Abstract

Operasional sektor perkebunan di Indonesia sebagian besar masih mengandalkan sistem konvensional yang menggunakan tenaga manusia untuk melakukan kontrol ke lapangan. Dengan kondisi tersebut, masih sulit jika ingin melakukan peningkatan kinerja operasional menjadi lebih efisien, efektif, dan produktif. Ditambah lagi, kondisi pandemi yang tengah dihadapi saat ini secara tidak langsung sangat berdampak dan berpotensi menurunkan angka produktivitas. Sistem operasional ataupun pengelolaan lahan perkebunan harus mengalami perubahan. Pemanfaatan teknologi dan inovasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu mempertahankan ataupun meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil produksi. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan suatu rancangan sistem informasi berbasis website, yang bekerja menyampaikan informasi kondisi geografis suatu area secara real-time sebagai solusi dari permasalahan pemantauan kondisi geografis. Sistem informasi tersebut bekerja menggunakan informasi berupa data spasial (bereferensi geografis) yang dikenal dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis atau Geographic Information System (GIS).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  membangun GIS berbasis web guna memberikan informasi dan menggambarkan kondisi (normal, rawan, kritis) pada suatu area/lahan secara real-time. Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu persiapan penelitian (studi literatur), pengkajian objek (observasi, analisis kebutuhan sistem), perancangan dan pembangunan GIS dan integrasi dengan IoT, analisis dan pengujian penerapan GIS, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Sistem informasi geografis yang dibuat adalah dengan menampilkan peta (maps) area yang dipantau. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk menampilkan maps adalah Google Maps Platform yang mana pada platform tersebut terdapat interface yang disebut API (Application Programming Interface). Google Maps API digunakan untuk menghubungkan sistem informasi geografis yang berbasis website dengan google maps. GIS memberikan informasi dan menggambarkan kondisi geografis suatu area secara real-time, kondisi area yang normal ditandai dengan warna hijau, kondisi antara (rawan kritis) ditandai dengan warna kuning serta kondisi area yang kritis ditandai dengan warna merah. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis, maka membantu para pekerja lapangan dalam memantau kondisi geografis suatu area secara real-time tanpa harus berada langsung di lokasi. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian pengguna, sebagian besar menyatakan “sangat setuju” bahwa GIS ini bermanfaat, bersifat user-friendly, mudah diakses kapanpun dan di manapun, serta memiliki kecepatan akses yang baik. Selain itu, sebagian besar juga menyatakan “setuju” bahwa GIS mampu menampilkan informasi yang akurat dan dapat membantu pekerjaan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether the Islamic equity style index contains economic information which is useful for investors and financial practitioners. The study fills the gap in the previous literature by investigating the relationship between Islamic equity style indices and macroeconomic variables. Using a Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model with monthly data from June 2006 to May 2017, our results show that first, there is unidirectional flow of information from Large Growth (LG) to the Leading Economic Indicator (LEI); second, Large Growth (LG) Granger-causes the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI); third, Large Value (LV) also Granger-causes KLCI. A robustness check with an Augmented VAR model obtained similar results to the short-run model. Our results imply that equity style indices have prior information which is faster than LEI and KLCI. This knowledge is certainly useful for fund managers when designing Shariah-compliant portfolio investments. For policymakers, Islamic equity style indices are useful for predicting the direction of other macroeconomic variables such as business cycles, and hence help to predict the future direction and turning points in the economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between the frequency of interim financial reporting with information asymmetry and cost of equity for issuers in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the period 2012 to 2018. Research findings on 84 companies, namely (1) there is no relationship between the frequency of interim financial reporting with information asymmetry (2 ) there is no relationship between the frequency of interim financial reporting with the cost of equity. The absence of this relationship is caused by (1) interim financial reporting frequency data that are not different between issuers (2) research settings.

