The use of information systems requires special management and management, so this system is commonly referred to as a management information system. In it there are various activities ranging from system planning, maintenance, to measuring performance. In running a library information system, software and hardware are needed as well as humans as operators. The above components must be activities that are interconnected so that the library can run smoothly. To determine whether the components of the information system are running well, it requires an evaluation process.The purpose of this study is to measure the level of satisfaction of system users and to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the system in the use of library information systems. The method used is the analytical method PIECES Framework, which consists of several points of analysis, namely: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Where each analysis point is a reference for evaluation and analysis of information systems.The results of this study are web applications that are able to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the library information system using the PIECES Framework analysis method and equipped with a satisfaction level reporting chart of the system measured in the 2018 period

ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve student competence by integrating SAP in the SIA course in the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a classroom action research. Data analysis methods used are quantitative and qualitative. Qualitative analysis is done by identifying the weaknesses and strengths of the application of actions and analyzing critical points. Quantitative analysis was performed by paired sample t-test to strengthen the results of the study. The results showed that there was an increase in student competence from moderate to high in cycle 1. This result was also supported by the results of paired sample t-tests which showed that there was a difference in student competence before and after the integration of SAP in SIA courses.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dengan mengintegrasikan SAP dalam MK SIA dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan kelebihan penerapan tindakan serta menganalisis titik kritis. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan paired sample t-test untuk memperkuat hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa dari sedang ke tinggi pada siklus 1. Hasil ini juga didukung oleh hasil paired sample t-test yang menunjukan terdapat perbedaan kompetensi mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah tindakan yaitu diintegrasikannya SAP dalam mata kuliah SIA.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to evaluate the application of Accounting Information Systems that have been used by UD. ModeX, MSME in Bungah District so that MSMEs can produce as financial statements. Good financial statements help MMSME to propose additional funds for developing the business to financial institutions, consideration in making decisions so that MSMEs businesses work effectively and efficiently. The study was conducted by direct interviews with the owner, specialized staff, and the cashier at UD. ModeX. The results of the research, by applying the Accounting Information System application are facilitating the recording of financial transactions, seeing the stock of goods quickly and accurately. Moreover, from the accounting information formed a financial report, MSMEs has a financial statement to use for the various business benefit of the MSME.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang telah digunakan oleh UD. ModeX, UMKM yang berada di Kecamatan Bungah agar dapat digunakan sebagai penyusunan laporan keuangan. Penyusunan laporan keungan yang baik membantu UMKM dalam mengajukan permodalan kepada lembaga keuangan, pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga bisnis UMKM berjalan secara efektif dan efesien. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung kepada owner, staff khusus, dan bagian kasir pada UD. ModeX. Hasil dari wawancara tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dapat mempermudah pencatatan transaksi keuangan, melihat stok barang secara cepat dan akurat, dan dari informasi akuntansi tersebut terbentuk suatu laporan keuangan yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai kepentingan kelancaran bisnis UMKM tersebut.

The results of this study indicate that the sales and inventory accounting information system at the Chir Chir Fusion Chicken Factory Makassar still uses a manual system. The related functions in the sales and inventory accounting information system are waitrees, cooks, cashiers, financial admin, purchasing, cook, financial admin. The documents used in the sales and inventory accounting system are order notes, struck sales, purchase notes. The notes used in the sales and inventory accounting information system are sales records, and stock cards. The sales accounting information system procedure starts from the recording process of sales for inventory is a sales procedure that reduces inventory and purchases that add to the inventory. The purpose of this research is to illustrate that ICT can be used as a source of learning that is very relevant in the digital age. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the type of literature study. The results obtained from research conducted that ICT has many impacts in the development of the learning process. Impacts generated by ICT are not only positive, but also negative impacts. However, in this research that was studied was one of the positive impacts of ICT, which was to become a source of learning in the digital age. Utilization of ICT in learning can optimize lifelong learning through distance and asynchronous mode where students can communicate independently at different times whenever they are online, as well as close the professional isolation space that has often been felt in learning.

