Abstract

The discovery of cases of HIV and AIDS at the age of under four years old in Indonesia indicates that there is still HIV transmission from mother to child. This study aims to identify the relationship between knowledge, information sources, family support, and the implementation of Provider-Initiated Testing and Counseling (PITC) examinations in pregnant women. This research was analytic descriptive with a cross-sectional approach conducted in August 2018, with 85 respondents selected by accidental sampling. The population in this study were all pregnant women who visited the community health center. Data was collected by giving questionnaires directly to respondents. Relationships between variables were tested with chi-square analysis. The results showed that 36 (62.1%) respondents have good behavior and good knowledge, and the chi-square test results obtained p-value=0.025. Thirty (68.2%) respondents have good behavior and have access to information sources and p-value=0.007. Thirty-three (67.3%) respondents have good behavior and have family support with the p-value=0.004. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, information sources, family support, and the implementation of the PITC examination of pregnant women.

Abstract

 Background: Indonesia has 150 dengue cases every month, and more than one person dies every day from 2017 to 2020. One of the factors of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) patients dying is due to the late handling of patients in hospitals or clinics. Health Office of Malang Regency recorded 1,114 cases of DHF that occurred during 2016, and the number of patients room available is limited. Therefore, Malang Regency is used as a case study in this research.Objective: This study aims to make a dashboard to display the predictions, visualize the distribution of DHF patients, and give mitigation recommendations for handling DHF patients in Malang Health Office.Methods: This study used the Business Intelligence (BI) Development method, which consists of two main phases, namely the making of Business Intelligence and the use of Business Intelligence. This research used the making of the BI phase, which consists of four stages, which are BI development strategies, identification and preparation of data sources, selecting BI tools, and designing and implementing BI. In the Extract, Load, and Transform process, this study used essential transformation and forecast.Results: BI method has succeeded in building the dashboard. The dashboard displays the visualization of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever predicted results, detail of Dengue Fever Patient number, Dengue Fever patient trends per year and predictions 2 Monthly patient, and mitigation recommendation for each Community Health Office.Conclusion: We have built the BI Dashboard using the BI development method. It needs some treatment to get better performance. These are improving ETL performance using data virtualization technology, considering the use of cloud computing technology, conducting further evaluations by understanding the critical success factors to determine the level of success and weaknesses.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out kinds of information and communication of technology (ICT) is used by the teachers’ to teach English at SMP NEGERI 2 MASAMBA and to find out Teachers’ perception on the use of information and communication of technology (ICT) in teaching English. This research used a descriptive qualitative method, the instruments used were observation and interview. The observation was used to observe and interview the English teachers. The findings of the research showed the results of the teachers’ interview showed that mostly the teacher gave positive perception and agreed toward and teachers’ used Information and Communication Of Technology (ICT) in teaching English, they were happy, they left easy to understand the lesson, motivated to learn, being polite, diligent doing assignment. Whereas, some student was unhappy in learning English and got difficulties to understand the lesson because the thought that learning English was difficult.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kota  Sabang  merupakan  salah satu  daerah andalan  pariwisata  di Pulau  Weh. Pulau Weh terletak  di paling ujung barat Indonesia. Bukan merupakan  hal yang tabu jika kota Sabang ini di datangi oleh para wisatawan asing dari luar negeri maupun dalam negeri. Pariw isata merupakan hal sangat penting bagi kota Sabang. Aktifitas kepariwisatawan banyak tergantung pada transportasi dan komunikasi. Transportasi darat merupakan sarana yang biasa digunakan sebagian masyarakat, namun kurangnya informasi tentang jasa penyewaan kendaraan bermotor di kota Sabang menjadi salah satu permasalahan  yang dihadapi  wisatawan.  Wisatawan masih kebingungan  dalam mencari informasi dimana penyewaan kendaraan bermotor yang ada di kota Sabang karena belum tersedianya informasi tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Layanan Penyedia Jasa Kendaraan Bermotor di Kota Sabang yang berbasis Android yang dapat memudahkan wisatawan dalam mencari informasi mengenai penyewaan kendaraan bermotor di kota Sabang. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Penyewaan Kendaraan Bermotor, Kota Sabang.

