Abstract

AbstractThe aims of study are to (1) understand the image strategy of information servis of Air Force Military in the casses of military aircraft accident in Indonesia, (2) determine the level of alertness of the information service of Air Force in delivering information to media and public in the cases of military aircraft accident in Indonesia. The mothods of collecting the data were observation, interview, documentation. The result reveal that image strategy made by information service of Air Force is preventive action on the crisis by giving attention to standard operation procedures. Then it is followed by emergency actions by immediately sending crises control team, i.e. PPKPU investigation team to find out facts and causes during the accident and image recovery action by involving external assistance, i.e. mass media that can function as the sources of information for the society. Furthermore, the level of alertness in the delivery of information to media and publc by making use mass media, information service of Air Force quickly holds a press conference to clarify the news outside although aircraft accident is still under the investigation of PPKPU investigation team.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui strategi pencitraan Dinas Penerangan TNI AU dalam kasus kecelakaan pesawat militer di Indonesia. (2) mengetahui tingkat kesigapan Dinas Penerangan TNI AU dalam penyampaian informasi ke media dan publik dalam kasus kecelakaan pesawat militer di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Selanjutnya data yang didapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pencitraan yang dilakukan Dinas Penerangan TNI AU adalah dengan melakukan tindakan pencegahan terhadap krisis, dengan memperhatikan standar operasional prosedurnya. Kemudian langkah-langkah darurat dengan menurunkan segera tim pengendali krisis yaitu tim investigasi PPKPU untuk mencari fakta dan penyebab kecelakaan pada saat kejadian, dan tindakan pemulihan citra dengan melibatkan bantuan eksternal, yaitu media massa yang dapat difungsikan sebagai sumber informasi bagi masyarakat. Selanjutnya tingkat kesigapan dalam penyampaian informasi ke media dan publik dengan pemanfaatan media massa, Dinas Penerangan TNI AU dengan cepat melakukan konferensi pers untuk mengklarifikasi berita-berita yang ada diluar, walaupun kecelakaan pesawat yang terjadi masih dalam proses penyelidikan oleh tim investigasi PPKPU.

Abstract

This research aims to develop module products in electronic or digital form about mikrotiks and reveal their validity and practicality. This type of research is the development of research using the ploomp and nieveen models, with three stages of development, namely 1) preliminary research 2) prototyping stage and 3) assessment stage. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a validity questionnaire and a practicality questionnaire. The mikrotik training module was validated by six experts namely three mikrotik material experts and three module experts. The practicality of mikrotik e-modules is carried out on computer network engineering teachers in several State Vocational High Schools in Padang. The validity test results obtain results with a valid category. Based on the practicality test by the computer network engineering teacher at the State Vocational High School in Padang, the results obtained indicate that the module has a very high practicality category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the mikrotik e-module training is considered valid and practical.

Abstract

Sales information system is a system designed to simplify the online sales process. Based on research at Roti Nabila Bakery Factory researchers found problems in the Promotion System that only relied on Sales in conducting sales promotions, Ordering system is still recorded in a piece of paper, Calculation of total sales transactions still use calculator tools and Sales Reports are still recorded in a Sales Book so The researcher wants to Design a Sales Information System Application to solve the problems that exist in the research site. This study uses whitebox and blackbox testing. Whitebox testing is testing with trial techniques on program flow, logic structure and program procedures by flowchart mapping, then calculating the number of edges and nodes. Black box testing method focuses on the functional requirements of the software. Therefore black box trials allow software developers to create a set of input conditions that will train all the functional requirements of a program whether it runs as expected or vice versa. Based on the results of examining Whitebox in one of the processes in this system, namely on the Ordering of bread menu with a balanced yield of Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 4, this system is stated to work well. While the results of the Blackbox system test can run as expected. Keywords: Information System, Sales, Android, php, html and Mysql.

