Toko Roti yang berlokasi di Palembang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan makanan Tradisional. Sebagai perusahaan yang harus dikenal dan melayani pelanggannya dengan baik, Perusahaan ini perlu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih saat ini. Selama pemesanan online ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pendukung lainnya seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan media sosial lainnya, ini membuat pelanggan potensial di luar kota ragu untuk melakukan pembelian. Pengujian ini bertujuan agar sistem yang telah dirancang dapat diuji untuk mengetahui sistem tersebut sesuai dengan yang diinginkan atau tidak. Jadi metode Desain yang Berpusat pada Pengguna ini sangat cocok untuk membangun fitur yang menunjukkan bagaimana Strategi Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan diterapkan pada sistem informasi penjualan.

Background: Two main influencing factors of dental and oral health in developing countries are attitude and behavior. A person's behavior is influenced by intentions, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived control. Attitudes and parental behaviors, especially mothers, have a significant effect on children's behaviors, especially in maintaining dental health. A mother should be literate about and set examples on dental and oral health to her child. An epidemiological study conducted at the Kalijudan Health Center involving 105 research respondents reported that parental behavior, especiallyperceived control, had a significant effect on the dental health care of children under five. Therefore, we created an empowerment program by using WhatsApp as the communication platform. Dentists of Kalijudan Public Health Center (Puskesmas), cadres of Integrated Health Service Post (Posyandu), and mothers of children under five have joined the group to facilitate QA with the dentist regarding dental health care for children. Purpose: To ease the access to information and consultation regarding dental health care for children under five. Methods: To empower the mothers by having discussions with the stakeholders Kalijudan Public Health Center via WhatsApp group. Results: 5 out of 10 active mothers gave questions about the health of toddlers' teeth and were answered directly by a dentist representative from the Kalijudan Health Center during a two-hour forum. Conclusion: Cadres and mothers of children under five wereable to access information and consult with dentists of Kalijudan Public Health Center easily via WhatsApp group named SARASEHAN. The program was beneficial for mothers as it facilitated the mothers to learn more about their children's dental care.

Information audit provides a frame of checking for information activity to be created, collected, shared and saved. As that activity is being seen and proceed now and how it should be in the future where the changes from as is into as to be is expected to happen. The purpose of audit is to understand which information is needed to support institution’s activities, what kind of information do people use now, where do people gain information and is there a gap in accessing information. Audit may be used to analyze the information that people need, the resources that are being used to gain information and the challenges to access information. As a librarian it is important to give a service in accordance with the need of users and working in cooperation in organization to provide the needs of users. Information audit is one of the tools to improve the service for the users, and librarians should see this as an additional value from organization’s aspect activity.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between budget participation on job satisfaction and employee performance. This study also to find empirical evidence related to Job relevant information (JRI) as an intervening variable on the relationship between budget participation with job satisfaction and employee performance. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed to the superintendent and manager-level employees at PT. Jaya Readymix. The Respondents in this study are the superintendent and manager-level employees of PT. Jaya Readymix totaling 65 people. Data analysis in this study is a linear regression model. The results showed that (1) budget participation has positive significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, (2) job relevant information (JRI) was mediated on the relationship between budget participation and job satisfaction, but not for employee performance.

This study analyzed the services at the Social Service office of Pesawaran District that were previously conducted conventionally and did not yet have a special system. The results of the analysis was applied in providing services with optimal PMKS data collection, registration of Joint Business Groups (KUBE) and updating the activity in a web-based system facilitation, so that the Social Service Office of Pesawaran District can provide information services well. The development of this system used a prototype method starting from gathering needs: meeting developers and clients (social service provider) determining general objectives, and specifically describing the parts that were needed, design: designing aspects of this software is the basis for making prototypes using development support tools UML Unified Modeling Language system, Prototype evaluation: the client (social service provider) evaluates and tests prototypes that are created and used to clarify the needs of software users. this web-based system provides all the information to the services available and also the assistance available at the Pesawaran Social Service. With this system, it can provide optimal services that can be directly accessed by all communities in Pesawaran Regency. So that all available assistance can be given to the community quickly and accurately

The development of information technology now has reached to all fields and become something very important in life, humans need information that is fast, accurate, and accurate in presenting data. A geographical information system an information processing service that contains data information displayed in a map view, this system can provide information more easily and support health management. Posyandu geographic information systems can help communities to find out where a posyandu is located. Designing a leaflet-based geographical information system on posyandu in Pinang District to search for posyandu located in the Pinang District area of Tangerang City. The results of this study are in the form of a geographic information system that is connected to a google map that can show a map of the location of the community health center and information from each Posyandu in Pinang District, Tangerang City.

The role of SMEs in development can be obtained through contributions made by SMEs to GRDP. The Trunan Village located in South Magelang Regency is an area that has the largest SME-producing products in the City of Magelang. The problem caused by SMEs in the Trunan Village, Magelang City, is the lack of product innovation in their production goods. Special tofu producer SMEs in Trunan Village, Magelang City lack understanding of the importance of their production. Another problem suspended by MSMEs in Trunan Village, especially tofu producers in developing their business is the information system of selling tofu products. The problem that has been determined will be determined by the specified target. This study aims to determine the importance of applying the innovation of tofu products and tofu sales information systems in business activities. The results showed that there are 3 important things that must be owned by an entrepreneur to be able to innovate, among others: the desire to improve products, services, and entrepreneurial actions. The information system will build a compilation of information patterns that are developed. Business operators must agree on who sends information and receives information. This activity occurs in the exchange of messages in the media information system. Information that is interrelated will cause feedback from the sender and response from the recipient of the message.

Bank secrecy is a conditional legal agreement used by a bank to guarantee the confidentiality of customers' dealing and financial affairs. However, the advancement in information technology, especially in the implementation of electronic systems and transactions across banks, has introduced tremendous changes in the ability of financial institutions to efficiently secure customers? data. This study provides a detailed explanation of the transformation process using the normative method. The result showed a shift in the principle of bank secrecy to data security in the event of a violation.

Consumer health awareness has increased recently, this is evidenced by the desire to consume herbal products. Todayâ€™s packaged colds jamu become a practical alternative for consumers to continue taking herbal medicines that are easy to obtain. This study aims to examine the influence of brand image, brand trust and product packaging information on the purchase decision of packaged cold herbs. This quantitative study applied purposive random sampling by using PLS-SEM 3.0 as statistic tools with questionnaire filled by 100 respondents. This article delivers a substantial effect to significant variables in purchasing decision. The results show that brand image does not directly influence purchasing decisions, but is fully mediated by brand trust. On the other hand, packaging information has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

SMK Prasasti Karang Berahi Jambi city in the inventory data processing system is still done manually by taking notes on the diary and most of the data input using Microsoft Office applications. The problems can inconvenient admin officers who manage inventory data because it must run several different application programs to process inventory data. In order to process data inventory efficiently, we need to build an application program that can use simultaneously and can run on all computers. The purpose of this study is to build equipment practice data inventory processing to offer ease performing of the data inventory management process. The application built using web-based technology with PHP scripting language, MySQL database, and Framework. The result of Web-based Inventory Data Processing System implementation expected to help staff in delivering a hardware inventory data collection administrative data online and real-time.