Universitas DiponegoroFakultas Kesehatan MasyarakatProgram Studi Magister Ilmu Kesehatan MasyarakatKonsentrasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kesehatan2017 ABSTRAK Fikri Faidul JihadPengembangan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Penggunaan Vaksin Berbasis Web untuk Mendukung Pengelolaan Imunisasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Baratxvii + 137 halaman + 28 tabel + 41 gambar + 15 lampiran  Imunisasi terbukti efektif dalam mencegah berbagai penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi (PD3i). Mekanisme penyelenggaraan imunisasi termasuk pengelolaan rantai vaksin, pencatatan dan pelaporan serta supervisi dan bimbingan teknis. Agar pelaksanaan program imunisasi berhasil, maka semua unsur harus berjalan dengan baik, termasuk manajemen penggunaan vaksin yang bertujuan terhadap peningkatan pengelolaan administrasi vaksin imunisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi administrasi penggunaan vaksin untuk mendukung pengelolaan imunisasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Barat.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan Pra-Eksperimental Design (One-Group Pretest-Postest Design). Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 7 responden untuk Analisa kebutuhan pengembangan sistem informasi dan 15 responden untuk uji coba sistem informasi. Hasil Analisis data secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa nlai rerata tertimbang secara keseluruhan kualitas informasi sebelum pengembangan sistem sebesar 2,27 dan setelah pengembangan sistem 3,36. Terdapat peningkatan nilai rerata sesudah pengembangan sistem sebesar 1,09 artinya terdapat perbedaan kelengkapan, kemudahan, kesesuaian, keakuratan, ketepatan waktu sebelum dan sesudah pengembangan sistem.Perlu adanya dukungan dan komitmen dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Barat untuk memanfaatkan sistem informasi ini sebagai sumber informasi untuk mendukung pengelolaan administrasi vaksin imunisasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Kata kunci       : Sistem Informasi, administrasi vaksin, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh BaratKepustakaan   : 42 (2001-2015)

Abstract

The curriculum transformation of primary and secondary educationin Indonesia had stimulated the transformations movement of technology. Oneof these transformations was in the form of the student grade report (e-rapor) inIndonesian schools. This transformation required primary and secondary schoolteachers to be adapted to use information technology. The efforts to answer thistransformation were carried out through the technical guidance to providetraining for teachers of Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) and Sekolah MenengahKejuruan (SMK) Persada Bandar Lampung by filling out this e-Rapor. Thistraining was carried out through several main materials i.e., the applicationinstallation, the application troubleshooting, and the use of e-Rapor. Thistraining was implemented in 3 days. Moreover, the next training was alsoconducted to deal with some of the arising problems after the technical guidancewas conducted. This technical guidance was attended by 27 teachers. Thistechnical guidance was implemented by delivering material, conducting thesimulation, and doing discussion. The result of this technical guidance wasanalyzed quantitatively through observations and discussions. It showed that alltechnical guidance participants were able to fill out the e-Rapor systemaccording to their respective roles after the technical guidance implementationon filling out the e-Rapor.

Abstract

Nowadays, search engines are used to find various information on the Web.  Search engines that are implied traditional search based on keywords do not always provide relevant information. Meanwhile by semantic search can provide relevant results because it can understand the meaning of the context and its connection. One approach to semantic search is to use ontology. Ontology is used to define concepts and relevant relations in a domain. In Information Retrieval (IR), an ontology  encompasses in returning relevant information from a collection of unstructured information. One application of ontology in IR is query expansion. In this research, The query entered by the users will be searched for its relation to the ontology domain which will be expanded later. We use tourism in Bandung Raya as an ontology domain.  The search in this research is represented by using Vector Space Model (VSM). Furthermore, relevant documents  from search result will be provided to users. Based on the results of testing, the system that is built is able to provide relevant information with an average MAP value better than the search system that only uses traditional search methods.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of earnings and operating cash flow as an independent variable on the value relevance of accounting information proxied by stock returns by using book value as a moderating variable. The utilitation of stock returns as an independent variable is choosed as previous research on value relevance tends to use stock prices as an independent variable. The sample of this study is all population of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the 2016-2018 period June-November (issued from June 1st) using saturation sampling. The data used in this study is compound from annual reports in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and stock prices from Yahoo Finance. Further, data were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that earnings and cash flow have an effect on value relevance proxied by stock returns. However, book value neither strengthens nor weakens earnings and cash flow towards stock returns as a moderating variable. Keywords : Earnings, Operation Cash Flow, Stock Return, Value Relevance, Jakarta Islamic Index

Abstract

This paper proposes an information security framework for distributed E-Procurement system in Indonesia. E-Procurement in Indonesia has been implemented since 2008, and has provided many benefits. However, there are also information security issues in the use of IT. Developing an information security program is needed to overcome the issues. We compare and analyze the LPSE and ISO 27001 Standards to develop framework. The results show there are some gaps between LPSE Standard and ISO 27001. By implementing the proposed framework, LPSE as a provider of distributed EProcurement system can be easier to implement the LPSE and ISO 27001 Standards simultaneously as an obligation to comply with government regulations

Abstract

Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system relies on a feedback signal which holds channel state information (CSI) from receiver to the transmitter to do pre-coding for achieving better performance. However, sending CSI feedback at each time stamp for long duration is an overhead in the communication system. We introduce a deep reinforcement learning based channel estimation at receiver end for single user MIMO communication without CSI feedback. In this paper we propose to train the receiver with known pilot signals to analyse the stochastic behaviour of the wireless channel. The simulation on MIMO channel with additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) shows that our proposed method can learn the different characteristics affecting the channel with limited number of pilot signals. Extensive experiments show that the proposed method was able to outperform the existing state-of-the-art end to end reinforcement learning method. The results demonstrate that the proposed method learns and predicts the stochastic time varying channel characteristic accurately at receiver’s end.
