Abstract

Abstrak : Pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh berbagai sarana kesehatan pada berbagai tingkat pelayanan baik pemerintah maupun swasta mutunya belum merata dan belum sepenuhnya dapat memenuhi tuntutan kebutuhan pengguna jasa dan masyarakat termasuk pelayanan penunjang kesehatan seperti pelayanan radiologi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan penjelasan mengenai mutu pelayanan radiologi pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kuantitatif yang dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan data penelitian secara interpretatif berlandaskan teori dengan menggunakan tabel frekuensi skor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan radiologi pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 4,56 atau 91,3%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian mutu pelayanan tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek, yaitu aspek akses berada pada kategori baik, aspek pilihan dan pastisipasi berada pada kategori baik, aspek informasi berada pada kategori baik, aspek kualitas berada pada kategori baik, dan dari aspek mekanisme pengaduan konsumen berada pada kategori baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan sebaiknya mutu pelayanan radiologi pasien rawat jalan tetap dipertahankan dan terus ditingkatkan sehingga semakin banyak orang yang memilih untuk melakukan pemeriksaan radiologi di rumah sakit Bhayangkara Makassar.Kata kunci : mutu pelayanan, radiologi, pasien rawat jalan, rumah sakit Abstract : Quality of health care organized by a variety of health facilities at various levels of both government and private services have not been evenly distributed and not fully able to meet the demanding needs of service users and the community, including health support services such as radiology services. This study aimed to obtain information and explain the quality of outpatient radiology services in Bhayangkara Hospital of Makassar. The method used is descriptive-quantitative that intended to describe interpretative research data, based on the theory by using frequency table scores. The results show that the quality of outpatient radiology services in Bhayangkara Hospital of Makassar is in good category with an average value of 4.56 or 91.3%. The Results of the assessment of service quality are viewed from the Aspect of Accessibility that are in good category, the Aspect of Choice and Participation, that are in good category, the Aspect of Information that is in good category, the Aspects of Quality that is in good category, and the Aspect of Consumer’s Complaints Mechanism that is in good category as well. Based on the study, it is suggested that the quality of outpatient radiology services in Bhayangkara Hospital of Makassar should be maintained or improved so that more and more people are willing to conduct radiological examinations in Bhayangkara Hospital of Makassar.Keywords : Quality of services, radiology, outpatient, hospital

Abstract

Telah dilaksanakan penelitian tentang analisis citra simulator unit radiologi RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Citra yang dihasilkan simulator sebagai verifikasi lapangan dalam radioterapi. Citra tersebut akan ditajamkan sehingga batasan luas lapangan semakin jelas. Citra diolah dengan metode deteksi tepi yang telah diprogram melalui perangkat lunak Matlab. Tampilan program berupa GUI (Graphic User Interface) sehingga mudahdigunakan. Selain metode deteksi tepi, program juga melakukan perhitungan aksis lapangan penyinaran. Perhitungan aksis lapangan penyinaran berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh pada citra meliputi faktor magnifikasi dan axis penyinaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu program yang dapat mendeteksi tepi citra secara tepat dan sesuai gambar asli dan dapat menghitung besarnya aksis lapangan penyinaran secara teliti.

Abstract

Bronchial carcinoid tumors are rare neuroendocrine neoplasma consist of 1−2% of all pulmonary neoplasms and 12−15% of carcinoid tumors in United States. Recently, there is no data in Indonesia. The imaging play important role in diagnosing bronchial carcinoid tumor. This case presentation reported A 35 years old woman with chief complaint of hemoptysis. Acid fast bacilli smear was negative and mantoux test positive. From chest X ray there is a right paracardial consolidation. Chest CT Scan has been done and there was consolidation in right middle lobe with endobronchial mass in intermedius of right bronchial lung. The multidiscipline team diagnosis were endobronchial mass and pulmonary TB. Anti TB treatment had been given. The follow up CT scan after 1 month Anti TB treatment was improvement in consolidation, but the endobronchial mass was stable. She got PET CT Scan and the result was non metabolic nodule. Surgical treatment was done to remove endobronchial mass. The histopathology finding from specimen was typical bronchial carcinoid tumor.

Abstract

Fisika kesehatan berkembang sangat pesat, hal tersebut merupakan tuntutan yang harus terpenuhi seiring dengan perkembangan kedokteran dan penyakit yang multi kompleks. Fisika menawarkan berbagai konsep   untuk memudahkan, membantu dan menjawab permaslahan dalam bidang kedok- teran. Jawaban tersebut adalah munculnya berbagai alat seperti CT-Scan, general x-ray, dan lain-lain. Alat- alat tersebut disebut sebagai alat-lat radiologi yang berfungsi untuk perawatan (tera- pi), diagnosa dan pembunuhan penyakit tanpa melakukan oper- asi.   Tetapi disamping kemudahan-kemudahan yang diberikan ternyata alat-alat tersebut  juga memberikan efek negative bagi tubuh yang terkena paparan radiasi.General x-ray atu sering disebut sinar-x merupakan alat yang dimiliki banyak rumah sakit, kebanyakan untuk mendiag- nosa suatu penyakit.  Untuk meminimalisir efek negative yang ditimbulkan maka perlu adanya system proteksi yang baik, se- hingga aman bagi pengguna,operator, dokter, pasien dan ma- syarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

