Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. Positive confirmed patients in Indonesia are increasing every day. The people became restless and worried because of this outbreak. Website becomes one of the media used in conveying information on the spread of COVID-19. However, the website has several weaknesses in its use such as, appearance that is too complicated, writing that is not clearly readable, there is no data update in real time, and unusual menu choices. The official website established by the West Java government in tackling the spread of COVID-19 is pikobar.jabarprov.go.id or known as The Information and Coordination Center of COVID-19 website in West Java Province (PIKOBAR). To minimize the weaknesses and the level of website usability that occurs, the PIKOBAR website needs evaluation and update. The evaluation carried out aims to make the website run well, so that it can provide up-to-date and real-time information to the public. In this study the evaluation of the PIKOBAR website is done by measuring and testing the appearance of usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. The results showed that the SUS score obtained was 70.7 which was included in the acceptable, grade C and good categories. This means that the PIKOBAR website has good usability value and is feasible to be accessed and accepted by Users (Visitors).

Abstract

Palembang State Junior High School 58 every year accepts new students, every year SMP N 58 always uses the form in registration and collects diplomas, SKHUN, and other files in hardcopy format so that they often experience file loss for that we need a new student admission information system based client-server and SMS gateway. This information system was designed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, and an analysis and design were carried out using a Data Flow Diagram. This information system has the function of saving, delete, update, report automatically, and can send information in the form of SMS. The new student admission information system is user friendly so that it can be easily used, so the admission process is more effective and there are no more missing files

Abstract

Abstract— Determining the quality standards of lecturers refers to the criteria of education, research, and community service. The campus can carry out the first process for selecting permanent lecturers effectively by looking at several criteria. By using a Decision Support System (DSS), the four categories can be used as guidelines for decision-makers to choose permanent lecturers. The goal of writing this journal is to support the effectiveness of the time for decision-makers to choose permanent lecturers in the early stages by combining the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. Where the SAW method has the advantage of accurate assessment because the value of criteria and weights have been determined, while the ARAS method compares each criterion value to each optimal alternative as a whole to get an ideal alternative. The result of combining the two methods can describe the prospective lecturers who are suitable to be used as permanent lecturer criteria. Judging from the ranking results in calculations, the values obtained are 0.146341, 0.134146, and 0.121951. These results prove that ranking with an assessment using the combination of SAW and ARAS methods results in an effective, accurate, and efficient assessment. Intisari— Menentukan standar kualitas dosen mengacu kepada kriteria pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pihak kampus dapat melakukan proses pertama untuk pemilihan dosen tetap secara efektif dengan melihat beberapa kriteria. Dengan menggunakan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK), keempat kategori tersebut bisa dijadikan pedoman bagi pengambil keputusan untuk memilih dosen tetap. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk membantu keefektifan waktu bagi pengambil keputusan untuk memilih dosen tetap tahap awal dengan penggabungan metodeAdditive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).Dimana metode SAW mempunyai keunggulan penilaian akurat karena untuk nilai kriteria dan bobot telah ditentukan, sementara metode ARASmelakukan perbandingan setiap nilai kriteria terhadap masing alternatif optimal secara keseluruhan untuk mendapatkan alternatif yang ideal. Hasil penggabungan dua metode tersebut dapat menggambarkan calon dosen yang sesuai untuk dijadikan kriteria dosen tetap.Dilihat dari hasil perangkingan dalam perhitungan, nilai yang didapat 0,146341 ,0,134146 dan 0,121951. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa perangkingan dengan penilaian menggunakan penggabungan metode SAW dan ARAS menghasilkan penilaian yang efektif, akurat dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Additive Ratio Assessment, Sistem Penunjang Keputusan, Dosen Tetap, Simple Additive Weighting.

