Abstract

This research is to find out how the use of E-Gov in planning through the village financial information system (Siskeudes) and the village information system (SID) in the Tanggulangin district, To find out how the use of E-Gov in financial management through the village financial information system (Siskeudes) and the Village information (SID) in the Tanggulangin district and to find out the level of financial transparency by using E-Gov through the village financial information system (Siskeudes) and village information system (SID) in the Tanggulangin district. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods. The informants in this study were the sub-district head, the head of the sub-district administration and the village treasurer. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, the triangulation used is source triangulation. The village financial management process is the entire activity that includes planning, budgeting, administration, accountability and supervision of village finances. All of these processes were initially carried out manually until the central government required the use of the village financial system (Siskeudes) and the village information system (SID). With these two systems that can be accessed online, village financial planning and management can be carried out better, because the financial management process becomes more timely, accurate and has a high level of transparency. In utilizing its IT assets, the company has a division that is responsible for managing and managing the company's IT assets, namely the IT Asset division. The IT Asset Division of the Company has never conducted a security risk analysis on its IT assets. In helping companies to determine the level of information security of their IT assets, an analysis of the information security risks of these assets will be carried out. This study uses the OCTAVE Allegro method in analyzing the company's IT assets. OCTAVE Allegro consists of eight stages and is grouped into four phases. The research resulted in 5 risks from 7 IT assets which were analyzed and made into a Risk Register document. Furthermore, the researcher recommends ISO 27002:2014 control of the IT asset risk as a mitigation measure

In carrying out its duties, the Department of Communication and Information and Encryption of Bandung City designed an information system with a news clipping website. This study aims to determine the design of an information system on the news clipping website in the field of public communication at the Information Communications and Encryption Service (DKIP) in the city of Bandung. Framing analysis or framing used in this study is used as a strategy or means to explain the news in DISKOMINFO with Robert N. Entman's model so that a news is organized in conveying goals and is able to become a means of communication that is right on target. This study uses qualitative research methods, while data collection techniques are carried out by reviewing literature, books and other information relevant to the study. The results showed that the application of the website clipping system at the Department of Communication and Information and Encryption in the city of Bandung was not fully organized due to one reason or another such as inadequate human resources and policies that did not fully agree to use news clipping websites as a means of information.

Abstract

During their study period, one of the programs provided to students is academic guidance. Academic mentoring is an activity where students consult academic supervisors which aim to help students plan studies and solve study problems, one example is the academic mentoring program at the Information Systems Department, Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. However, in practice there are problems experienced by students but they are not detected from the start because of the low monitoring of their academic supervisors which causes delays in graduation. This study aims to produce a prototype design of the Academic Guidance Information System so that it can be used as a platform for monitoring student guidance. The method used is the design thinking method which has 5 stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. At the ideate and prototype stages, the Fogg Behavior Model theory is used as a reference material. Evaluation of the prototype design results using the Maze Design usability tool. Testing uses two test methods, namely the Mission Usability Score (MIUS), Maze Usability Score (MAUS) and System Usability Score (SUS). The MIUS and MAUS tests got a score of 78 and entered the medium/marginal characteristics. The SUS calculation gets a score of 90.25 which leads to the acceptable category with a grade scale (A). The test results were carried out with 1 test iteration to 20 respondents and showed that the design had met the feasibility standard. Keywords : Information Systems, Academic Guidance, Design Thinking Methods, Fogg Behavior Model, Maze Design.

Abstract

The increase of cyber attacks in the Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) requires every organization to collaborate through Cybersecurity Information Sharing (CIS). To support the implementation of the CIS, governance support is needed in the form of a framework that can be used as a reference. This study focuses on developing a CIS framework for the CII sector in Indonesia which consists of three main outputs, namely the proposed ecosystem, the proposed framework and the recommendations for the implementation of the framework. The proposed framework is based on standards including ISO/IEC 27032, NIST SP 800-150 and ENISA ISAC in a Box, based on best practices for implementing CIS and best practices for implementation in other countries including the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Singapore and Canada. To validate, the expert judgment method was used to obtain suggestions for improvement. The expert judgment method was also carried out quantitatively to measure interrater reliability between experts using Fleiss Kappa Statistics. The measurement results show a kappa value of 0.938, which means that the proposed framework implementation recommendation gets an agreement from the experts at the almost perfect agreement level.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe program to reduce the development of dental caries in elementary school children has not been optimal. So far, the reporting mechanism of the inspection results is still manual so that the resulting data is inaccurate and incomplete. The dental caries management geographic information system (SIG-MKG) provides dental caries distribution data in support of effective and targeted handling. The purpose of this research is to produce a decent SIG-MKG and its application effectively improve the behavior of dental and oral therapists and the quality of data and information. The methods used are Research and Development and pre-experimental design method. Respondents numbered 30 to assess the behavior (knowledge, attitude, and action) of Dental and Oral Therapists in the application of SIG-MKG and the quality of data and information. Expert validation test on SIG-MKG obtained an average feasibility of 97.23%. Assessment of knowledge, attitudes, and actions after treatment increased significantly compared to before (p=0.001, p=0.032, and p=0.001, respectively). Quality of data and information improved significantly after treatment (p=0.001). Behavior affects Dental Caries Management Quality and Quality of data and information (p=0.001).It can be concluded that SIG-MKG provides a significant improvement in the behavior of Dental and Oral Therapists in the application of SIG-MKG and the quality of data and information compared to before. Keywords: Dental Caries Management; Geographic Information Systems.
