Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop Mobile Based Geographic InformationSystem for Tourism in Bali Island, (2) Implement the design of Mobile Based Geographic Information System for Tourism in Bali Island. The developed application, is expected to help the various parties in facilitating the provision of information about the tourism destination and the support facilities. This application purposed to provide information to the user in the form of information about the island of Bali, which is able to manipulate various types of data, such as the content of the website, categories of location, location and spot and program JAR, do a search points, do a search spot location, perform location search by district or category and search radius by 10 locations nearby.In the design and implementation of the application, the author used thewaterfall method or which is often called the classic life cycle model is the model in creating the software. The model includes several stages, namely: (1) requirements definition, (2) system and software design, (3) implementation and unit testing, and (4) integration and system testing.The results of this research is an application named "GIS WISATA" toassist in providing information about tourist destinations to users anytime and anywhere, which was developed with the JAVA programming language which is supported by a web-based aplication with PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA) is one of the universitiesthat have the vision and mission create the qualified of educators.and noneducators, to achieve that vision UNDIKSHA need good facilities to support student learning, one of these facilities is the library. The library is a information centre, source of knowledge, research and recreation UNDIKSHA Library has thousands of books by different authors and has been supported by a good system to help students in finding information, The main factors is a student does not find the books that need at the library's collections and students become lazy to come to the library because the books they want to borrow is not return yet. This studyis aimed to create and implementate a software Searching Books Information System by Using Thesaurus based on Short Message Service (SMS) in Ganesha Universitiy of Education (UNDIKSHA) Library in Singaraja. The application is expected to assist members in obtaining information about books in UNDIKSHA Library. Information Systems Development is using a waterfall model, designed by Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and implemented by PHP programming language and MYSQL as the database and Gammu to run the SMS Gateway. After the testing process, it can be concluded that this application is capable to give information about books in library, the existence of the books in library, the date of returning the books for users who borrow the books and reminder of returning the books which is sent by SMS.

Abstract

This research aims to (1 ) increase ICT learning student activities class X.4 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada  through implement model two stay two stray,   (2 ) increase ICT student achievement class X.4 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada through implement model two stay two stray and (3 ) Know student response class X.4 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada through implement model two stay two stray  in ICT learning. This research is Classroom Action Research  that consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: action plannings, action performing, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Subjek of this research is student class X.4 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada school year 2011 / 2012 as much 32 person. while the research object are (1 ) learning student activities, (2 ) Students Achievement and (3 ) student response to ICT learning through  two stay two stray model .  Data about activity and  student achievement student were gathered through testing and observation methods and student response data be gathered through questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this research indicate that increased student learning outcomes, in the first cycle average learning outcomes and student of classical completeness 76.88 and 75% in the second cycle to be 80.23 and 87.5%, for learning activities on sikus I at 8.25 on a 9.48 second cycle. The results of the analysis of students' response to the application of the two stay two stray learning in teaching ICT was positive with an average score of 39.47.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) design a prototype geographic information system productive and non-productive land, (2) implement a geographical information system prototype productive and non-productive land. In the design and implementation, the researcher used AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process) which has 8 stages: (1) defining the problem and determine a solution, (2) creating a hierarchical structure, (3) making  pairs comparison matrix, (4) Perform pairs comparisons, (5) calculating the Eigen values and tested for consistency, (6) repeating steps 3,4, and 5 for all levels of hierarchy, (7) calculating the eigen vectors of each matrix comparisons, and (8) checking the consistency of the hierarchy. The input of these applications in the form of the data fields in each district, while the output in the form of the results of the calculation of the percentage of the land. The testing process used black box (functional) testing and white box (conceptual / structural) testing.The type of research used in this study was Research and Development (R & D). Development of geographical information systems productive and nonproductive land in Bali used the web-based Waterfall model with time allocation around six months from September 2012 to January 2013.The result of this research was the Web Based Geographic Information Systems Productive and Non Productive Land in Bali were implemented into Web-based programming language PHP. Based on trial results, it can be seen that these applications were able to perform calculations AHP to determine the percentage for each field. So it can be concluded that the "Web Based Geographic Information Systems and Non Productive Land in Bali' can help people to determine the feasibility of land in an area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) knowing about the influence of application learning models by interactive conceptual instruction (ICI) based on learning results information and communication technology in VIII grade  student of SMPN 6 Singaraja and (2) knowing the student respond about the influence of application learning models by interactive conceptual instruction (ICI) based on learning results information and communication technology in VIII grade student of SMPN 6 Singaraja.The type of this study is apparent experimental research study design used by Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population of this study was the VIII grade student of SMPN 6 Singaraja in odd semester academic year 2011/2011 sample of this study using student of VIII b1 grade as a exsperimental group and VIII B4 grade as a control group with the total number of students are 66 people. The end of the lesson both sample classes given a trial skill tests (psychomotor) and multiple-choice tests (cognitive) using the same instrument. Before the cognitive question were used for the test, it has been analyzed using the analysis of qualitative and quantitative. The data collection which mine done by multiple-choice test method for one correct answer is used for the cognitive measure, and psychomotor test to measure the domain of psychomotor skills. Test method was performed to obtain the final value after the data were treated in the experimental group and control group. Prior to analysis test conducted prerequisites that includes a test for normality and homogeneity test. Then analyzed the data using the ttest. While for the response using the the questionnaire method.Based on the results of tests of normality and homogeneity of the test result data from the two groups, obtained the data sample are both normal and homogeneous. The test of hypotesis used t-test. The results of calculations obtained t-observed = 3,088091 while the value of t-table = 1,99773, so t-observed > t-table so Ho rejected and Ha be accepted. While as many 6% of students responded very positively, 67% of students responded positively, 27% of students responded quite positively. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the application of learning models interactive conceptual instruction (ICI) based on learning results information and communication technology in VIII grade student of SMPN 6 Singaraja.