Abstract

Based on Law Number 25/2009 on Public Services, the West Nusa Tenggara Government established Wisma NTB. However, the lack of interest from the government to stay at Wisma NTB while they are in Jakarta is the main cause of the inability of the NTB Liaison Agency to reach its local revenue target. In connection with the reason and the latest technological development, information systems are urgently needed by the agency to assist its operational and decision-making activities. This study aims to determine the current income cycle provided at Wisma NTB, to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the ongoing cycle, and to determine whether or not to develop the available system. The research methods used for data compilation consisted of field observations, interviews, and literature studies. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP), software development procedures launched through practical principles and techniques. Meanwhile, the internal control evaluation applies COSO. The results reveal the prevailing control system has been proper and in line with prevailing environmental control and monitoring standards. However, weaknesses can be found in control, risk assessment, information, and communication activities. The elements are related to technology because the current income cycle worked less than optimal. Thus, it is necessary to develop the system. The developments include the provision of a room reservation system, a payment gateway system, and a system for recording online transactions so such transactions can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

Abstract

Sea ​​transportation mode is still the favourite in the business world because of its high carrying capacity (capacity) and more competitive costs compared to other modes of transportation. As a country that has a vast marine area, Indonesia certainly has many problems related to its marine area. Indonesia faces various potential trans-national crimes that usually occur at sea such as illegal fishing, smuggling of goods, drugs and human, terrorism and piracy. Based on the complex conditions of the potential problems that arise in the maritime sector, all stakeholders and law enforcement officers at sea need integrated maritime information management to support their duties in maintaining security in Indonesia's waters. Therefore, it is hoped that the use big data of maritime information will be able to help stake holders involved in overcoming these problems. Abstract

STTAL is an educational institution to improve the student capability in managing naval technology. Annually, STTAL graduates diplomas and produces final task from the research of students. This product will then be exhibited at official exhibitions of the Indonesian Navy. The information system is designed for the final project and research of STTAL students. This information system is web-based to facilitate the information about the tools that are displayed and will help exhibition crews in conveying information about the tools to the visitors. This information system is easy to use, by scanning the QR Code on the device by Android smartphone application. Abstract

The goal for many education institutions is the existence of the Smart Campus concept. Smart Campus is the concept of a smart campus to provide maximum service to the entire academic community by monitoring and managing existing resources effectively and efficiently. Smart Campus can also provide appropriate information to students or campus institutions in every activity, or even in unexpected events. In this research, it is proposed to maximize the academic information system which is integrated with the Telegram messenger application. This Telegram application can be obtained for free, lightweight and multiplatform by having a fairly complete and more developed Bot API. Students get real time notifications and can chat / communicate with the Telegram Bot which is designed to provide all the information on STTAL. The admin can upload lecture material into the Telegram Bot then students can download it from the Telegram Bot. There are 11 commands designed in this study as a prototype. This research was tested by trying all the commands provided. This Bot Telegram application is very helpful for study program staff and lecturers to convey information to students especially using this application is quite easy. Abstract

The verification system of tuition and thesis payment at ISB Atma Luhur which is running is felt to be less effective and efficient because students must come directly to campus with proof of payment during working hours to verify the payment. Also, there is the possibility of negligence by the finance department that only stamped the payment slip without doing a flag, consequently, related students were unable to carry out the selection of lecture groups and thesis supervisors when the schedule began. This caused them to not get the favorite lecture groups and thesis supervisors because the quota had run out. To overcome this problem, an information system for verification of tuition payment and web-based thesis verification will be developed with an adaptive layout design so that it can be accessed by laptop or smartphone users without reducing comfort during operation. The system development model and tool used in this research are the waterfall model and the Unified Modeling Language (UML), respectively. The developed system can be used by students to upload proof of payment and monitor the verification status of proof of payment that was previously uploaded. The system can also be used by the finance department to verify payments, as well as display and print payment verification reports. The developed system can be accessed anywhere and anytime so that the efficiency and effectiveness of the verification process are increased.

Abstract

Pura Barutama Inc. is a printing and packaging company based in the city of Kudus, where its financial information such as pre-order reports, accounts receivable balance reports, invoice information, and income tax article 23, must be inquired manually to the finance department. So there are issues with access to the financial information that is directly linked to consumers and vendors, namely a lack of flexibility and productivity in marketing, tax, and purchasing departments. Therefore, this study aims to provide solutions to the problems by designing and building a web-based financial information system. This information system was designed using object-oriented modeling methods, namely the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, and was built with the PHP programming language using the CodeIgniter framework and Oracle database which was directly connected to Pura Barutama Inc. This information system is expected to increase flexibility and efficiency in the marketing, taxation, and purchasing departments of the company’s financial data management process and can obtain financial details without requesting the finance department.
