Abstract

Previous research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the Effect of Information Technology, Human Resources and Computer Networks on Marketing Information Systems, a literature study on Marketing Information Systems. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Information Technology has an effect on the Marketing Information System; 2) Human Resources affect the Marketing Information System; and 3 Computer Networks affect the Marketing Information System.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal control and the quality of accounting information systems on the quality of information at PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa (Pandu Logistics). This study uses a sampling technique in this study using a saturated sample. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research methods, the type of research used is descriptive quantitative research and the nature of the research used is descriptive explanatory research. The method of data collection is primary data obtained from users of accounting information systems at PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa (Pandu Logistics). The population of this study were 66 users of accounting information systems. The samples used in this study were 66 samples of users of accounting information systems. Data processing with Smart PLS 3.0 Software. The results of the study partially, the internal control variable does not have a significant effect on the quality of information, while the variable Quality of Accounting Information Systems has a significant effect on the quality of information.

Abstract

Senior High School 14 of BANDAR LAMPUNG is one of the Secondary Education that applies the use of information technology into the academic information system. The Secondary Education strategy plan in the development of information systems has not gone through the information system audit process so that the planning of the information system is not in line with the needs of the expected business process. To overcome this, it is necessary to have an academic information system audit to see the maturity level so as to produce an audit report that can be used as a recommendation in planning an academic information system in the future. An information system audit was conducted using the COBIT 4.1 framework on the DS11 domain. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The questionnaire used is a maturity level questionnaire while the maturity level questionnaire is used to measure the level of maturity of the information system for the current condition (as is) and the expected condition (to be). The results of the study concluded that the detailed control objective performance obtained from the expected maturity level (to be) questionnaire in the DS11 process as a whole was at level 4 or managed and measurable. Recommendations for planning solutions towards the expected level of maturity are carried out by defining remedial actions on the attributes of AC, PSP, TA, SE, RA and GSM

Abstract

Lau Gumba Village is a village located in Brastagi District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province which is quite well known because it has quite interesting tourist objects to visit. The information system that presents information on tourist attractions in the village only displays pictures and names which are presented in the form of maps, newspaper and web advertising media that do not provide direct instructions to the destination tourist location. The problem obtained from the media information for tourists is that they do not get direct instructions on the location of the tourist attraction geographical position. This requires technology that can present tourist attraction information, namely Geographic Information Systems (GIS). So that tourists who want to travel to Lau Gumba Village but still don't know the location or place of an interesting tourist attraction to visit can be known by tourists who will visit. To overcome this problem the author uses an approach to a digital mapping model in the form of a GIS (Geographical Information System) based on an Android mobile using Google Maps as a digital map. The method used in this research is using UML (Unifed Modeling Language), PHP program, java and MySQL database as data storage. The Geographic Information System (GIS) for natural tourism objects has two programs, namely an admin program to manage web-based tourism data and a user program to display android-based tourist objects. This geographic information system aims to provide convenience and speed to the public in obtaining information about Natural Tourism Objects in Lau Gumba Village.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has changed work patterns from those previously based on conventional to digitalization. One of the changes in the work pattern of digitalization is the shift in the behavior of using wet signatures on paper to digital signatures on electronic documents. The use of digital signatures cannot be separated from the strategic planning of information system (IS) and information technology (IT) strategy that refers to business strategies so that companies or agencies can compete. The need for planning in determining business strategy, IS/IT management strategy, and IT strategy before finding future application portfolios. Ward and Peppard were selected and used as a strategic planning method for information systems and information technology in this study. Business strategy can be found using internal and external analysis with strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) with EFAS and IFAS matrix evaluation. The results were achieved in the strategic planning of the appropriate information system and information technology for agencies in achieving their business goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui pembatasan terhadap hak untuk memperoleh informasi publik bertentangan dengan keberadaan informasi publik sebagai Hak Asasi Manusia (2) Untuk mengetahui anggungjawab negara terhadap pemenuhan hak informasi publik bagi masyaraka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian secara yuridis Normatif. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah (1) Hak atas informasi adalah hak fundamental yang diakui dalam instrumen hak asasi manusia baik internasional maupun nasional, namun dalam pelaksanaanya semua hak asasi manusia tidak bersifat mutlak pemenuhannya termasuk hak atas informasi publik dapat dilakukan pembatasan terhadap pemenuhannya selama pembatasan tersebut dilakukan dengan Undang-Undangan dan dilakukan berdasarkan kepetingan dan proporsional (2) Dengan adanya jaminan konstitusional terhadap hak atas informasi sebagai bagian HAM tersebut, konsekuensi yuridisnya adalah timbulnya tanggung jawab negara terhadap pemenuhannya. Oleh sebab itu Pasal 28I ayat (4) UUD NRI 1945 kemudian menentukan bahwa tanggung jawab terhadap pemenuhan HAM termasuk dalam hal ini, hak atas informasi publik, diserahkan kepada negara. Pelaksanaan atas tanggung jawab ini tentu saja tidak sekedar bersifat gugur kewajiban saja, namun di dalamnya terkandung esensi bahwa informasi publik tersebut harus disampaikan dengan baik dan benar baik dari segi prosedur maupun dari segi substansinya. Saran dalam Penelitian ini adalah (1).Sebaiknya pemerintah dalam melakukan pembatasan terhadap hak atas informasi publik bagi masyarakat harus dilakukan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku agar tidak terjadi pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak masyarakat (2) Sebaiknya masyarakat juga harus memiliki kesadaran terhadap pentingnya informasi publik sehingga tanggungjawab terhadap pemenuhan hak atas informasi tidak diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada negara, karena masyarakat harus proaktif terhadap informasi-informasi yang diterimanya.