This research is library research, it is intended that the principle in conducting research utilizes data sources that have been available in various forms of writing. The purpose of this study is to illustrate that ICT can be used as a very relevant learning resource in the digital age today. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a type of literature study. The data used is secondary data. The results obtained from the research conducted that ICT has many impacts in the development of the learning process. The impact generated by ICT is not only positive, but also has a negative impact. However, in this study, one of the positive impacts of ICT was to be a source of learning in the digital era. The use of ICT in learning can optimize the statement that lifelong learning through distance education, asynchronous mode learning in which participants learn or communicate independently at different times anytime they are online (anytime-anywhere learning), and close professional isolation space during this is often felt in learning. The products resulting from ICT that can be used as learning resources are e-learning, e-books, e-libraries, e-modules, online tutorials, educational television, educational radio, interactive multimedia and virtual laboratories. So it was concluded that ICT can be used as a source of learning in the digital era.

The process of selecting scholarship recipients is a process that must be carried out in the context of providing educational scholarships. For the Navy, education is a very important thing in an effort to increase capability and professionalism in running an organization. The provision of educational scholarships for Navy personnel, especially in the environment of professional informatics, is carried out through selection of candidates' criteria that have been registered. Scholarship recipient data is processed to find the order of the candidates who will be determined as scholarship recipients. Prospective recipient data is considered by looking at certain criteria. Each criterion has a different weight. Based on the weights of each criterion, we can get weights that can be sorted according to certain priorities. For decision makers, many factors influence in determining a decision, so by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method a sequence and grouping of prospective scholarship recipients can be generated from each method. Based on the calculation results, in the AHP data that was entered as many as 747 candidate data, in the initial selection process obtained as many as 107 candidate data whose profession is informatics. All candidate data can be sorted based on the calculation of the assessment of eight criteria and ranking, from rank 1 to ranking 107. For processing time, the AHP method requires a longer time, which is ± 3 minutes, weighting process ± 1 minute, and ranking process ± 1 minute. Whereas in the FCM method, with the same amount of data it takes around ± 5 minutes until the iteration is complete or until the difference in objective function is smaller than epsilon. For the grouping results, this FCM method found that 43 candidates (40.19%) were strongly recommended, 31 candidates (28.97%) were recommended, and 33 candidates (30.84%) were not advised to receive scholarships with cluster validation in this study was 0.604. Hope in the future can simplify the calculation process for ranking and grouping selection, because it is already a computer application that is easy to use, and is expected to accelerate the selection process.

Information security is very vulnerable to institutions if there is interference from other parties outside the organization or institution as a supply chain of services that can pose an information security risk. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology number 4 of 2016, the Electronic System organizers that operate Low Electronic Systems must apply the Information Security Index guidelines. Index KAMI are a tool in analyzing and evaluating the level of information security based on the criteria in organizations or in government institutions. The research objective is to measure the level of information security readiness that meets the requirements of the ISO/IEC27001: 2013 standard at the Central Government Institution Unit X. The results of the assessment with the index KAMI obtained an electronic system category score of 30, for the assessment of governance the score is 84, the risk management score is 35, the framework information security work value is 61, asset management 128, and the application of security and information technology has a value of 100, the level of information security maturity is level II+ with a value of 408, the results obtained up to the Compliance of the Basic Framework.

Abstract PT. XYZ is a company engaged in making software that involves both the owner and employees in their activities. This privately-owned company operation includes the functions of project managing, system analysis to programming with work ranging from receiving proposals, collecting user requirements documents, design, user acceptance tests to deployment. The overall function of the work requires centralized overall monitoring where inputting can be done by many people while the management can be carried out by certain personnel only. The research methodology used is descriptive based on object-oriented analysis and design. The results of this study are the design of information systems based on object-oriented analysis and design that are ready to use in their implementation into the program code. The results are expected to be used by PT. XYZ and other companies engaged in similar services in monitoring projects that are in progress

The results of this study are (1)Guidance and counseling programs implemented at MAN 1 Medan, namely guidance andcounseling programs that are truly in accordance with the implementation of guidance andcounseling services in general. The guidance and counseling program consists of annual,semester, monthly, weekly and daily programs. Preparation of this guidance and counselingservice program to meet the targets or objectives of the implementation of guidance andcounseling services. (2) The implementation of information services in fostering discipline inMAN 1 Medan students by providing information including how to divide time, arrange aschedule of learning activities, how to learn effectively, how to choose learning techniques,and information about learning discipline. (3) Information services play a role in improvingstudent discipline, that is, students are able to absorb social knowledge and understanding indepth towards themselves.
