Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the guidance of further study information services affects the higher education interest of students of SMKN 2 Mataram. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the Pre-Experimental Design method in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The variables of this research are the interest in entering higher education and the independent variable of further study information service guidance. The study population was SMKN 2 Mataram, while the sample was students of class XI who attended further study information service guidance, namely 36 (thirty) students, who were determined by incidental sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis with SPSS 17.0 for windows software with the Paired Sampe t Test procedure, the results show that t is greater than t table, t (count) (3.986)> t (table) (1.690). So the hypothesis of this research: there is an effect of further study information services on student interest in learning at SMKN 2 Mataram is accepted. The results of this study prove that information services for further studies have an effect on student interest in entering higher education. Therefore, it can be used as input and material for consideration for Guidance and Counseling Teachers in order to increase their role in directing vocational students who intend to continue to a higher level of education after completing their studies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teacher's Pedagogical and technology competence in the implementation of the Curriculum 2013. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Implementation of the Curriculum 2013 includes dimensions of curriculum concepts, procurement of books, learning activities, and learning assessment. Implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in terms of teacher pedagogics includes nine aspects. The implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in terms of mastery of information and communication technology teachers includes 1) ICTs used, 2) Development activities of subject matter using ICTs, 3) forms of use of it. Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum accommodates student learning needs. The provision of books is following the provisions. Student learning activities are student-centered. The assessment shows an emphasis on authentic attitude and knowledge assessment. The implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in the dimension of teachers' pedagogical competence in the good category. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the dimensions of ICT mastery by teachers based on interview data, questionnaires, and observations is quite well categorized in terms of the technology used, the activities of using ICT, and its use as a learning medium.

Abstract

The distribution of news and information about Covid-19 occurred amid a pandemic. It certainly creates a panic impact on some people, especially those who do not have adequate media literacy skills. This panic leads to uncontrolled behavior and unfiltered acceptance of information. This study seeks to investigate how the West Java Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Role in Preventing Citizen Panic Regarding News and Information Regarding Covid-19. Official broadcast media with high credibility have often ignored because people tend to prefer media with high accessibility, such as the internet and social media. From this condition, news and information about Covid-19 have often mixed with hoaxes readily accepted by some people. This research uses qualitative methods with case study research, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, literature study, and observation. The results showed that in overcoming public panic, KPID West Java encourages broadcast media to always pay attention to the Broadcasting Code of Conduct and Broadcast Program Standards (P3SPS) and health protocols in every broadcasting activity. Also, media literacy has consistently remained calm and aware of various hoax information, such as Covid-19

Abstract

Reactor protection systems (RPS) transform process variable signals from the sensors into initiation and actuation signals to trip the reactor if the signal's value exceeds the predefined trip setpoints of the RPS. Information on the current value of the process variables signals and the trip setpoint should be displayed properly on the visual display unit (VDU) in order to maintain the situation awareness of the operators in main control rooms (MCR). In addition, it is also helpful for them to investigate the cause of an accident after the reactor trip and to mitigate the accident based on the appropriate emergency operating procedures. This paper investigates how the information is processed in the RPS of Experimental Power Reactor (EPR) based on high temperature reactor (HTR) technology, and how the information is displayed on the human machine interface (HMI) of the MCR of the EPR. It is conducted by classifying the RPS into three layers based on its components and their functions, followed by the investigation of the type and the information processing in each layer. The results show that the form of the information has been changed throughout the RPS, started from the sensors and until it is displayed on the VDU. The results of the investigation are necessary to understand the concept of RPS, especially for new operators, and to prepare the mitigation actions based on the process variable that cause the reactor trip.Keywords: Experimental power reactor, Reactor protection system, Human machine interface, Information processing, Situation awareness

Abstract

ABSTRAKStrategi evakuasi gedung merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam keselamatan kebakaran gedung bertingkat. Salah satu strategi yang dapat membantu meminimalisir kerugian akibat bencana kebakaran yaitu pembuatan suatu model simulasi evakuasi bencana kebakaran dalam sebuah gedung. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui tingkat kelaikan jalur evakuasi yang ada di gedung Dekanat Baru Fakultas Teknik Universitas Diponegoro dengan berbasis model simulasi. Pemodelan simulasi evakuasi dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Building Infomation Model (BIM) gedung Dekanat Baru Fakultas Teknik. Pembentukan BIM dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengukuran Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS). Hasil akuisisi data dengan TLS diperoleh data point cloud untuk menghasilkan BIM dengan menggunakan aplikasi Autodesk Revit. BIM yang terbentuk dilakukan proses simulasi evakuasi bencana secara virtual dengan memanfatkan algoritma A* search algorithm. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan jarak maksimal jalur evakuasi pada gedung ini adalah 21,251 m pada lantai dasar; 17,290 m pada lantai 1; 17,718 m  pada lantai 2 dan 17,851 m pada lantai 3. Hasil simulasi evakuasi bencana terbagi menjadi 2 kasus, pada kasus pertama kondisi pintu keluar lantai dasar hingga 3 dalam kondisi tertutup sehingga proses evakuasi membutuhkan waktu 96,3 detik dengan rata-rata proses evakuasi dalam waktu 47,6 detik. Kasus kedua, kondisi akses keluar gedung dalam keadaan terbuka sehingga proses evakuasi membutuhkan waktu 89,8 detik dengan rata-rata proses evakuasi dalam waktu 44 detik. Hasil dari panjang jalur tersebut telah sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku, yang mana menurut PERMEN PU no. 26 tahun 2008 jarak tempuh maksimal pada gedung hunian pendidikan adalah 62 m.