Abstract

Information Capital Readliness (ICR) is one of bound performance in technology and information sector at PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali Unit Pembangkit Gresik which is functioned in supporting company’s strategy. Information security is an important thing of ICR’s performance, because the information resulted must have confidentially, integrity, and availability to support the business process. In ICR, there is assessment of bound performance which supports directness of the business process.Nowadays, ICR cannot fulfill the requirements of bound performance yet because there is no good processing yet in planning information security. A solution to figure out that issue is making a good management in planning information security management system or SMKI based on standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005 which will result management in planning information security of ICR. Scope of the information security management system  in the ICR include infrastructure and application.The result of this planning information security management system can be concluded into document of planning information security management system which contains risk assessment report with server’s high value of risk level is 35.52 and asset fyber optic cable’s low value of risk level is 11.2, policy, procedure, work instruction and other related documents. Those documents are used in handling planning process of ICR’s information security, so the requirements of bound performance can be fulfilled.

Abstract

The Information Technology Department of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) has a Service Desk team that is responsible for handling IT service incidents. Handling of IT service incidents is based on experience, knowledge and agreement. Recurring incidents haven't been handled permanently. It  has an impact on the use of resources in handling incidents.The Solution provide is information technology incident management. Incident management planning as a guidance for handling incident or recovery process of IT services. ITIL v3 as a framework used in developing structured work guidelines for incident management processes. ITIL v3 provides a consistent and repeatable process for restoring IT services.The results of incident management planning as a guide to management work in improving the handling of current incidents. The resulting work guide has been adapted to the internal processes of TPS and ITIL v3, so that it can be used directly as a guide in recording incidents, handling incidents, and resolving IT service incidents.

Abstract

The study determined if the 1PL, 2PL, 3PL and 4PL item response theory models best fit the data from the 2016 NECO Mathematics objective tests. Ex-post facto design was adopted for the study. The population for the study comprised 1,022,474 candidates who enrolled and sat for June/July SSCE 2016 NECO Mathematics Examination. The sample comprised 276,338 candidates who sat for the examination in three purposively Geo political zones in Nigeria (i.e., S/West, S/East and N/West). The research instruments used for the study were Optical Marks Record Sheets for the National Examination Council (NECO) June/July 2016 SSCE Mathematics objectives items. The responses of the tests were scored dichotomously. Data collected were analyzed using 2loglikelihood chi-square. The results of the likelihood ratio test revealed that 2PL fitted the data better than 1PL was statistically significant (χ2 (59) = 820636.1, p 0.05); the 2PL model fitted the data better than the 1PL model; 3PL model fitted the data better than the 2PL model and the result showed that the 4PL model fitted the data better than the 3PL model and the Likelihood ratio test that 4PL model fitted the data better than 3PL model was statistically significant, (χ2(60)=216159.2, p0.05). The study concluded that four-parameter logistic model fitted the 2016 NECO Mathematics test items.Keywords: Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC), one parameter model, two parameter model, three parameter model, four parameter model.

Abstract

The Data and Information Center (PUSDATIN) is the main facility for disaster management. Integrated data is the main support in determining disaster management policies. The purpose of research is to built an integrated disaster information system to optimize the function of PUSDATIN. The research method used was interviews and data collection. This system was developed using MySQL and Dreamweaver. There are 3 (three) user levels : user, admin and super admin. The result is an integrated disaster information system on web-based that can be accessed by anyone, according to the level of user, users can execute CRUD commands smoothly, data redundancies can be reduced, and optimization of BPBD resources by using PUSDATIN as 1 (one) gate data. The conclusion of this research is this web-based integrated disaster information system running well and has a positive effect on the performance of PUSDATIN as a traffic data center for disasters and fires.
