Abstract

As a calibration laboratory that has been accredited by the KAN Institute, BSML Regional II is obliged to implement a quality system. In response to the demands of information technology developments, KAN calls on calibration laboratory organizations to develop information technology and its management. Information technology governance audit, besides functioning to identify management mismatches, also functions to optimize performance so that the company's vision and mission can be achieved. COBIT 2019 as the latest edition of ISACA's framework makes improvements in terms of goal cascading using design factors so that planning / design audits will be more precise. This research produces a planning of information technology governance audit activities in the calibration laboratory, in this case BSML Regional II.

Abstract

Submission of information is a very important thing that is owned by a system. The system that is made very well will be able to convey good and clear information to its users so that it can communicate well. The more rapid technology has been used by several educational institutions, especially universities, to support the existing learning system. For students who have fulfilled the requirements for conducting final research, it is appropriate to declare to carry out the final research. But the head of the department is still required to come to campus to declare that the student is eligible or not to do the final research. Therefore we need a system that can provide convenience for the Head of Department to declare that students are eligible to do final research that can be accessed online so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime by the Head of Department and does not need to come to campus because the system still uses local networks. In order to provide convenience and effectiveness for the Head of Department to check and provide eligibility for students eligible for final research which then leads to the maximum service to students. In conducting research research methods used in this study namely observation, interviews and literature study In the process of developing the system the writer uses 4 stages, namely problem identification, planning, designing prototypes and reviewing prototypes. Evidenced by the viewboard of the head of the department of service to students, it was very well fulfilled.

Abstract

In order to facility data of ex-graduate maintaining and career information distribution to all of member of STMIK Insan Pembangunan especially Information System, information system is made to handle that. It is an application that named Career Development Center. In processing that aplication, the writer do examination by interview, observation and from books or literatures and then continue to model it with UML diagrams. Along with this system, it is hoped that recapitulaton of ex-graduate and career information spreading about job vacancy, tips and training/workshop can help user to maintain it.

Abstract

Nowadays it is inevitable in the development of the necessities of life, information technology that meets the requirements. There are programs that are made from a computer in making software. Community is a group of people who have the same taste and vision. The problem issued by the community is the large number of media that can accommodate every activity that can inform and can be seen by many people. Very limited media information provided is less updated and maintenance costs are very expensive compared via the website. Social communities are in dire need of information that supports and provides satisfying services for donors. Then a web-based community information system design was made. This design uses the RAD method. The stages of this RAD are covering information needs and interface requirements. Design phase of the interface design itself. This information system is designed to provide solutions as problems that exist in the community with a computerized system to be developed.

Abstract

The concept of Cloud Computing has been distinguished as one of the major computing models in recent years. Cloud computing has become a great innovation that has important consequences not just for services on the internet but also for the entire Information technology (IT) market. Its emergence aims to optimize on-demand technology, hardware and information provisioning as a service, reaching the economy of scale in the distribution and operation of IT strategies. A great deal of cloud computing research has been concerned over some obstacles and challenges that rely upon behind the lure of cloud computing. Security has been always raised as one of the most critical issues of cloud computing where resolving such an issue would result in constant growth in the use and popularity of the cloud. Security requirements represent a major issue that has to be met in order of easing some of these obstacles. This article presents the role of cloud computing in the IT sectors.

Abstract

Information technology is rapidly developing all existing activities or activities become very important in determining the progress of the company, both in operational and non-operational activities, one of which is the procurement report which must produce accurate and accurate reports. PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the system of preparation of goods, can make it easier for inventory administrators to produce accurate reports with a fast time can be made in order to produce effective and efficient.

Abstract

The library is one of the containers used by the community to look for a variety of literature reviews in the form of books, catalogs and journals. A computerized library information system is needed to improve the quality of library services. This study aims to create a computerized system that can be used by librarians and library visitors easily. In this study, researchers used the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). For designing the model using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The design concept uses MVC (Model View Controller). The design framework used is Bootstrap and CI, while the programming language uses PHP HTML CSS and Javascript. With this library information system, it is expected to facilitate the performance of officers in serving library visitors.

Abstract

The Kutabumi Kelurahan office is an office that carries out several activities to carry out government affairs, such as empowerment and service to the community. Population administration services are important in a government agency in the Kutabumi District Office. Problems that occur include the making of a request letter that is still semi-computerized using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. So that the impact on services that are less effective and maximal to the needs of its residents. The system certainly has many weaknesses including the accumulation of paper and vulnerable to data loss because the data is not stored in the database. To improve the existing quality services at the Kutabumi Village Office, an administrative service system is needed so that administrative services are more effective and efficient. The analytical method used by researchers is the PIECES method (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). With this administration system, it can facilitate the process of requesting requirements regarding population administration and facilitate service staff in the process of population administration report activities.

Abstract

The most significant instruments in the learning cycle are the educator and learning media. Obviously, the utilization and choice of fitting instructional media completed by an instructor will have an impact on the cycle and consequences of the learning. For this situation, data and correspondence innovation based learning media is the most significant thing in the advancement of the universe of training. Data and Communication Technology (ICT) is a program for instruments, control and passing on of data and information to make it simpler in the learning cycle in the homeroom. With ICT-based learning media, understudies can create thinking abilities and improve instructor aptitudes expertly. Educators become more propelled and inventive in homeroom learning. The reason for this investigation was to decide the function of educators in utilizing learning media dependent on Information and Communication Technology.
