Abstract

Inventory management at SMK Muthia Harapan Cicalengka was still carried out manually using record books and Microsoft Excel, making the processes of data recording, inventory searching, stock management, and report preparation less effective and efficient. This study aimed to design and develop a web-based inventory information system to support a more structured inventory management process at the school. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, while system testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method. The results indicate that the developed system is capable of managing item data, categories, rooms, incoming and outgoing inventory transactions, and generating inventory reports automatically. The testing results showed that all system features functioned properly according to user requirements, indicating that the system is suitable for implementation. Therefore, the developed web-based inventory information system can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management while reducing recording errors and facilitating inventory reporting at SMK Muthia Harapan Cicalengka.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical management information system (SIMF) has the potential to improve the efficiency of prescription services, but the relationship with perceived service quality is influenced by infrastructure readiness, integration, and users. Evidence from Puskesmas that links the level of SIMF implementation with efficiency and quality is still limited. To analyze the relationship between SIMF implementation and the efficiency and quality of prescription services perceived at the Palembang City Health Center and explain the obstacles to implementation. Sequential mixed-methods explanatory research was conducted in six health centers in 2026. Cross-sectional surveys of 18 pharmacists (total sampling) and 96 patients were followed by semi-structured interviews with 6 pharmacists to explain the survey findings. The analysis included descriptive statistics, Shapiro–Wilk tests, Spearman correlation (with simple linear regression as sensitivity analysis), and exploratory MANOVA; interviews were analyzed thematically. High implementation was found in availability and use (94.4%), usefulness (94.4%), and convenience (88.9%), while resources and infrastructure were mainly in the moderate category (77.8%). Wait times ≤20 minutes were experienced by 90.6% of patients and 87.5% were very satisfied. Implementation was positively associated with efficiency (rs=0.512; p=0.030), but not significantly associated with perceived quality (rs=0.404; p=0.097); inconclusive due to limited testing power). Interviews showed that data flow and prescribing readability improved, but unstable connections, limited computers, double record-keeping, absence of clinical decision support, and uneven training still occurred. Higher implementation of SIMF was associated with better operational efficiency, but was not significantly associated with perceived quality (inconclusive due to limited testing power); interviews indicated that quality may be limited by sociotechnical gaps and integration. Strengthening infrastructure, interoperability, clinical decision support, and ongoing training are needed.

Abstract

This article delves into the critical role of accounting information quality in shaping investment decisions from the perspective of investors in the capital market. The research aims to explore how the quality of accounting information impacts the decision-making processes of investors, particularly in terms of assessing investment opportunities and managing risks. A comprehensive literature review is conducted to analyze previous studies and theories related to accounting information quality, investment decisions, and investor behavior. The findings suggest that high-quality accounting information positively influences investors' ability to evaluate investment options accurately, enhances transparency, reduces information asymmetry, and fosters confidence in financial markets. Conversely, poor-quality accounting information can lead to misinformed decisions, increased uncertainty, and potential financial losses for investors. The implications of these findings highlight the significance of reliable and transparent financial reporting practices in facilitating informed investment decisions and promoting efficiency in capital markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived value and perceived price on repurchase intention through electronic word of mouth as a mediating variable for consumers of Solaria fast food restaurants in Sukabumi. The background of this study includes the rapid development of the culinary industry in Indonesia, especially fast food restaurants, as well as factors that influence consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 185 respondents of Solaria consumers in Sukabumi. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that perceived value and perceived price have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Electronic word of mouth was also shown to have a significant mediating influence between perceived value and price perception on repurchase intentions. This study concludes that to increase repurchase intentions, fast food restaurants such as Solaria need to increase perceived value and positive price perceptions in the eyes of consumers, and utilize electronic word of mouth as an effective marketing tool.

Abstract

To maximize the company's value, management must aim to reduce the Cost of Equity Capital (CEC) as much as possible. Investors will assume that the company's risk is low when the CEC is low, which in turn will enhance the company's value. However, the reality in Indonesia shows the opposite; the CEC of companies has been increasing year after year. Based on this phenomenon, it is necessary to examine the factors influencing CEC. Agency theory suggests that information asymmetry and earnings management can affect CEC. This study aims to test the direct effects of information asymmetry on CEC and earnings management on CEC, as well as the indirect effect of information asymmetry on CEC using earnings management as a moderating variable. The results of the data analysis show that information asymmetry affects earnings management and CEC. Furthermore, it was found that earnings management does not affect CEC. However, earnings management can moderate the relationship between information asymmetry and CEC

Abstract

The rapid growth of commercial activities in Medan Tembung District has intensified competition for limited business spaces, making business location selection a complex multi-criteria decision-making problem. Although the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Geographic Information System (GIS) have been widely applied in location selection studies, their integration into a unified decision-support framework for optimizing commercial space utilization remains limited. This study proposes a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) that integrates AHP and GIS to provide objective evaluation and spatial visualization of alternative business locations. A quantitative approach was employed using expert judgments for AHP pairwise comparisons and spatial data obtained from official government sources. The analysis identified Rental Cost (44.25%) as the most influential decision criterion, and the consistency evaluation yielded a Consistency Ratio (CR) of 0.0805, confirming the reliability of the expert judgments. The integrated AHP–GIS analysis ranked Jl. Tuasan as the most suitable business location with a final priority score of 0.6308. The main contribution of this study is the development of an integrated GIS–AHP framework that combines multi-criteria decision analysis with spatial intelligence in a single web-based platform. The proposed system provides transparent and evidence-based recommendations for business location selection and offers practical support for entrepreneurs and local governments in commercial land management, spatial planning, and sustainable urban development.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of accounting literacy and financial recordkeeping digitalization on business resilience among culinary MSMEs in Kramat Jati District and tests accounting information quality as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was applied using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 culinary MSME owners in Kramat Jati District. The results show that Accounting Literacy and Digitalization of Financial Recording do not significantly affect Business Resilience, while Digitalization of Financial Recording has a positive and significant effect on Accounting Information Quality, with a coefficient of 0.540, T-statistic of 1.998, and P-value of 0.046. Accounting Information Quality does not significantly affect Business Resilience. The R^2 values are 0.859 indicates that 85.9% of the variation for Accounting Information Quality and 0.506 indicates that 50.6% of the variation for Business Resilience. The indirect-effect tests indicate that accounting information quality does not mediate the effects of accounting literacy or financial recordkeeping digitalization on business resilience. These findings indicate that digitalization is more evident in shaping accounting information quality than in directly explaining business resilience.
