Abstract

Abstract

The learning process in college is not just reading material, doing assignments, collecting assignments, and then completing. If it is examined closely with the material presented it can be tedious and after the learning process does not increase students' knowledge. The most likely thing to do is to improve teaching material in an innovative direction that can improve graduate competency. So based on the 2016 curriculum, a Tourism Information System (TIS) course appears. Students who graduate need to be provided with knowledge about this TIS, especially because in Bali it is a world tourist destination. In realizing this, learning tools are needed to help, so a module is created to help the learning process that integrates SIP with the local culture of Bali to produce more attractive promotions that are accessed in E-learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to critically evaluate information technology, organizational commitment, internal control, and the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance and describe how the key elements of these constructs contribute to the performance of PT. Bank Maluku. To this end, a sample of 40 employees at PT Bank Maluku is identified and examined using non probability purposive sampling. Primary data results from questionnaires complemented by interviews for data collection. The data is analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression that includes descriptive statistics and reliability and validity test of the research instrument. The research study proceeds to classical assumption test including multicollinearity test, hypothesis testing within the model and discussion on result. The results of the analysis based on t test greatly vary. Information technology is found negative and non significant in organizational performance. Both organizational commitment and internal control, to the contrary, pose positive yet non significant effect on organizational performance, while the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance poses positive relationship and are statistically significant in organizational performance

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 requires teachers to master information technology in order to teach in a better way. In fact, many elementary school teachers have not been able to use computers. Lack of school support and information technology skills may be associated with low self-efficacy. The purpose of this study is to determine whether teachers? self-efficacy can be predicted by school support and mastery of information technology. Subjects of this research were 225 teachers from 19 elementary schools in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta province, which have become the pilot project of Curriculum 2013. Instruments used in this study were Self Efficacy Scale, School Support Scale, and Information Technology Test. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study found that school support and mastery of information mastery simultaneously positively correlated to teachers? self-efficacy with a correlation value of 139,616    significance level p<0,01. The effective contribution of school support and mastery of information mastery together positively correlated to teachers? self-efficacy is 55,7%.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) investigate influence of accounting information systems on supply chain management capability of maize, (2) study influence of supply chain management capability on sustainable competitive advantages of maize in Tak special economic zone (Tak SEZ), and (3) examine influence of accounting information systems on sustainable competitive advantages of maize. The data was collected from samples of 580 households by using questionnaires. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling (SEM). It was found that factors have relational influence on the others. Accounting information system quality has positive influence on supply chain management capability in terms of customer relationship, manufacturing flow management, procurement effectiveness, and delivery time. Moreover, customer relationship, manufacturing flow management, procurement effectiveness, and delivery time in supply chain management capability have positive influence on sustainable competitive advantages. Accounting information system quality also has positive influence on sustainable competitive advantages. In addition, when considering total influence of endogenous latent variables, accounting information system quality has total influence on sustainable competitive advantages. The findings of this study can be applied to accounting information systems together with supply chains in order to create competitive advantages. According to the Government’s policy promoting sustainable agriculture to Thai farmers, safety of both manufacturers and consumers is encouraged to reduce cost and increase the quantity of products.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to explore the association among supply chain strategy (SCS) and supply chain information systems (SCIS) strategy and also its influence on efficient supply chain and firm performance (FP). Based on information processing theory (IPT), established hypotheses presenting moderating impact of two supply chain information system strategies (SCIS), information system for efficiency and information system for flexibility. These hypotheses are based on the separate relationship among the two SC approaches i.e. Lean and Agile, and SC efficiency and FP. On the basis of data gathered from top management working in procurement, logistics and SC departments of 250 Indonesian firms, for the survey. The gathered data were analysed by using tools like confirmatory analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM), validated our hypotheses. The result shows that IS for efficiency and flexibility, IS strategy strengthen the association among Lean (Agile) SC strategy and SC efficiency. Moreover, there is positively significant association was revealed among SC efficiency and FP and moderating association among SC efficiency on the association among SC strategy and FP was also found. This research offers novel addition in available research by offering theoretical foundation and supportive results that SC efficiency can be enhanced if SC and IS strategies are implemented simultaneously.
