizational performance through a systematic literature review. The method used was narrative literature review by analyzing 20 articles published in 2020–2024 from PubMed, Garuda, and Google Scholar databases. The results show that integrative SIMRS implementation has been proven to improve operational efficiency (average waiting time reduction of 35–45%), clinical data accuracy, patient satisfaction, and support data-driven strategic decision-making. However, main challenges include human resource resistance, infrastructure limitations, and weak data governance. The success of digital transformation requires strategic leadership, organizational readiness, continuous HR training, and system integration with accreditation platforms (KARS/JCI). This study concludes that SIMRS is not merely a technological tool, but a strategic management instrument that, when comprehensively implemented, will enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of hospitals in the era of National Health Insurance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah mendorong inovasi di berbagai bidang, salah satunya dalam pembangunan infrastruktur. Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan teknologi mutakhir yang semakin popule rkarena diyakin idapat meningkatkan efisiensi biaya dan waktu dalam proyek konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan konsep BIM dalam pembangunan proyek Workshop POOL Samkai di Kabupaten Merauke, Papua. Metode penelitian ini mencakup pemodelan dokumen proyek dalam bentuk gambar 2D menjadi model 3D dengan tambahan informasi menggunakan perangkat lunak Autodesk Revit2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan BIM menghasilkan volume material yang lebih kecil karena model 3D memberikan gambaran material yang lebih detail, sehingga mengurangi pemborosan material. Selain itu, BIM mendukung konsep 5D untuk estimasi biaya yang lebih presisi. Berdasarkan perkiraan BIM, total biaya adalah Rp 365.532.029, sedangkan metode konvensional menghasilkan Rp 365.135.071. Selisih sebesar Rp7.603.041 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan BIM dengan Autodesk Revit 2022 dapat menghasilkan penghematan biaya hingga 2,10% dibandingkan metode konvensional. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BIM dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mengelola sumber daya dan biaya dalam proyek konstruksi.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of instructional leadership, teacher competence, and information technology utilization on the effectiveness of deep learning in public elementary schools located in the underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) areas of Batang Tuaka District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. A quantitative ex post facto correlational design was employed involving 101 teachers selected through proportionate cluster random sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 31 after meeting the assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The findings reveal that instructional leadership has a positive but non-significant effect on deep learning effectiveness (p = 0.391). In contrast, teacher competence (p = 0.007) and information technology utilization (p < 0.001) significantly and positively influence deep learning effectiveness. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect deep learning effectiveness (p < 0.001), explaining 49.9% of its variance. These findings suggest that improving teacher competence and optimizing information technology utilization are essential strategies for strengthening deep learning, particularly in schools located in 3T areas. Future research should investigate additional factors influencing deep learning effectiveness to provide a more comprehensive understanding of quality learning improvement in disadvantaged educational contexts.

Abstract

 Administration of Regional Assets (BMD) is one of the important activities in managing regional assets. Good quality administration requires competent personnel and adequate information technology support. This study aims to analyze the influence of personnel competence and the use of information technology on the quality of BMD administration , with asset management performance as an intervening variable . The research method uses a quantitative approach through a survey of personnel directly involved in managing regional assets. The results show that personnel competence and the use of information technology have a positive effect on asset management performance and directly on the quality of BMD administration . In addition, asset management performance is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between the two independent variables and the quality of BMD administration . This finding emphasizes the importance of increasing the capacity of personnel and optimizing the use of Information Technology in creating accurate, transparent, and accountable regional asset governance . The quality indicators of goods administration in this study are the accuracy of asset recording, completeness of goods documents and data, timeliness of reporting, conformity of physical data with administrative data, compliance with administration regulations .

Abstract

Technological developments in the current digital era have had a significant impact on business development, particularly in the financial sector. Digital technology has transformed the business landscape and created new ways to manage companies. A major challenge in business development is the limited use of technology in financial management, particularly in the underserved agribusiness sector. Manual financial recording processes increase the risk of recording and calculation errors and are time-consuming. This study aims to develop a Microsoft Access-based Smart Farm Accounting System software focused on digital bookkeeping and record-keeping. The Smart Farm Accounting System software can be applied to businesses in the livestock sector, taking into account the uniqueness of the agribusiness sector in accounting applications. This study is an applied research through user interviews to tailor the system development to system needs. The results of the system implementation prove that digitalization through Smart Farm Accounting improves efficiency and data accuracy.

