Abstract

Digital transformation in public administration requires reliable, informative, and responsive public data services that deliver tangible benefits to users. However, no empirical study has specifically examined the application of the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model to Portal Satu Data Ketenagakerjaan as an integrated government public data service in the labor sector. This study examines the effects of System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Net Benefits of Portal Satu Data Ketenagakerjaan and tests the mediating role of User Satisfaction. A quantitative explanatory approach was used, with data collected through an online questionnaire from 100 portal users selected by purposive sampling during May-June 2026. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS version 4.1.1.8. The results show that System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality positively and significantly affect User Satisfaction and Net Benefits. User Satisfaction also positively and significantly affects Net Benefits and mediates the effects of all three quality dimensions through complementary partial mediation. The novelty lies in applying the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model to Portal Satu Data Ketenagakerjaan as an integrated government public data service supporting Satu Data Indonesia in the labor sector, while examining User Satisfaction as a mediating mechanism in generating Net Benefits

Abstract

High-rise building projects are highly complex because they involve the integration of structural, architectural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) elements. One of the common problems in the planning stage is the occurrence of design clashes between building elements that are not detected early. Such clashes may lead to design discrepancies, rework, material waste, project delays, and potential cost increases during construction. Therefore, the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) through clash detection is important to improve design coordination and minimize construction errors. This study aims to analyze the implementation of BIM-based clash detection in identifying design clashes in a high-rise building project. The research employed a model-based simulation approach through literature review, project data collection, BIM 3D modeling, clash detection, and classification of clashes among building disciplines. The clash detection process was carried out to identify conflicts between structural, architectural, and MEP elements.The results show that the BIM model was able to visualize the building components in detail and support the identification of interdisciplinary clashes. The detected clashes included conflicts between structure and MEP, architecture and MEP, structure and architecture, and wall elements with MEP components.

Abstract

Electronic medical records (EMR) require sound data security management to preserve the confidentiality, accuracy, and availability of patient information. This study describes the knowledge, compliance, efforts, and policy alignment of medical record and health information officers (PMIK) regarding EMR data security at Humana Prima Hospital, Bandung. A descriptive qualitative method was applied through observation, in-depth interviews, and document review involving 12 PMIK staff and 1 Head of the Medical Record Unit selected through total sampling. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model and validated through source triangulation. Results show that staff knowledge still varies and is influenced by training history and D3 Medical Record educational background. Staff compliance is relatively high, although a gap remains in the form of failure to log out in the Emergency Department due to high workload. Efforts to safeguard data security have covered confidentiality, integrity, and availability, but audit trail implementation has not been fully applied. The three written SPOs complement one another but do not yet fully regulate daily operational behavior or storage room monitoring. EMR data security risks are found more at the implementation level than the policy level, so strengthening training and supervision should be prioritized.

Abstract

Patient payment management in hospitals requires an integrated system to improve transaction accuracy and efficiency. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a web-based accounting information system (AIS) in patient payment management in a simulated environment. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the system was able to improve recording accuracy, reduce input errors, and accelerate the administration process and tracking of payment data. However, the system still has limitations due to the lack of comprehensive financial reporting features. The implications of this study indicate that a web-based AIS has the potential to support the effectiveness of patient payment management and serve as the basis for developing a more comprehensive system in hospitals.

Abstract

Maxy Academy experiences operational inefficiency due to the high volume of customer inquiries on WhatsApp being handled manually. This study aims to design and develop an automated information service solution using an n8n-based AI Chatbot integrated with WhatsApp. Utilizing a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a Rapid Application Development (RAD) model, the system architecture incorporates the n8n orchestrator, WhatsApp HTTP API (WAHA), Large Language Model (LLM) agents, and a PERN Stack-based operational dashboard. The developed system successfully operates 24/7, proactively extracts customer data, and facilitates a silent handover mechanism for human agent intervention. Functional evaluation using Black Box Testing demonstrated a 100% validity rate across all test scenarios, confirming the software’s functional reliability without any defects. The R&D process successfully produced a stable and responsive automated information service that effectively classifies message queues.

Abstract

This study examines how QRIS adoption and fintech knowledge shape the quality of accounting information and financial decision-making among MSME actors in Setu District, Bekasi. A quantitative design was employed, with survey data gathered from 61 MSME respondents chosen through a sampling procedure and processed via multiple linear regression in SPSS. Findings indicate that both QRIS adoption and fintech knowledge exert a significant positive influence on accounting information quality as well as on financial decisions. In other words, greater reliance on digital payment tools together with a stronger grasp of fintech concepts tends to strengthen how MSME actors manage financial data and make business-related choices. What distinguishes this study is its incorporation of financial-processing indicators within the accounting information construct, contributing a fresh angle to accounting information systems research.