Abstract

AbstrakUntuk mematuhi Peraturan Presiden No. 95 Tahun 2019 tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik(SPBE), Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Barat harus mampu menyelaraskan layanan bisnis dengan teknologi informasi yang ada, khususnya pada fungsi promosi Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan.  Enterprise Architecture merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelaraskan strategi bisnis dengan teknologi informasi dan mendukung program SPBE. Dalam melakukan perancangan EA dibutuhkan framework arsitektur untuk mengembangkan lingkup pembahasan secara luas dari sisi bisnis, aplikasi, data, dan teknologi. Framework yang digunakan pada perancangan ini adalah TOGAF ADM yang terdiri dari 9 fase. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mengambil studi kasus pada Fungsi Promosi dengan menjadikan Government Service Bus (GSB) sebagai teknologi utama. Enterprise Architecture yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pencapaian tujuan strategis, peningkatan proses bisnis, sistem informasi, dan teknologi informasi yang digunakan. Dari penelitian ini akan dihasilkan output berupa cetak biru dari rancangan enterprise architecture fase information system pada fungsi promosi Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan. Penilitian ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut hingga fase change management architecture.Kata kunci: SPBE, Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF ADM, GSB Abstract[Information System Architecture Analysis and Design Using TOGAF ADM in Promotion Function (Case Study: Department of Tourism and Culture in Bandung Barat Government)]. To approve Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2019 concerning Electronic Based Government Systems (SPBE), the Government of West Bandung Regency must provide aligning business services with existing information technology, specifically in the promotion function of the Office of Tourism and Culture. Company architecture is one method that can be used to align business strategies with information technology and support the SPBE program. In designing an EA, an architectural framework is needed to develop broader, business, application, data and technology approvals. The framework used in this design is TOGAF ADM which consists of 9 phases. In this study, researchers took a case study on the Promotion Function by making the Government Service Bus (GSB) the main technology. The company architecture is expected to achieve strategic objectives, business process improvement, information systems, and information technology used. This research will produce output in the form of a blueprint of the architecture of the enterprise information system phase of the promotion of the Department of Tourism and Culture. This research can be a reference for further development until the phase of management architecture change TOGAF ADM.Keywords: SPBE, Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF ADM, GSB

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the success of remuneration information systems in PTN-BH using the DeLone and McLean models. The sampling method used was simple random sampling with 51 of 101 work units at the Indonesia University of Education. The data used were primary data with questionnaires, documentation, and interview techniques. Hypothesis testing was done by using version 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of hypothesis testing show that the quality of the system influences user satisfaction, the quality of information affects user satisfaction and user satisfaction affects the personal impact.

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has provided great benefits in many fields including education. Lifestyle changes and the need to make the teaching and learning process more interesting and effective have driven the application of ICT in teaching. This paper aims to explain the influence of teacher knowledge and the process of implementing ICT in teaching. This process of implementing ICT requires teachers to be constantly aware and competitive with the changes that occur in teaching and learning. The impact of this paper is the change in teachers 'attitudes towards the need for ICT applications in teaching and teachers' thinking to cope with ever-changing technology.

Abstract

One of the environmental parameters that need to be monitored is ocean waves. Waves that occur at sea have random, dynamic, and complex movements. Height measurements and wave periods are difficult to formulate accurate and simplification is needed through mathematical equations in the form of sinusoidal. Therefore, the marine information system is very important for data storage media, data processing, and visualization of measurement data so that it is monitored in real-time. This research was made to build a website-based coastal wave height monitoring information system for wave height data display data from the measurement of the wave buoy instrument. This research was conducted by utilizing data from a wave height measuring instrument that was transmitted to an online database. Wave height data is displayed in the form of real-time data, real-time graphs with data sampling of 30 minutes, average data for one day, and average data for one month. Abstract

This research was aimed to know the implementation of information processing learning model in building student's islamic charactera at state senior high schools in East Lombok. East lombok is very famous of its iconic destination of thousand mosques. Its islamic nature become the reason of the development of Islmac education in high schools in East Lombok. The purpose of this reswarch was two discuss the strengths of information processing learning model in building student's islamic characters. It was a qualitative research, using a descriptive approach. To collect the data, field observation and interview with sources about the model information were conducted. The result of this research is expected to give a description of the model implementation at state senior high schools in East Lombok.

Abstract

At this globalization era, unlimited accessible information across the overseas, increasing competition for getting a job. This condition affected a university student to enhance their skills to keep competitive. One method to improve is conducting an internship program (PI) at industrial companies. Thus, to implement and monitor the program, Informatics and Computer Engineering for Education Department (PTIK) at Universitas Sebelas Maret was used a web-based information system. This research aims to conduct and analyze a feasibility study of PI information system built for PTIK based on ISO 9126 standard. The research has two phases, the first is developing the system using waterfall method, and the second is feasibility study based on five characteristics of ISO 9126 standard which is:  (1) functionality, (2) reliability, (3) usability, (4) maintainability, and (5) portability. Eighteen PI information system examiners are involved. Those reviewers divided into three categories:  system’s expert, substance’s expert, and the end user of the PI information system. Examining result shows that the average number of all categories is 85.5%. It means that PI information system considered as very-feasible to implement and use.