Abstract

Information Systems Department has used fingerprints as a student attendance system. But its implementation is briefly, because there are still technical and non-technical problems in the system. Unfortunately, at this time, the fingerprint is only left installed in each classroom and the manual attendance system is reused. It can be seen that the unsuccessful project management is caused by problems in changing from the manual system to the fingerprint system. Based on the ploblems, Information Systems Department of ITS requires change management strategies to implement this system. The planning of change management strategy is initiated by analyzing the gap between the business processes of manual attendance system and of the fingerprint-based attendance system. The goal of this gap analysis is to identify the changes and the impacts which then let to an identification to the solution. The solution will be an input for the development of change management strategy using the perspectives of Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement (ADKAR) model. The strategy is then mapped according to Prosci’s state of change. The result from this research is a change management roadmap of the fingerprint system’s implementation. This roadmap contains three states of change, which covering current, transition, and future.

Abstract

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Universitas Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA) is an important activity that can be proven by the number of MoUs that have been carried out. However, because the management of the MoU is still manual, there is a risk of damage, loss, and duplication of the MoU data. In this research, an information system for the Bureau of Cooperation, Alumni, and International Affairs UNIDA has been built to meet the bureau's needs in managing data correctly so that students and lecturers can utilize the data. The system is made in the form of a website using the concept of Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Single Page Application (SPA) by applying the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodology. The study results show the satisfaction value of the respondent's assessment is at 4.11 on a scale of five, which means that this information system provides satisfaction to users. In the subsequent project research, this system can develop an authentication site for user security.

Abstract

Geographic information systems (GIS) have the ability to connect various data at a certain point on the earth, combine them, analyze and finally map the results. The data to be processed in (GIS) is spatial data, which is geographically oriented data and is a location that has a certain coordinate system, as the basis for reference. So that the application (GIS) can answer several questions such as; location, condition, trend, pattern and modeling. This capability is what distinguishes (GIS) from other information systems. The problem in this study discusses the design of a GIS to track the location of veterinarians in the city of Padang. GIS is a concept that can map locations on the earth's surface. The results of its interpretation can be used as information for users in overcoming a problem. The data used in this GIS design is taken from the location of veterinarians in the city of Padang. Gis results provide accuracy in presenting information to users. By building a geographic information system, it is expected to find out where the location of the veterinarians in the city of Padang based can help the android community. So that the public can more easily find out the location of the veterinarians in the city of Padang quickly and accurately which can be accessed via mobile phones (Smartphones). In making this geographic information system, additional application programs used are Android Studio, and other supporting applications

Abstract

The mechanism of procurement of goods that were done manually, but now it can be facilitated by the existence of web-based procurement system. This system is designed using the data mining technique to find any parts of the goods data that often requested based on a monthly period/year and knowing the type of goods are the most requested and the most frequently consumed the preparation. This research uses a decision tree method and CARTS (Classifcation and Regression Tree) algorithm for exploring the data. The design method of this system using object-oriented development with UML modeling system. Inventory information system software is used to facilitate the process of procurement of goods and the existing equipment on the warehousing company multi-user web-based by the mechanisms of the process of the administration and procurement of goods made online. This application is supporting the administration process of procurement of goods in each company warehouse. This application is equipped with features to request the procurement of goods, maintenance procurement of goods and procurement of goods online report. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based inventory information system that make easier and speed up the process of inventory and procurement of goods in a company warehouse

Abstract

As the times progressed, the world of beauty seemed to expand quite rapidly. Beauty clinics are increasingly emerging like Esthedica Clinic Face and Body Treatments. However, information on the clinic Esthedica still somewhat less for the customer. This can be seen from the customers who always ask about the details of treatment, doctor's schedule, and promotion at the clinic. Not infrequently customers also have to wait long to perform treatment or counseling because of the queue of patients that are sometimes quite a lot. This affects the customer relationship that may feel the lack of convenience provided by the clinic to the customer. Customers also find it difficult to get clinical information that they usually get through telephones and chat apps that are personal and not uncommon too slow response. Therefore, the authors make the application of information systems based on the android beauty clinic Esthedica Face and Body Treatments using GRAPPLE (Guideliness for Rapid Application Engineering) method. In this thesis android based applications will be built to provide information on the Esthedica clinic that is information on various treatments available at the clinic, doctor schedule information, and clinic promotion. Through this application also customers can make booking treatment or consultation with a doctor.
