Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the Analysis of the Effect of the APIP Behavior Principles (Integrity, Objectivity, Confidentiality, and Competence) on Audit Quality. This research was conducted at the Inspectorate General of Communication and Information. The independent variable in this study is the principles of APIP behavior (Integrity, Objectivity, Confidentiality, and Competence), and the dependent variable is Audit quality. The results of this study prove that the principles of APIP behavior affect audit quality.

Abstract

This research has purpose to find out and investigated the role of HRIS implementation, motivation and competence to improve the employees performance at PT. Artamulia Tatapratama. The research method used quantitative methods with causality approach. The population and sample were amounted to 190 employees. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). And This research was revealed that 1) HRIS implementation had significant beneficial impact towards employee performance, 2) Motivation had significant positive effect on employee performance, 3) Competence had a remarkable reaction over employee performance, 4) HRIS implementation had significant beneficial influence towards motivation and 5) HRIS implementation had significant positive reaction to competence.

Abstract

Information technology, especially in industrial revolution 4.0 has changed the business practices of every sector, in which tourism is no exception. In Indonesia, the example can be found in case of tourism website Wonderful Indonesia. Given the important role of this website as a DMO (Destination Management Organization) website, then the evaluation was carried out in order to know its progress. This evaluation was based on ICTRT model that it consists of five dimensions, such as information, communication, transaction, relationship, and technical merit. There was 48 indicators on the ICTRT model, which can be divided as follows: information (18 indicators), communication (7 indicators), transaction (5 indicators), relationship (10 indicators), and technical-merit (8 indicators). Result of the Wonderful Indonesia website evaluation were obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents, in which the sample came from travel agencies organization namely ASITA Bali. Based on evaluation result via IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) graph, it showed that the indicators contained in Information, Transaction, and Relationship dimension needs to be considered, given the level of importance was high, but the performance was still low. Therefore, further development is required related to the indicators above, such as accommodation information, local weather information, attraction tickets, virtual tour, and privacy policy. Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility and financial information proxied by accounting profits and return on assets to abnormal returns in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies. The population in this study are all companies whose shares are consistently incorporated in the food and beverage sub-sector during the study period. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is panel data regression with a random effect model.The results of this study indicate that disclosure of corporate social responsibility has a negative and insignificant effect on abnormal returns, accounting earnings have a negative and insignificant effect on abnormal returns and return on assets have a positive and significant effect on abnormal returns.Keywords: corporate social responsibility, accounting profit, return on assets and abnormal return.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Batu which is engaged in contracting. Activities carried out by the company, one of which is the purchase of spare parts on credit. The implementation of the accounting system for purchasing spare parts on credit has not yet fully carried out activities in accordance with internal controls. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques. The analysis conducted was a qualitative descriptive analysis by analyzing and designing Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and Normalization. Abstract

Madrasah Al - Itqon started with the activities of ta'lim by KH Mahfudz Asirun, whichlater increased the number of congregations and reached all levels of society. He founded areligious education institution called Madrasah Al - Itqon in Duri Kosambi Village, CengkarengDistrict, West Jakarta, in 1985. The education cannot be separated from the existence of acollection of library materials that he owns. Some of the problems that often arise in librarymanagement are increasing or increasing library materials collection, the need for informationrelated to existing library materials, and library service personnel limitations. This researchaims to create a library information system to improve library visitors' full service and minimizedata processing errors. The library information system starts with data collection on members,borrowing books, and returning books. This library information system's benefits are expected toimprove library users' services and expedite the administrative process faster. Abstract

The aim of this study is analyze variable s influencing holding period of common stock on public firm listed in LQ 45 index, that are firms generally have good performance assessed based on both marked performance and firm fundamental, then analyzing the dominance influencing variable. This study is conducted in Indonesian Stock Exchange with population of stock listed in LQ 45 index with the total of 64 firms. The samples taking method in purposive sampling with the criteria that the firms at least listed twice in LQ45 index on the study period. The analysis method used to analyze independend variable: spread, market value, variance return, and dividend pay out ratio and dependend variable: holding period is two stage least squares multiple regression model, since there is possibility that the correlation of bid-ask spread from the current periods and bid-ask spread and holding period and holding period from the previous period for every stock take place simultaneously. The result of study showed thar, partially, bid-ask spread variable that constitutes the different value between the highest price provided paid by buyer with the lowest price offered by seller has significance positive correlation on holding period of common stock and there is inverse correlation/significance negative between variance return variable that reflect the risk rate from stock effected by fluctuation     of stock price and holding period of common stock. While simultaneously, there is not significance correlation between dependent variable and independend variable that mean bid-ask spread, market value, variance return and dividend pay out ratio can’t describe variation from hoding period variable.

Abstract

Management of reporting project progress and material inventory reporting otherwise known as supply chain management is needed, namely to ensure that the project has progress or not. Based on the reporting activities that have been carried out there are activities that are less effective than the system of recording progress reporting and the supply of construction materials in the field, namely reporting time and recording system. So because this paper aims to explain the making of information systems the progress of construction projects that are integrated with the reporting system of inventory of empty materials using the SMS gateway. The methodology is built using the phases of context diagrams, data flow diagrams and entity relationships. The system is built using PHP programming, mySQL database and Gammu. The results of the study show that the project progress information system has produced project reports and progress in the form of web pages. As well as a brief report on the progress of the project, Hanphone has received an SMS. Research is expected to benefit construction companies so that reporting can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, diikuti meningkatnya perkembangan data. Data merupakan informasi yang sangat berharga perkembangan yang semakin pesat menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengelolaannya. Salah satu pemanfaatan data adalah penggunaan temu kembali informasi pada portal video multimedia. Semakin banyak video multimedia yang tersimpan pada repositori maka semakin sulit dalam proses pencarian. Pada proses pencarian, pengguna terkadang menginginkan korelasi diantara hasil pencarian. Untuk membentuk korelasi dari hasil pencarian, dibutuhkan sebuah pemodelan topik yang berfungsi sebagai penghubung diantara query, kata dan dokumen dari deskripsi video multimedia. Salah satu metode pemodelan topik dapat dilakukan menggunakan model Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis (PLSA) dengan algoritma Expectation dan Maximization (EM Algorithm). Algoritma EM merupakan algoritma untuk menduga suatu parameter, tahap awal adalah melakukan pencarian nilai ekspektasi (Expectation). Pencarian nilai ekspektasi membutuhkan topik sebagai parameter awal yang nilai parameter-parameter akan diperbaharui menggunakan algoritma Maximization. Proses pembentukan parameter awal dilakukan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes, dimana algoritma Naive Bayes digunakan memprediksi kejadian dimasa datang menggunakan pengalaman sebelumnya.
