The importance of capital structure in both firm and economic levels has driven many researchers to examine the factors affecting the capital structure itself. Furthermore, the existence of asymmetric information can be ignored as it is a factor that surely exists in the market, especially Indonesiaâ€™s market. As the emerging market, Indonesia is very susceptible to the new information. Thus, this study is done to examine the impact of asymmetric information on capital structure on the firm listed in IDX during 2010 â€“ 2014. The result shows that the illiquidity ratio has a positive but insignificant effect on capital structure. On the other hand, firm size showed to have negative impact on capital structure and more significant after including the control variables of GDP and Altman Z-Score Keywords: Capital Structure, Asymmetric Information, Amihud Illiquidity, Firm Size, Indonesia

Development of the globalization make the business men needs accounting information system in order to easier running their business, there is no exception for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). With accounting information system a company could aware about the profit and loss of the company. Information system is also useful to identify problems that occur in the company. Accounting information system helps the entity for planning, controlling, and decision making. Mutiara Marta Warehouse store is a trading company that engages in the purchasing and selling of building materials. The whole system at the company is still using a manual system where the transaction is done every day, but there is no bookkeeping for saving the data transactions of the company. This is also added with no sufficient inventory, which makes the owner sometimes finding difficulties to know the inventories flow. This research tried to arrange the adequate accounting information system which is needed in this entity. The purpose of this accounting information system arrangement is to provide the accurate and up to date data. The design of the new system starts with analysis the current systems at the company. The main activities in this store are classified to revenue, expenses, and inventory, then the author would make the accounting information system design for these three main cycle. Information system which designed for this warehouse store covers the accounting data processing including purchase and sales. So the output of this research is managerial report consist of purchase reports, sales reports, account payable, and account receivable. At the end all the data then reported in financial management under SAK ETAP. Â Keywords: Accounting Information System, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), SAK ETAP. Â

Abstract: The aim of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching technique called information transfer technique in teaching listening comprehension on dialogue to Year-7 students of SMP Negeri 2 Mempawah Hilir in Academic Year 2012/2013. It was a pre-experimental study in one group pretest posttest design. The data were collected by using audio file with the written test in form of table, total of the test items were 8 and then analyzed by using ES (Effect Size) formula. The sample was VIIA class that consisted of 36 students. The finding showed that the effect size of treatment was 0.89 (ES > 0.80) and categorized as high with the mean score of the studentsâ€™ 74.65. This mean score after the teaching (post-test) increased if compared with the mean score before the teaching (pre-test) 61.45. The difference score between pre-test and post-test was 13.20. Key words: Information Transfer, Listening Comprehension. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki keefektifan dari penggunaan teknik pengajaran yang disebut Information Transfer, dalam pemahaman menyimak dialog terhadap siswa-siswi kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Mempawah Hilir tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperimen studi dengan disain satu grup pre-test post-test. Data penelitian didapatkan dengan menggunakan audio file besertakan tes tertulis dalam bentuk tabel, dengan jumlah soal 8 dan kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan rumus ES (tingkat efektifitas). Sampel penelitian diambil dari 1 kelas (VIIA) yang terdiri dari 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ukuran keefektifan dari perlakuan adalah 0.89 (ES>0.80) dan dikategorikan tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata siswa 74.65. Nilai rata-rata setelah pengajaran (post-test) tersebut menunjukkan perubahan yang meningkat jika dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata siswa sebelum pengajaran (pre-test) 61.45. Perbedaan nilai yang ditunjukkan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test adalah 13.20. Kata kunci: Transfer Informasi, Pemahaman Menyimak.

The research was based on a preliminary study on the causes of problems related to the students’ inability to speak English. One of the research objectives is to describe the atmosphere in improving speaking by using activities in the Information Gap Technique (IGT). The researcher and the collaborator worked together in designing the lesson plans, implementing the actions, making observations and reflecting on the results. The subjects of this research study were second semester students from the English Department at Almuslim University. This study was conducted in three cycles following the procedures for action research, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. To collect data, the researcher used instruments of observations, lists, tests and questionnaires. The data obtained was presented in two ways, qualitatively and quantitatively. The findings showed that IGT activities were effective in improving the speaking abilities of the student in class. This can be seen from the improvements after each cycle. This can be seen by the rise in the students’ mean scores in the test results: 58.8 in the first cycle, 68 in the second cycle and 81.3 in the third cycle. Improvement was also seen based on the results from the observations that showed positivity, and good responses from the students. From the questionnaire results, it was found that the mean score for the students’ perception was 3,616. This means that the students responded positively to the implementation of this technique.

The cost of education is one component of input that is very important in implementing education. Because costs are the main requirement in an effort to achieve educational goals. SMK Al-Islam Surakarta is a private education institution that requires students to pay school fees in the form of Education Development Donations. Educational Development Donation is a routine school fee that is conducted every month. Based on last year's TU report, many students were late in paying Education Development Donations, around 60%. This is a big problem. The purpose of this study is that researchers will build a predictive system using the Naïve Bayes method. Because the method can classify the class right or late, in the payment of school fees. Data processing was taken from the dapodik data of schools in 2017/2018 with the test dataset taking 30 records. To find out the level of accuracy, this research was conducted with the Naive Bayes Method and the Information Gain Method for feature selection. Accuracy testing is done by the Confusion Matrix method. The results showed that the highest accuracy was obtained by combining the Naive Bayes Method with the Information Gain Method obtained by 90% accuracy.

