Abstract

It starts with the development of technology over time. The population continues to increase in each area, encouraging urban villages and community organizations to continue to innovate to reach convenience and use existing technology. Technologies that can comprehensively collect data and reach every citizen will resolve changes in data over time. The survey that the author conducted was in the village of Cimone Jaya. The survey found that the work on the Family Card was done manually, in which the role of urban civic associations is very vital. Old / new residents who will report must obtain approval from the local city to apply for a family card by submitting the required documents; then, it will be processed to the district stage. the district will print the family card. Through the proposed program, each head of household can register his family card online. Of course, residents can update the data, and the updated data will be approved by the local city association if the data entered is valid. This program is also able to provide invitations to every citizen and news related to the local area. This program may still have many shortcomings and still needs a lot of improvement, but this will make it easier for residents and municipal community associations to go to the sub-district

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe introduction of tourist destination Indonesia, especially by local governments, has not yet maximally utilized information technology. Utilization of information technology is still carried out independently by each tourist attraction manager, so there is no integration between the tourist attraction manager with the local government. It also makes it difficult for local governments to obtain fast information about tourism potential. Based on the problems described, it is necessary to develop a system that can be used by local governments in managing all data and information from the managers of attractions. Utilization of information systems can present data and information quickly and in real time. Web GIS technology is able to present data and information visually based on digital maps, and can be accessed through electronic devices that are connected in the internet network. The method used in this research is a software development method using the waterfall model. Abstract

ABSTRACTWaste production increases with the increase in population, urbanization rate and people’s income. Solid waste is a contributor to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions which can cause global warming. At the Conference of Parties 25 (COP 25) in Madrid 2019, the Indonesian government is still commited to reducing GHG emissions and working to reduce/limit the increase in temperature below 1.50C. Karangasem regency is an area located in the eastern part of Bali Island, which administratively is one of the regency in Bali Province. The population of Karangasem regency in 2018 based on results of population registration was 414,800 people. The population is spread across 8 sub-districs with the population growth rate in Karangasem averaging 0.88% per year. The distribution of the population will be directly proportional to the distribution of solid waste produced. The method for calculating municipal solid waste will be carried out using the First Order Decay method contained in the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) Guidelines. From the calculation results, GHG emission have been obtained in each sub-district in Karangasem regency. Total GHG emission in 2019 amounted to 11,764 tonnes of CO2-e. Mapping the area in Karangasem district to determine the amount of waste produced by each district is deemed necessary as a mitigation effort to be implemented. In this study, a mapping of each sub-district was carried out on the basis of Geographical Information System (GIS). It is necessary to carry out a GHG inventory at the district level, to determine how much GHG emission are generated from the waste sector. After the GHG emission in known, a mapping of each sub-district will be made to determine the level of emission produced, so that this GHG emission reduction mitigation action will focus more on the sub-districts that produce the most emission first followed by other sub-districts.Keywords: Waste, GHG Inventory, First Order Decay, Geographic Information System.ABSTRAKProduksi limbah meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk, tingkat urbanisasi dan pendapatan masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Limbah, Inventarisasi GRK, First Order Decay, Sistem Informasi Geografis.

Abstract

Most governmental projects in Jordan have cost overrun, it rises during the on-going stage to increase the cost and prolong the time of the project. Unfortunately, until this moment, there is no particular management system in Jordan construction industry to minimize cost overrun and variation order adopted by the government. In contrast, global construction industry has witnessed a huge transformation in terms of the use of digital technologies, particularly Building Information Modeling (BIM) which is a revolutionary digital technology and operation that is reshaping the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. approach and objectives causes before of this paper are firstly to review the factors contributing to variation orders in governmental road projects in Jordan, secondly, to propose a BIM design applications strategy to minimize variation orders, to achieve the objectives a quantitative approach was followed by distributing a questionnaire, then the data was analyzed statistically using relative importance index, the results were as follow. Our findings suggests that the most important factors causing change orders were as follow: Inaccurate quantity take-off (0.66); Labours or material not meeting the specifications (0.63); Logistic delays (0.60); Internal politics (0.566); and the equipment and tools are not available (0.55). The results also indicate that Contract Parties, Consultant, Contractor and Other Variations had significant positive effects on V. O, whereas the effects of BIM Design Applications, Facility Operations Simulation, Exploration Design Scenarios, BIM Design Detection, (BIM Quantity Take-off and Cost Estimation) had a passive impact on V.O. Lastly, BIM has obtained a great reputability by enhancing the productivity in construction society, minimizing the total cost of the projects, and many other benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the dissemination model developed in Dongko District, Trenggalek Regency. This study uses a dissemination model approach by S. Notoadmodjo which divides the elements of communication into four parts, namely health communicators, media messages, effects and communication context. The data collection process was obtained from observations in rural areas in Dongko Village in Trenggalek Regency. Interviews were conducted with several health personnel such as village midwives, village nurses, posyandu volunteers and PMD (Village Community Empowerment) officers. The results showed that health dissemination for the rural poor in Dongko District was limited to the dissemination of health information and the distribution of health assistance for the rural poor. The role of education through literacy in health media in rural areas is dominated by the role of village leadership and the lack of public awareness of changing their health behavior. This is because changes in behavior through daily communication to educate the public have not been carried out optimally either through personal communication or group communication in rural areas.
