Abstract

Parcels data in Indonesia are still stored in 2-dimensional (2D) geometry which are integrated with other attribute data, such as the case with the Directorate of Land and Building Tax Indonesia. Whereas, building taxes assessment refers to a number of details that require the information to be stored in 3-dimensional (3D) forms. This study aims at the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, which widely used in building asset management in 3D. This research illustrates the usability of the role of BIM in assessing and managing building taxes in Indonesia. The point clouds were obtained using Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) technology. The point clouds processed so that it can form 3-dimensional geometrical apartment. The attributes of the 3-dimensional model integrated with the geometric model using the BIM concept. The results analyzed to assess whether BIM concept was able to fulfill the needs of the 3D fiscal cadastre in Indonesia.

Abstract

In managing chemistry, manufacturing and controls documents; the larger process is involved for electronic regulatory submissions to health authorities. This is a case of an entire process standard providing significant gains in efficiency. A solution is needed for this area of the biopharmaceutical industry. Within a Regulatory affiars, there are Information Management needs, particularly related to the electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) submission process. There are a number of methods for adding efficiencies to the submission process, particularly through automation and standards. Consider the overall process of a sponsor producing an eCTD submission and within it the specific process of transferring Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) documents from a manufacturer to the sponsor. Keeping in mind the overall eCTD process, consider the specific CMC process to illustrate where and how inefficiencies can be changed.

Abstract

Applications Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System for Mapping of Superior Commodities in Badung District. Superior commodity is one of the conditions in the development of agricultural areas included in (Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 56 of 2016). As for the development of food crops agriculture is based on land suitability classes found in technical guidelines (Ministry of Agriculture, 2017). The two regulations require that each Province develop a master plan for developing agricultural commodities, which is based on superior commodities and land suitability classes. Quantitative and qualitative methods include: (1) identification and interpretation of land use using satellite imagery, (2) field surveys, (3) re-interpretation of satellite images, (4) Location Quotient (LQ) analysis for competitive superior commodities and Shift Share Analysis (SSA) for comparative advantage, (5) Mapping of superior commodities and land suitability of food crops. The use of paddy fields in Badung Regency is 9069.11 ha, moor (898,797 ha), and mixed gardens (3898,615 ha). Competitive superior commodities (LQ) for: (1) paddy rice, located in Abiansemal, Mengwi, North Kuta and Kuta Districts, (2) corn, peanuts, sweet potatoes and cassava in Petang District, (3) soybeans and green beans in Mengwi District. Comparative superior commodities (SSA) of paddy rice are found in the Districts of Petang and Mengwi. While sweet potatoes in Abiansemal District and cassava in Petang District. Potential agroecosystem suitability classes for food crops and secondary crops in the study area are generally classified as very suitable (S1) except in the Petang District which is quite suitable (S2-t, rc1) with a low temperature limiting factor and a rough texture. Increasing the suitability class of paddy and palawija requires fertilizing and adding organic materials to increase production.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the role of management accounting practices in the mediated relationship influences the quality of the accounting information system and Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) against the performance of the company. Design/ methodology/ approach to hypothesis testing using partial least square approach (PLS). We perform an empirical study against the 89 companies in Indonesia that use ERP systems. Findings indicate that management accounting practices could bring impact on company performance of 63.7%. In this study found the findings that accounting techniques used after the use of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) can affect the performance of the company amounting to 68.5%. The influence of the use of management accounting provides the mediation role against the improved performance of the company. Research limitations/ implications of this model indicates that the effect of the use of mediation practice of management accounting is an important variable for understanding how to utilize a system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) exactly, but if not There is a push from Top management in accepting changes to it will not be achieved. The practical implications of adopting the system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems integration and ensure that the impact on the business value. In order for the system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has a positive impact on the value of the business, the process of integration with the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) should be ensured. Originality/ value – this research provide new knowledge about the importance of the use of contemporary management accounting practices used with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) to improve the performance of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and provide land suitability database of Subak to support sustainable agricultural development and provide spatial information such as land suitability maps with existing inhibiting factor. The method used was field survey to obtain data characteristics/quality of land through soil sampling on several land units sample, and soil analysis in the laboratory. Land suitability classification was done using the criteria from the Technical Instructions Evaluation of Land for Agricultural Commodities by matching between the quality/characteristics of the land with the growing requirements of rice crop being evaluated. The analysis of actual land suitability both of S2 (little suitable) with limiting factors included drainage, texture, depth of planting, salinity, N- available, P-available and K-available, and slope; and S3 (marginally suitable) with limiting factors such as N-available, P-available and salinity. The assumption of business improvements that can be made to the determine quality/characteristics of the land Subak was an inhibiting factor, with optimization by improved drainage channels, N and P in accordance with the needs of the rice plant. Therefore the suitability of potential land for irrigated rice crops can be mapped by GIS and can be increased to very suitable (S1) level. In conclusions, the actual land suitability was categories as 72% little suitable (S2) and 28% marginally suitable or S3 with inhibiting factors included rooting medium, availability of nutrients, slope and salinity. While the suitability of potential land consisted of all of Subak that invery suitable (S1)level, so that the existence of Subak in Denpasar should be protected.