Abstract

Digital technologies are increasingly used to support student-centered instruction under Indonesia's Merdeka Curriculum, yet quantitative evidence from Islamic Religious Education (IRE) remains limited. This study examined the association between visual-based information technology and IRE learning. A cross-sectional explanatory survey involved 40 participants (33 students and 7 IRE teachers) purposively selected from one public junior secondary school. Two eight-item questionnaires used a four-point Likert scale, and internal consistency was acceptable for visual-based information technology (Cronbach's ? = 0.799) and IRE learning (? = 0.778). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, assumption tests, a two-tailed Pearson correlation with 5,000-sample bias-corrected and accelerated bootstrapping, and simple linear regression. Mean scores were 23.80 (SD = 5.85) for visual-based information technology and 24.15 (SD = 5.66) for IRE learning. Regression residuals were normally distributed (W = 0.959, p = 0.150), and no significant deviation from linearity was detected, F(16, 22) = 1.545, p = 0.170. A strong positive correlation was found, r = 0.861, p < 0.001, BCa 95% CI [0.764, 0.929]. Visual-based information technology significantly predicted IRE learning, B = 0.833, SE = 0.080, ? = 0.861, t = 10.454, p < 0.001, explaining 74.2% of the variance (R² = 0.742). The findings indicate a substantial association, but causal interpretation is limited by the single-school, cross-sectional, self-report design.

Abstract

Communication barriers remain a major obstacle to accessing mental health information and services among Deaf individuals. The limited availability of mental health terminology in Bahasa Isyarat Indonesia (BISINDO) can hinder communication between Deaf individuals, sign language interpreters, and mental health professionals. This community service program aimed to introduce and disseminate a digital BISINDO mental health dictionary as an accessible resource for mental health education and communication. A one-day community engagement program was conducted involving Deaf community members, sign language interpreters, mental health professionals, students, and government representatives. The program included presentations on the need for a mental health dictionary, the dictionary development process incorporating 80 terminologies, demonstrations of BISINDO mental health terminology through YouTube videos, a talk show featuring a psychiatrist and a clinical psychologist from Mental Health Deaf Indonesia, and an interactive question-and-answer session. Program evaluation was based on participant feedback. Participants expressed positive responses regarding the relevance of the dictionary, the free accessibility of video-based content, and its potential use in mental health education and service settings. Feedback highlighted the importance of standardized mental health terminology in BISINDO and the value of collaboration between Deaf and hearing professionals. The digital BISINDO mental health dictionary shows promise as an accessible communication and educational resource that may support more inclusive mental health services for Deaf communities.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged universities to improve the quality of academic services through the implementation of digital systems. One form of implementation is the use of the Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) or Academic Information System, which supports various administrative processes, including Study Plan Card (Kartu Rencana Studi [KRS]) submission, grade management, lecture scheduling, and the delivery of academic information to students. The presence of this system makes administrative processes more practical, efficient, and accessible to the entire academic community. This research aimed to examine the importance of implementing Academic Information Systems in improving the effectiveness of academic services in higher education. The study employed a literature review method by examining various scientific journals and references related to the implementation of SIAKAD in Indonesia. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to identify the benefits, challenges, and development opportunities of academic information systems. The results showed that SIAKAD implementation provides several benefits, including improved administrative efficiency, easier access to academic information, and enhanced service quality for students and lecturers. However, several challenges remain, including technological infrastructure readiness, user competency in operating the system, and the need for continuous system development to adapt to technological advancements. Therefore, effective management of SIAKAD is an important factor in supporting the improvement of higher education service quality.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pemerintah menerapkan sistem digital guna mendukung efisiensi pelayanan publik, termasuk pengelolaan event dan pendaftaran peserta. Pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika Kota Bukittinggi, proses tersebut masih dilakukan manual sehingga penyebaran informasi, pendataan peserta, dan pengelolaan kegiatan kurang efektif dan efisien, serta menimbulkan hambatan seperti lamanya verifikasi data, risiko kesalahan pencatatan, dan keterbatasan akses informasi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran dan manajemen event berbasis web yang membantu administrator mengelola event, peserta, dan kode akses, serta memudahkan masyarakat memperoleh informasi dan mendaftar event secara online. Sistem dilengkapi fitur registrasi dan login pengguna, verifikasi kode akses, manajemen event, pendaftaran dan manajemen peserta, pengelolaan kode akses, notifikasi email, serta tautan grup WhatsApp event. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode SDLC model Waterfall, dengan teknologi Laravel Framework, PHP, MySQL, dan Bootstrap, serta diuji menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu menjalankan seluruh fungsi utama sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dapat disimpulkan sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan event serta mempermudah pendaftaran peserta pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika Kota Bukittinggi.
