The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work culture on visitor satisfaction at PDIKM Padang Panjang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study population was tourists visiting PDIKM Padang Panjang City. The sample in this study consisted of 376 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the sampling technique was done through accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The findings show that there is a significant influence between work culture on visitor satisfaction by 13.8%. The results of the study concluded that work culture influences visitor satisfaction at PDIKM Padang Panjang City.

Speaking is one of the language skills that prioritized in education curriculum at junior high school level (SMP) in Indonesia. However, there are still many students who have difficulty in speaking. This is due to the way teachers that teach ineffective and less varied, so that students are less motivated to interact with teacher or with other students in the classroom. Therefore, many techniques have been developed by educational experts to assist teachers in creating effective and efficient ways of learning. One of them is teaching speaking by using “information gap activity”. The use of this technique is expected to facilitate and motivate the students in improving their interaction in the classroom and also improve their speaking ability. This technique is used during the experimenting phase to help the students engage in fun conversation. By using this technique, students are expected to be able to speak actively inside or outside the classroom.

Abstrak Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan salah satu strategi yang disebut dengan K.I.M (Key word, Information, and Memory clue) Vocabulary yang berfungsi untuk melatih siswa dalam memahami kosa kata. Di awal pelajaran, guru memberikan sebuah teks bacaan. Setelah itu, guru langsung menyuruh siswa untuk mencari makna dari kata yang telah ditentukan dalam kolom pertama. Kolom pertama disebut dengan Key word digunakan untuk kosa kata. Selanjutnya kolom kedua disebut Information berfungsi untuk makna dari kosa kata tersebut. Kolom ketiga disebut Memory Clue digunakan untuk gambar. Terakhir, siswa disuruh membuat kalimat tentang kosa kata tersebut. Diharapkan dengan adanya strategi ini, siswa dapat memahami kosa kata lebihmen dalam lagi sehingga mereka tidak menganggap mempelajari kosa kata tersebut membosankan dan menyita banyak waktu. This article aims in describing the bilingual public signs regarding to the product of two languages and the lexical choices. Bilingual public signs can be easily found in Bali for the reason of giving information to everybody. It is not only the Balinese or Indonesian people who can access the information, but also foreign people. Especially in relation to Bali as tourist destination, the bilingual public signs have great role in providing information. The data was taken from the bilingual public signs in Denpasar and Badung. Both are recognized as the capital city of Bali and the main tourist destination in Bali. Method of collecting data applied documentation and method of analyzing data was descriptive qualitative. It was described based on descriptive way qualitatively regarding to the theory of translation. The results show that two important things must be considered in bilingual public signs. First, the modes of literal and adaptation only result in problem of understanding the sign in TL. While in SL, the sign determines clear meaning. It comes from the structure of SL that is directly transferred to the structure of TL. Second, lexical choices also lead to new problem of interpretation. Correct lexical choices reflect naturalness of language based on the culture of foreign readers. They can find the meaning naturally. However, incorrect lexical choices only show confusion in understanding the meaning.

