Abstract

The payment information system enables the entry of cash transaction data to SMA Teluk Panji through administrative staff (TU). The TU maintains the money payment reports that the students pay. This approach is useful and allows students to know more about the money they have to spend. This approach gives students complete knowledge in paper form. Useful reports to discover how much they charged and students who did not pay. Model UML is a visual language for modeling and designing information systems or applications. As support for the development of this information system, UML uses diagrams and text. Any significant modeling influences the design of useful applications. The system must meet its specifications and be capable of converting data into usable and efficient users. The black box evaluation method serves as a software assessment. The method operates from inside the unknown. When the system testers test this system as designed and focused on the school payment information system, the information system software is appropriately controlled by the external control mechanism. The prototyping method aims to summarise the application developed during these phases.

Abstract

Earnings management is a very interesting topic to discuss. As long as management prepares financial reports in accordance with accounting standards in Indonesia, it cannot be said to do earnings management. However, on the other hand accrual-based accounting can cause distortion. This study aims to analyze the effect of information asymmetry, financial performance, financial leverage and managerial ownership as factors that affect earnings management in companies implementing Initial Public Offering (IPO) policies for the 2014-2018 period. This study will also test the audit committee variable which is used as a moderating variable in the research model. The population is companies that carry out Initial Public Offering (IPO) policies for the 2014-2018 period. The population of this study was 149,?5%, information asymmetry and managerial ownership have a significant effect on earnings management, while financial performance and financial leverage do not have a significant effect on earnings management. The results of this study also indicate that the audit committee is able to moderate the effect of information asymmetry on earnings management, on the other hand, the audit committee is unable to moderate financial performance and financial leverage on earnings management.

Abstract

The development of an integrated computer network is very important for the purpose of this research is to be able to build and monitor the performance and computer network of the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University (UNIKS) specifically for the lecturer LAN network which is connected to the SISTER RISTEKDIKTI local server on the UNIKS campus which has been built on the Cisco Packet Tracer simulator. and airLink simulation, this computer network design will use Wireless Media as an Access Point in each unique building so that each lecturer can access Sister without having to go to the admin sister psd who is in bakasi. The beginning of this research by means of storing the situation for access to the special computer network for sisters is very limited, the use of computer networks has not been maximized because the computer network infrastructure of Sister UNIKS is only found in the BAKASI-UNIKS building and can be accessed in that building. In carrying out the process of analyzing and designing Sister's computer network infrastructure using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) Method. Lecturers and several stakeholders at the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University psd Sister in developing Computer Network Infrastructure are very supportive of integrating all existing buildings in the UNIKS environment for the purposes of Lecturer Certification carried out at the Ministry of Education and Culture SISTER

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explore employers' perceptions of the five most important job skills they need graduates to have in order to graduates to be considered employable in the job market. The research data is obtained by a survey of entrepreneurs in the Riau Islands Province from various of companies that employ engineering information and communication technology. The research instrument was adopted from the technical accreditation board manual and the Malaysia Future of Engineering Education Report. Data from entrepreneurs were obtained from the information system of the Riau Islands Province Kadin in collaboration with the Riau Islands Province Kadin by circulating the instrument through the WA group and E-mail. Data were obtained from 119 entrepreneurs in the Riau Islands. Data were analyzed with descriptions of analysis using SPSS V 20. From the analysis carried out, it was seen from the average, the five most important job skills in a row: The ability of graduates to identify problems, apply problem-solving, solutions and formulations, the ability to present ideas effectively and self-confidence, the ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as analyze and interpret, the ability to function effectively as an individual and in a group, and the ability to continue to learn independently in acquiring new knowledge, technology and skills.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization in the Jakarta Metrology Management Unit Services, currently completing work is still manual, both receipt of goods, recording/registration, to the archiving that has an important role in an office, if the records are poorly managed, it can be difficult to find data that has been stored and finally can hamper the next stage of the work process. Therefore the Jakarta Metrology Management Unit needs an application or a way to complete the work efficiently and effectively so that data processing work can be done quickly and accurately. This web-based information system can also facilitate registrants in checking data, so the authors in designing this information system using the sublime text application and by using the waterfall method, in designing this information system are modeled by Unified Modeling Language (UML). Using the Hypertext Prepocessing (PHP) programming language with Mysql as a database. The final result of this study is so that companies can more easily process data. Online Certificate Data Processing Information System based on the web, on this website the registrant can see directly their data process so that after completing the certificate.

Abstract

The research results suggest that the collection of books available in Balai Desa Sei Kamah I Library is still insufficient. The book collection only has a ratio of 1:5 compared to the number of users. The utilization rate of book collection by sei kamah I villagers is also low. When in the library, the community, especially among students, is deficient in visits to the library. In one week, the community only 1 or 2 times came to the library and spent less than 1 hour. Library employees and staff have not played a full role in promoting how important a library is. Therefore, researchers created a new idea that the library system that is still manual is made into an Online-based system. The library service becomes better and more enjoyable.

Abstract

The advancement of health technology that is fast and accurate is increasingly becoming the main requirement of decision-makers. Hospitals, clinics, health centers as institutions that store so much data also require correct and precise data processing that can be presented in the form of reports. Meanwhile, keeping traditional medical record files requires a large area and is prone to the impact of natural disasters and fires. According to patient's point of view, the physical documents of medical records such as medical cards, X-rays, ultrasound results, ECG results and others also have a risk of being lost or damaged and so that it becomes troublesome. With a modified Borg and Gall model development procedure, the products produced by the medical record application are functioned to facilitate the performance health center staffs and doctors, as well as to be more effective and efficient system and integrated NIK data

Abstract

In studying in higher education, the accuracy of graduation at the end of the semester is important, as is the case for the final semester students at STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang. STMIK Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang has three Study Programs, one of which is the Information Systems Study Program which receives less than 150 to 200 students each year and is expected to graduate on time. With the number of students who enter, it might not match those students who have completed their studies on time. In this study, the classification of the graduation punctuality was performed using the Naif Bayes algorithm. Neive Bayes predicts future opportunities based on past experience known as Bayes Theorem. The implementation in this study uses the RapidMiner 7.0.001 software. To help find accurate values, the attributes used in this study are NIM, Name, Level, Study Program, Province of Origin, Gender, SKS, GPA, and Year of Graduation. STMIK Atma Luhur.

Abstract

Information technology governance self–assessment application aims to align the evaluation process that requires a large enough resource both in human resources, cost, and time. By knowing the portrait of information technology governance conditions, a City can control the information technology investment that has been issued so that it is in line with the goals of the City and supports the implementation of a Smart City. The research method used is a qualitative method with COBIT 5 as the Information Technology Governance Evaluation framework. Meanwhile, the software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design model. The result obtained is a ranking of the maturity level of information technology governance with application media as a means of collecting assessment data so that it can help improve the efficiency of the implementation of Information Technology Governance Evaluation in Cities.
