XYZ University is one of the educational institutions that also implements an online orientation period. Not only meeting with the video conference application as a media, which are members of the committee also create a web-based application where the application contains all information related to orientation period activities, including materials, values, and information about the campus activities which must be shared digital in this situation. The application previously described must be calculated for its maturity level to find out whether it has provided maximum benefits or vice versa for the university as the party that should provide funds and looking for parties from outside the university. To answer this problem, it is necessary to measure IT performance using VAL IT 2.0 which can provide a conclusion of the benefits.

Abstract

Based on the researchers’ observation on the preliminary study on the teachingof speaking, the problem was found that the students’ speaking skill in the teaching and learning was very low. It was because the class was heterogeneousand the teacher used monotonous teaching activity. To cope of this problem, theresearcher employed the Information gap activity. This study tries to prove how the Information-gap activity can increase students’ speaking skill at the thirdgrade of MAN 1 Pamekasan. The study was design to increase the students’speaking skill by using Information gap activity at MAN 1 Pamekasan. Thestudy was collaborative classroom action research in which the researcher andthe collaborator worked together, the researcher acted as the teacher while thecollaborator observed the students during the implementation of the strategy. This study was conducted in one cycle consisting of six meetings using thefollowing procedures; planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The data of the study were collected through the observation checklists, field notes, and questionnaires. The subject of the study were 41 students of third grade on science 3 program MAN 1 Pamekasan.

Abstract

Currently, most of the building leasing is done manually; that is, the activities from ordering to leasing must be done at the office where the building is leased. In the ordering process, the clerk records all the ordering data in the book. The problem that often occurs is that office staff need time to view customer data and see the building schedule used. The second problem occurs to consumers. Consumers have to come to the office to see the building and place an order, so it takes a long time; with this problem, a building rental information system is needed to make it easier for the community. The method used in designing this information system uses the prototype method and software testing using a black box with the help of maze design for testing correspondents; with the design of this building, the rental information system can run effectively and efficiently and help people find and rent buildings. The result of this research is that the building rental information system design can be designed with a prototype method supported by creating a user interface from the proposed application.

Abstract

Recording data on congregation and finances on Travel AJA is currently still using the manual method, namely by recording on a ledger. The manual data entry process caused difficulty in the data search process, and this became a problem in Travel AJA. The research method used in this research is literary study, and field research such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The system development methodology used is waterfall, where stages carried out in the research is requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing. With the development of this system, congregation only need to confirm congregation installment and payment processes that have been made to the system. Congregation who have paid the Umrah or Hajj fees will get proof of installments and can be printed by the congregation.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country located between three tectonic plates, namely Eurasia, the Pacific and Indo-Australia, which is one of the active plates, so that there is the potential for earthquakes, which are sometimes followed by tsunami disasters. The latest accurate, precise, and trusted earthquake information is needed by all parties. For this reason, a system is needed to inform the latest earthquake so that the impact can be minimized. Departing from open data published by BMKG, which is an earthquake in real time, a push notification system for earthquake information was designed to the Android application using Google Firebase. Push notifications are adjusted for specific areas based on user wishes. When the user is in the vicinity of an earthquake-affected or surrounding area, or the location of an earthquake is in a city that is monitored by the user, the notifications that appear can be alerts. Whereas when the user is in a location that is not affected by an earthquake, the notification that appears is only as information that there is an earthquake in a certain area. After analyzing, designing, implementing and testing using the black box testing method, push notification system functionally produces results that are as expected.