Abstract

Pura merupakan salah satu wisata religi yang dapat dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan yang beragama Hindu untuk melakukan ibadah. Keberadaan pura sangat penting untuk diketahui, namun umat Hindu di Bali masih ada yang kurang mengetahui atau mengenal tempat, status, dan fungsi dari pura atau kahyangan terutama pura Kawitan atau Pedharman dan Pura Kahyangan Jagat karena rute wisata yang ditawarkan di pulau Bali masih bersifat konvensional. Dengan dikembangkannya Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web, informasi geografis, status, fungsi dan rute pura dapat dengan mudah diketahui oleh masyarakat di Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web adalah SDLC (System Development Lyfe Cycle) dengan model waterfall. Perancangan dilakukan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Untuk mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap GIS wisata religi ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket. GIS Wisata religi ini diimplementasikan menggunakan framework Codeigniter yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML5, PHP, Javascript dan CSS3 dengan editor Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 serta menggunakan Google Maps API. Untuk implementasi basisdata dari sistem informasi geografis ini menggunakan MySQL melalui aplikasi XAMPP. Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web telah berhasil diimplementasikan sesuai dengan rancangan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Hasil uji ahli media dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dengan persentase 100%. Respon pengguna yaitu Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bali dapat dikategorikan baik dengan persentase 86% serta respon pengguna yaitu masyarakat umum dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dengan persentase 94%. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web layak untuk diimplementasikan. Kata Kunci : Wisata Religi, Geographic Information System, Google Maps API, Framework CodeIgniter Temple is one of religious tourism palces that can be visited by hindu tourists to pray. The existence of the temple is very important to know but some people in Bali don’t know where are the temple’s location, status and the function of the temple or as known as “kahyangan” especially for the temple that called “kawitan” or “pedharman” and “Pura Kahyangan Jagat” that located in Bali because of the tourist direction on the island of thousand of temples is still conventional. Through the development of this research that titled by “Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web”, the geographic information, status, function, and the tourism direction could be easily to know by the Balinese citizen. The method of this research and development of the “Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web” is SDLC (System Development Lyfe Cycle) with waterfall model. The design is using UML (Unified Modelling Language). The analisys of the users response has collected by the questionnaire. Tourism religious GIS is implemented using CodeIgniter Framework that uses HTML5 programming language, PHP, Javascript and CSS3 with editor Adobe Dreamweaver and using the Google Maps API.. For the implementation of database of this geographic information system using MySQL through XAMPP application. The “Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web” has been successfully implemented that suitable by the design that has planned before. Media expert test results can be categorized “Very Good” with the percentage of 100%. The user, Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bali, can be categorized “Good” by the percentage of 86% and the user of the citizen can be categorized “Very Good” with the percentage of 94%. Abstract