Abstract

Universitas Islam Indonesia adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang berkomitmen meningkatkan teknologi informasi dengan mendirikan Badan Sistem Informasi atau disingkat BSI. UII saat ini sedang dalam tahap menerapkan teknologi enterprise. Salah satunya pada bidang keamanan, UII telah menerapkan Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) yang merupakan teknologi mutakhir dari Firewall. Namun apabila hanya mengandalkan Firewall saja, maka hal belum dapat menjamin keamanan. Terlebih ternyata data yang dihasilkan oleh NGFW memiliki ukuran masuk dalam kategori big data. Data yang besar tentunya menyimpan informasi yang besar pula. Sebagai bentuk upaya untuk menambah pengamanan pada jaringan UII serta memanfaatkan data yang telah dimiliki. Maka peneliti mengusulkan sebuah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran apabila BSI UII melakukan implementasi sebuah teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan orkestrasi dari data-data Log yang dihasilkan banyak perangkat, teknologi tersebut bernama Security Information and Event Management. Tentunya untuk mengimbangi teknologi enterprise yang ada, maka penulis mambawa tools yang merupakan next-generation dari SIEM yaitu Splunk. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan mengolah data Log Firewall yang berasal dari NGFW menjadi sebuah dashboard dengan pendekatan Data Mining. Visualisasi pada dashboard akan berupa visualisasi cluster dan non-cluster. Selain itu juga akan diterapkan alert yang diintegrasikan dengan Both Telegram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pola konsumsi informasi yang terjadi dalam aplikasi LINE. Pola konsumsi ditunjukkan melalui beberapa kategori. Perkembangan teknologi dan persaingan pasar mendorong LINE untuk melakukan berbagai perkembangan agar mampu bertahan dalam persaingan pasar media digital. Fungsi LINE bergeser dari sekedar pesan instan menjadi aplikasi dengan banyak fungsi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui FGD, pengguna menganggap LINE mampu memberikan beberapa informasi menjadi alasan utama mereka memilih menggunakan LINE. Selain itu, personalisasi dan fitur unik juga mendasari penggunaan LINE. Selanjutnya, aplikasi LINE terus memperbarui fitur-fiturnya. Perkembangan fitur LINE memengaruhi perubahan perilaku pengguna dan pola konsumsi informasi.

Abstract

Along with the era development and the increasingly advanced technology, demanded speed and accuracy in obtaining information. The use of computers and Sistem-sistemnya has become a major necessity to facilitate human work. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is an Indonesian culture-themed tourist park in East Jakarta. Leave is one of the employees ' rights. Leave can be used by employees to not be able to enter the work for a particular reason, e.g. refreshing, sick break, childbirth, performing religious obligations, and other purposes in accordance with the provisions of the leave of each organization/agency. Processing of leave data at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is still done manually by using the leave paper to HRD which resulted in the approval process and the report has not been efficient. With the online website-based and make with method waterfall leave submission system, make it easier for employees to apply for leave and generate fast, precise and accurate data for HRD in obtaining and making employee leave reports.

Abstract

Presence or attendance in educational institutions such as Ibn Khaldun University Bogor is an important aspect in supporting the course of the lecture system, currently the attendance system at Ibn Khaldun University Bogor, especially in the Informatics Engineering study program, still uses a conventional system where students still have to sign an attendance sheet at the time lectures. In this study, there are two problem formulations (i) How to design and implement student attendance system devices using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and WEB-based NodeMCU ESP8266, (ii) How to test WEB to display information on the presence of Informatics Engineering students using Black Box. The purpose of this study consisted of two stages (i) Designing and implementing a student attendance system device using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and WEB-based NodeMCU ESP8266, (ii) being able to implement WEB testing to display information on the attendance of Informatics Engineering students using Black Box. Where in this study the framework has four stages, namely (i) analysis, (ii) design, (iii) implementation and (iv) testing. The results obtained in the research (i) Design and implementation of student attendance system devices using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and WEB-based NodeMCU ESP8266 (ii) Implementation of WEB testing to display information on the presence of Informatics Engineering students using Black Box and get results appropriate.

Abstract

The building is a place to hold an event with a large number of visitors. The use of the building in holding an event makes it easier for event organizers in the process of implementing the event. The current building rental system at the Kemuning building hall takes a long time in the process of renting the building. The search for information and the process of listing the status of building leasing still uses a manual system, which is recorded in a rental book. This can make the building rental system unstructured and poorly controlled. An information system can make it easier for tenants in the rental process for the yellow building. The building rental information system application uses the web engineering method which aims to build an integrated information system that can engineer the web with several technical requirements and identify information. The resulting information system is a building rental website that can minimize errors made by officers in registering tenants, data building rental recapitulation, avoiding data manipulation and being a distinct advantage for managers who prioritize technological advances by using the system through website-based database applications. The features on this website include a list of packages offered, the ease of making building rental reservations and making the payment process easier. This building rental information system can provide convenience for consumers and officers in the process of renting a building and managing data on the rental of the Kemuning building.