Penyebaran DBD saat ini sudah sangat meresahkan masyarakat. Akan tetapi banyak masyarakatnya yang belum menyadarinya, termasuk masyarakat kota solo. Hal ini mungkin akibatnya kurangnya informasi mengenai jumlah penderita DBD maupun sebaran wilayah yang terkena dampak DBD. Sistem penyampaian informasi yang ada saat ini kurang efektif dan belum menampilkan kenampakan sebaran DBD secara kegeografisan, sehingga tidak diketahui wilayah mana saja yang terkena dampak DBD terendah hingga yang tertinggi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan metode dalam penyelesaiannya dimana data yang ditampilkan juga diikuti data kegeografisan wilayah terdampak. Geography Information System adalah salah satunya dimana sebaran DBD di Wilayah Kota Solo diolah dengan menggabungkan data spasial dengan data non spasial yang berupa attribut data lalu diimplementasikan dengan mengkonvertnya kedalam database menggunakan opensvgmapserver. Hal ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah instansi terkait dalam menyampaikan informasi terkait DBD kepada masyarakat umum. Implementasi yang dihasilkan menggunakan web interface dimana terdapat peta tematik kota solo yang terdiri dari batas kecamatan, nama jalan, nama rumahsakit beserta informasinya, nama puskesmas beserta informasinya, jumlah penderita ditampilkan dengan grafik, data spasial berupa tingkat sebaran DBD tingkat kecamatan yang dibedakan dengan warna dan data non spasial berupa informasi jumlah penderita di tiap kelurahan.Kata Kunci : Geographic Information System, Sebaran DBD Kota Solo, Opensvgmapserver.

One of the valuable assets in a company is human resources (HR). Human Resource Information System (HRIS) has emerged as one of the drivers of competitiveadvantage and strategic decision making tool. One of the HRIS task is employee recruitment. Employees become an important role. Therefore, this research is conducted forclassification of employee status determination using the Naïve Bayes methods. One of the duties of employees is to provide service to customer in the process of purchasing goods until the payment transaction process directly. Because of the large number of contract employees at the time of certain events, it requires companies to select every three months for the continuation of the work contract period for employees according to store needs so that the company's employee payroll expenses do not exceed the budget. One of the criteria is for being able to work in flexible groups between the ages of 17 and 25 for contract employees with a minimum of high school or vocational education. The purposes of this study are to design and build a Decision Support System application for the Continuation of Employee Employment Contracts Using the Naïve Bayes Method at PT. XYZ Retail. The result of the research is the application using the naïve bayes method with an accuracy rate of 90%.

Paradigm shift in educational context support to instructional innovation, such as online learning, blended learning, and mobile learning. Researcher implemented the blended learning by using blog as portfolios for students. The purpose in this research was to identify the effects of using a blog in blended learning to improve collage studentâ€™s information processing skill in virtual environment. The facilitation given to college students in order to familiar with through search, collect, manages, and communicates information in digital age. Research subject is collage students in Development of Innovation Instructional Model course on period January-June 2017 at Educational Technology in Universitas Negeri Padang. This research used three instruments, consist of 1) the rubrics for identify information processing skill, 2) questionnaire for using blog folio, and 3) interview guided about advantages, challenges and obstacles to use a blog in blended learning. The result show that using blog folio can help collage students to improved information processing skills because they understood and tried the steps of that skill. Furthermore, they admitted by using blog folio can increased motivation, participation and give advantages.

The general objective of the research is to develop a model ofÂ a computer-based education management information systems (MIS) in Elementary schoolsÂ Â and the specific objectives were to (1) develop a prototype model of an education MIS computer-based; and (2) to develop the procedure Manual of a computer-based education MIS models. The design of the research was research and development proposed by Borg and Gall. The samples were elementary schools in the city of Bandar Lampung. The research procedure were (1) determining the location of the research, (2) collecting data, (3) designing the initial product and validating to the experts, (4) conducting a seminar in the forum group discussion (FGD), and (5) revising the first design. The result of the product is a prototype model of computer-based education MIS and the manual procedure of computer based education MIS for the elementary school.

E-Government is the government's program and commitment in the effort to develop electronic-based governance and transforms to facilitate the activities of society and business to the knowledge-based society. E-Governmet can be said to be a system that contains collections of modules that can be integrated with others. Considering the many module components in the e-government authors in this study limits only to population modules such as service and management of population data, KK data, data on population mutations such as population (moving, coming, born, dead) built using the Model View method Web-based and online controller. As well as how to simplify the management of the letter, in addition to facilitate the search population data and information about the development of villagers in each village in real time with terintegerasinya data to each village in addition to facilitate and accelerate the service request and manufacture reporting. So with the existence of this system the kecamatan easier to see the development of data of the population of each village and with this system the kecamatan and village easier to manage the data letter and can facilitate in sending mail to each village. With this research, it is expected Sub-district offices can provide improvement of information service and also data processing of its population.