Ruangan kelas merupakan salah sumber daya yang penting dalam melaksanakan perkuliahan. Untuk mengalokasikan sumber daya tersebut, setiap jurusan merancang suatu jadwal perkuliahan pada tiap semester. Walaupun jadwal perkuliahan sudah dirancang sedemikian rupa, adakalanya jadwal tersebut tidak bisa diikuti sebagaimana mestinya. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perubahan jadwal sehingga mahasiswa atau dosen harus mencari jadwal pengganti. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterpakan dalam upaya mempermudah mencari jadwal kuliah pengganti adalah dengan proses digitalisasi informasi jadwal perkuliahan. Pengembangan “Aplikasi Android: Classroom Schedule and Activity Information merupakan jawaban dari solusi yang ditawarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan “Aplikasi Android: Classroom Schedule and Activity Information Menggunakan QR Code”. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangan aplikasi ini adalah dengan pendekatan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model waterfall. Model waterfall atau sekuensial linier mengusulkan sebuah pendekatan kepada perkembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematik dan sekuensial yang mulai pada tingkat dan kemajuan sistem pada seluruh analisis, desain, kode, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu perancangan dan implementasi dari aplikasi mobile berbasis Android dan sistem web Classroom Schedule and Activity Information telah berhasil dilakukan. Seluruh kebutuhan fungsional telah berhasil diimplementasikan sesuai dengan rancangan. Kata Kunci : Jadwal, Ruangan Kelas, QR Code, Android, Mobile. Classroom is one of the most significant resources to conduct a lecture. In order to allocate this resource, every department has to plan the lecture schedule in every semester. Even though the lecture has been planned in such a way, sometimes the schedule cannot be followed accordingly. Therefore, it is needed to change the lecture schedule so that students or lecturers have to find an alternate schedule. One of the solutions that can be applied in effort to ease the searching of alternate schedule is digitalization of the information on the schedule. The development of Android based application “Classroom Schedule and Activity Information” is the answer of the problem above. The purposes of this research are to design and to implement Android application: Classroom Schedule and Activity Information Using QR Code. The application was developed with SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model waterfall. Waterfall model or sequential linear proposes an approach of software development wich is systematic and sequential including steps and progress of the system from analysis, designing, coding, testing, and maintenance. The results of this research are the design and implementation of mobile applications and web systems “Classroom Schedule and Activity Information” has been successfully done. Abstract

Location based services application for Android devices can help users to know the location of health facilities that are located in South Jakarta area quickly and efficiently. Through smartphone or Android-based mobile devices that have been connected to the Internet network, the user directly treated display a map showing the location of where users are located with a radius as a reference to show the location of the nearest health facilities of the location user. Software development model used to build applications in this research is a prototyping model. The steps taken include planning, data collection, requirement analysis, application design, implementation, and testing. Application testing has been done in two ways, namely using black box testing and user acceptance testing. The testing results of applications using black box testing performed on five Android mobile devices, and the results obtained show that the application can be run properly. Results obtained after rounding is 4.00, so it can be concluded that the user approve this application easy to use and can help in finding information about health facilities.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a management tools in the form of information with the help of computers which related tightly to mapping system and analysis of any events taken place on earth. GIS is not only presenting data, but also merging the user interface, thematic information system and mapping system based-on structure and network of road traffic. Furthermore, it has the capability of analysis of specific geographic and information for a certain location. The existing problem with GIS is that the interoperabilty among applications and data. One of the solution is using Geographic Markup Language, proposed by W3C. Abstract

RSUD Budhi Asih is a government owned hospital. Their daily activities are to provide medical services. In order to provide fast information services to the patients, computer support that is connected to a networks is required. However, the computer networks have not been used for medicine’s inventory system. Hence, in this research, the development of medicine’s inventory system is developed. The present system of medicine’s inventory relies on stand alone PC so that validation of the quantity, validation of vendor selection and report validation are still taken care manually.