KUR Mikro (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) adalah variasi produk kredit yang disalurkan oleh kantor-kantor unit bank dengan target penyaluran berbeda-beda untuk setiap unitnya. Pencapaian target penyaluran di kantor unit dipantau oleh kantor cabang, sehingga diperlukan sistem yang dapat menangani hal tersebut. Dashboard Executive Information System dengan pendekatan terdistribusi dapat digunakan untuk memantau target pencapaian penyaluran KUR Mikro di setiap kantor unit Bank X. Web service digunakan untuk menjembatani komunikasi pada sistem terdistribusi. Dashboard Executive Information System digunakan oleh kepala cabang untuk memantau grafik data nasabah KUR Mikro. Kepala cabang dapat memantau perbandingan pencapaian target jumlah nasabah antar kantor unit pada sistem. Dashboard Executive Information System dapat berinteraksi dengan tiga entitas yaitu admin, kantor cabang dan kantor unit. Web Dashboard Executive Information System terdiri dari 17 halaman yang digunakan untuk manajemen data. Hasil pengujian dan analisa menunjukkan seluruh halaman web serta sinkronisasi berupa data nasabah, data pemohon, data pencairan dan data pembayaran kredit usaha rakyat dapat digunakan dengan status uji sukses. Bali merupakan aset berharga dibidang pariwisata, untuk menarik wisatawan domestik dan wisatawan mancanegara sektor pariwisata harus didukung oleh fasilitas yang baik. Pada umumnya wisatawan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, seperti wisatawan yang memilih berwisata menggunakan agen travel atau wisatawan yang memilih untuk berwisata tanpa pemandu atau sering disebut backpacker menjadi salah satu alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini.Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Geographic Information System (GIS) berbasis android, dimana aplikasi dengan tampilan map ini dapat menerima layanan data atau service secara dinamis dengan adanyaformat pertukaran data JSON. GIS pada perangkat androidinididukung oleh layanan GPS dan Google Map API V2 membuat sistem yang dirancang mendukung mobilitas dalam perjalanan dan dapat digunakandengan layanan internet. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberi kontribusi terhadap sektor pariwisata. Hasil dari sistem ini dapat menyediakan layanan dasar GIS yaitu GPS, digital map, navigasi, posisi pengguna, posisi tujuan, direction route dan informasi cuaca. In determining the strategy, accurate information is a necessity.Accurate information must be supported by the reliable information system. Inter-organizational networklately is a concept developed in the study of organization and management. This organizations are used to acquire critical resources needed by the organization, because these resources are controlled by other organizations. The purpose of the study is to explain the ability of information systems in the determination of local economic growth strategy in the region of BP-KAPET Pare-Pare. This research is qualitative research and the strategy used is case study as well as the type is explanative.Research results showed that the systems have not been able to provide complete and accurate information oflocal resources in its territory, so it cannot determine the dominant strategy to outperform other player's strategy. The implication is BPKAPET Pareparewhich is intended as a major driver of economic growth accelerated in the region, but until now local governments have not been able to invite investors to invest in this region. The inability to provide such information due to the BP-KAPET Parepare system is still dominated by a government bureaucracy that is focused on rules and leaders' instructions.Keyword: Inter-Organization Network, Information Systems, StrategyDeterminationDalam menentukan strategi, informasi yang akurat adalah sebuah kebutuhan. Informasi yang akurat perlu didukung oleh sistem informasi yang handal. Jaringan antar organisasi adalah sebuah konsep yang cukup berkembang dalam studi organisasi dan manajemen akhir-akhir ini. Organisasi seperti ini digunakan terutama untuk memperoleh sumber daya kritis yang dibutuhkan oleh organisasi, karena sumber daya ini dikendalikan oleh organisasi lain. Tujuan penelitian adalah menjelaskan kemampuan sistem informasi dalam penentuan strategi pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah di wilayah BP-KAPET Parepare. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus tipe eksplanatif.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi BP-KAPET Parepare belum mampu menyediakan informasi tentang sumber-sumber daya ekonomi daerah yang lengkap dan akurat di wilayahnya, sehingga tidak bisa menentukan strategi yang dominan untuk mengungguli strategi pemain lain. Akibatnya adalah BP-KAPET Parepare dimaksudkan sebagai penggerak utama pertumbuhan ekonomi dipercepat di wilayahnya, namun sampai saat ini pemerintah daerah di wilayah ini belum mampu mengundang investor untuk berinvestasi. Ketidakmampuan menyediakan informasi tersebut disebabkan oleh BP-KAPET Parepare masih didominasi oleh sistem kerja birokrasi pemerintahan yang terlalu berfokus pada aturan dan petunjuk pimpinan. ABSTRACTÂ In Article 1 paragraph (1) of laws No.2 of 2014 concerning the amendment to the Laws No. 30 of 2014 concerning the office of a notary states that a notary is a Public Official authorized to make an Aunthentic deed and has other authorities as set up in the legislation or under other laws. Deed made before a notary can be classified in two (2) kinds of certificates, namely partij deed/deed of the parties and the deed of relaas/officials. The problem discussed in this thesis is what is the legal regulation of the production of notarial deed in the legislation in Indonesia, what is the legal effect of a deed made based on false information by the parties involved.The conclusion of the study demonstrates that notaris in running his or her office must pay attention to and must be subject to the Laws No. 30 of 2004 concerning the post of a notary which has been amended by the enactment of Laws No 2 of 2014 concerning the amendment to the Laws No 30 of 2004 concerning the office of a notary and ethical codes for a notary which constitutes applicable regulations for moral guidance for a notary profession. A deed that contains false information which is provided by the parties can be cancelled. Deed cancellation can be done by a notary if demanded by the parties who suffer losses.Â Keywords : Responsibility, Notaris, Deeds, False Information.Â

Abstract: Internet technology is growing rapidly not only in the business world but also in the world of education. The world of education is now widely using technological sophistication and internet-based, such as the process of teaching and learning electronically / known as e-learning. One of the features of e-learning in the teaching and learning process is that it can display material, practice questions, quizzes, or exams electronically. During this time in UKMC, quizzes are often carried out in a conventional manner using paper that will multiply papers that are not used anymore. The purpose of this study is to create an online quiz application for Information Systems students so that lecturers and students can save time in the process and checking. Making an application can help conventional processes be developed by using technology and in real-time. The process of conducting this research starts from Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Testing / Evaluation until finally the final report is made. This research will present a Quiz menu with questions in the form of Multiple Choice and there will be immediately the results of right and wrong answers along with grades and information on whether or not to pass. The results of this study are to reduce the paperless stack and the interaction between students and lecturers is no longer conventional. This research is also a development of the task portal application for Informatics and Information Systems students that was made in the previous year.Abstrak: Teknologi internet semakin berkembang pesat tidak hanya di dunia bisnis saja, tetapi juga di dunia pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan sekarang sudah banyak yang menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi dan berbasis internet, seperti proses belajar mengajar secara elektronik / yang dikenal dengan e-learning. Salah satu fitur e-learning dalam proses belajar mengajar adalah dapat menampilkan materi, soal latihan, kuis, ataupun ujian secara elektronik. Selama ini di UKMC, kuis seringkali dilakukan dengan cara konvensional yaitu menggunakan kertas yang akan memperbanyak kertas-kertas yang tidak digunakan lagi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi quis online bagi mahasiswa Sistem Informasi agar dosen dan mahasiswa dapat menghemat waktu dalam pengerjaannya dan pengecekannya. Pembuatan aplikasi dapat membantu proses konvensional dapat berkembang dengan menggunakan teknologi dan secara real time. Proses pengerjaan penelitian ini dimulai dari Requirements Planning (Perencanaan Persyaratan), User Design, Konstruksi, dan Testing / Evaluasi hingga yang terakhir adalah pembuatan laporan akhir penelitian. Penelitian ini akan menampilkan suatu menu Kuis dengan soal-soal berupa Pilihan Ganda dan nantinya akan langsung ada hasil jawaban yang benar dan salah beserta nilai dan keterangan lulus atau tidaknya. Hasil penelitian ini untuk mengurangi tumpukan kertas (paperless) serta interaksi antara mahasiswa dan dosen tidak secara konvensional lagi. Penelitian ini juga merupakan pengembangan dari aplikasi portal tugas bagi mahasiswa Informatika dan Sistem Informasi yang telah dibuat di tahun sebelumnya.