Abstract

The precipitous expansion of social commerce has reconfigured consumer purchasing behaviour by consolidating product information, interactions with creators, and digital transactions within a singular platform. Endeavoured within this study is an examination of the influence exerted by information quality, creator credibility and e-service quality upon customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on TikTok Shop, particularly amongst consumers who procure beauty products. A quantitative approach was espoused in this study, whereby a questionnaire was disseminated to 147 consumers who have purchased beauty products via TikTok Shop. Subsequently scrutinised through variance-based structural equation modelling were the research data, so as to appraise both direct and indirect relationships amongst the research variables. Disclosed by the findings is that e-service quality and creator credibility exert a salutary and significant effect upon customer satisfaction, whereas information quality evinces no significant effect. Moreover, customer satisfaction is shown to exert a positive and significant effect upon customer loyalty and to mediate the influence of e-service quality and creator credibility upon customer loyalty. Accounted for by the research model is 68.9% of the variance in customer satisfaction and 47.9% of the variance in customer loyalty. This study concludes that customer loyalty on TikTok Shop is chiefly determined by satisfaction, which is, in turn, shaped by e-service quality and creator credibility.

Abstract

The Pertamina Investment Information System (SIIP) is an internal enterprise application supporting project and investment management across PT Pertamina (Persero) Holding and six main Subholdings. Field observations and official internal meeting minutes identified recurring issues involving information accessibility, duplicate work, manual validation, and system response time. This study evaluates SIIP using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and optional scale-specific open-ended responses. A quantitative approach supported by qualitative data was applied to 62 active SIIP users. The 26-item UEQ measured Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. Quantitative data were analyzed using UEQ Data Analysis Tool version 14 and supported by Pearson item-to-total correlations and Cronbach's alpha in SPSS, while open-ended responses were grouped into recurring issue categories. Attractiveness obtained the highest mean (1.312), followed by Stimulation (0.927) and Novelty (0.907), whereas Perspicuity (-0.181), Dependability (-0.573), and Efficiency (-0.935) were weaker. At the dimension level, Attractiveness was 1.31, Hedonic Quality 0.92, and Pragmatic Quality -0.56. Benchmarking classified Attractiveness and Novelty as Above Average, Stimulation as Below Average, and Perspicuity, Efficiency, and Dependability as Bad. The results indicate a positive overall impression of SIIP but weak pragmatic quality, suggesting that development should prioritize clearer information, streamlined workflows, stronger validation and data-status feedback, and improved system stability.

Abstract

Penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) pada proyek perumahan skala menengah ke bawah di Jabodetabek masih menghadapi hambatan operasional akibat durasi fast-track (2–4 bulan) dan margin keuntungan yang terbatas. Penelitian kuantitatif-deskriptif ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kesiapan, memeringkatkan hambatan utama, serta merumuskan strategi adopsi BIM yang adaptif dan ramah biaya. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan integrasi kerangka STOR (SDM, Teknologi, Organisasi, Regulasi), pemeringkatan Relative Importance Index (RII), serta sintesis matriks IFE, EFE, IE, dan TOWS berbasis data kuesioner dari N = 42 praktisi konstruksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adopsi BIM berada pada fase transisi awal, di mana 57,15% instansi belum menjadikan BIM sebagai SOP baku dan penerapannya masih didominasi BIM 3D (50,00%). Meskipun persepsi manfaat internal tergolong sangat positif (RII = 0,812), adopsi terhambat oleh empat kendala utama: ketidaksiapan rantai pasok/mandor lokal (RII = 0,771), kelangkaan SDM ahli (RII = 0,758), tinggi biaya investasi awal (RII = 0,742), dan resistensi budaya kerja (RII = 0,672). Penerapan BIM dari awal (start from scratch) dinilai tidak layak untuk proyek singkat, namun sangat layak melalui pendekatan Light BIM (BIM Level 2) menggunakan standardized template model (Tipe 36 & 45). Hasil analisis kuantitatif (〖TWS〗_IFE = 3,165 ; 〖TWS〗_EFE = 3,558) mendudukkan posisi organisasi pada Kuadran I Matriks IE (Strategi Agresif), yang diwujudkan melalui skema insentif PBG, pelatihan bersubsidi, dan workflow OpenBIM.

Abstract

Achieving success in information system and technology (IS/IT) projects is a complex and multifaceted endeavour that has proven difficult. The literature is replete with project failures, but identifying the critical success factors contributing to favourable outcomes remains challenging. The triad of Time-Cost-Quality is widely accepted as key to achieving project success. While time and cost can be quantified and measured, quality is a more complex construct that requires different metrics and measurement approaches. Utilizing the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) methodology, this study initiated a comprehensive search across literature databases and identified 142 relevant articles pertaining to the specified keywords. A subset of ten articles was deemed suitable for further examination through rigorous screening and eligibility assessments. Notably, a primary finding indicates that despite recognizing usability as a critical element, there is a tendency to neglect usability enhancements due to time and resource constraints. Regarding the influence of usability on project success, the active involvement of end-users emerges as a pivotal factor. Moreover, fostering the enhancement of human-computer interaction (HCI) knowledge within the development team is essential. Failure to provide good usability can lead to project failure, undermining user satisfaction and adoption of the technology.