A clinical practice guideline is a procedure implemented by group of a profession referred to National Guideline of Medical Service made by organisation of profession and approved by Director of a hospital. In providing health services to patients, radiology service must refer to the clinical practice guideline that is available in its service. The aim of this study was to explain the process of draft arrangement of the clinical practice guideline of radiology service at Ajibarang Public Hospital in Banyumas District. This was qualitative research aimed at investigating the arrangement process of the clinical practice guideline of radiology service collected from various sources and informants at Ajibarang Public Hospital in Banyumas District. Data were collected using methods of indepth interview, observation, and literature review, analysed using content analysis, and presented descriptively combined with matrix of interview results. In addition, data presentation was supported by results of field observation and literature review. The results of this research showed that viewed from aspects of resources, there were any barriers as follows: radiologist did not involve in the arrangement process and there was lack of communication between radiographer and an arrangement team of the clinical practice guideline of hospital. On the other hand, there was no barrier in the aspect of tariff pattern. Tariff of INA- CBGs have been used in a program of National Health Insurance and implemented since 1 January 2014. In the aspect of evidence availability, arranged clinical practice guideline was based on literature and textbook. A format of arranged clinical practice guideline draft consisted of title of action procedure, definition, indication, contra-indication, preparation, action procedure, post action procedure, levels of evidence, levels of recommendation, reviewers, indicators of action procedure of radiographer, and references. In conclusion, the arrangement process of the clinical practice guideline had been well implemented. However, radiologist had not involved. Director’s decree about arrangement team of the clinical practice guideline at Ajibarang Public Hospital needs to be revised. Radiology service needs to accomplish and determine final draft of the clinical practice guideline.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Analsisis Radiasi Hambur di Luar Ruangan Klinik Radiologi Medical Check Up (MCU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis radiasi hambur yang diterima titik perisai dan Pola sebaran radiasi hambur di belakang titik perisai. Penelitian ini menggunakan surveymeter sebagai alat ukur radiasi. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara peneliti berdiri dibelakang dinding setiap dilakukan pemeriksaan dengan faktor eksposi yang sudah ditentukan yaitu 50, 55, dan 60 kV dengan waktu 16 mAs. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan beberapa kali agar datamenjadi lebih akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkan laju dosis radiasi sebesar 0,477, 0,76, dan 0,897mSv/tahun masih jauh dari nilai batas dosis untuk pekerja radiasi 20 mSv dan masyarakat umum 1 mSv. Pola sebaran radiasi hambur kenaikan yang signifikan ditujukan oleh dinding penahan yang merupakan shielding F yang terletak di didalam ruangan untuk tempat berlindungnya petugas radiasi ketika melakukan pemeriksaan. Kata kunci: Shielding, Surveymeter, Dosis Radiasi, Faktor Eksposi.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan uji kesesuaian pesawat CT-Scan 64 slice merek Philips menggunakan detektor unfors raysafe X2 di Instalansi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas.  Jenis pengujian yang dilakukan diantaranya, uji akurasi tegangan, uji liniearitas keluaran radiasi, uji indeks dosis CT (CTDI), uji posisi meja pemeriksaan dan uji kesesuaian laser penanda. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu akurasi tegangan memiliki rata-rata % error sebesar 0,86%; liniearitas keluaran radiasi memiliki CL (Coefisient of Linearity) sebesar 0,010; indeks dosis CT (CTDI) dengan rata-rata CTDI100 sebesar 15,0536; Δz posisi meja pemeriksaan sebesar 0; uji laser penanda Δlaser  ≤ tebal slice minimum yaitu 0,5 mm. Pesawat        CT–Scan 64 slice merek Philips dalam kondisi andal menurut Paraturan BAPETEN Nomor 9 Tahun 2011.Kata kunci : pesawat CT-Scan, uji kesesuaian, unfors raysafe x2

Abstract

This paper discusses civil liability of medical personnel in radiology services to patient safety. Doctors as medical personnel in carrying out their duties must be accountable for the actions taken when providing health services to patients. The civil responsibility of the doctor is intended to prevent / avoid the things that are not desirable, also aims to obtain compensation for losses suffered by a patient. This civil liability is based on wanprestasi (article 1243 Civil Code) as well as unlawful acts /onrechtmatigedaad (article 1365 Civil Code), using the doctrine "Res Ipsa Loquitur".

Abstract

Backgroud: Examination of the abdomen CT scan is often done by using standard protocol, meanwhile the actual parameter can be modified according to local needs considering image quality and radiation dose based on Karabulut and Ariyuek (2016). Abdomen CT Scan by GE 16 slices unit in Radiology Instaallation of Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Hospital, using exposure factor of 120 kV, 234 mAs and the value of the CTDI dose was 53.04 mGy. While the BAPETEN’s reference of CTDI value, a CT scan of abdomen was 25 mGy.  This study aims to determine the changes of the value of kV and mAs to the image quality and the radiaton dose in the abdomen MSCT examination on abdominal tumor case in Radiology Installation of Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Hospital.Methods: This research was a quantitative research with an experimental approach. The data were collected from three variations of tube voltage (kV) ie 100 kV, 120 kV and 140 kV and three variations of tube current value and time (mAs) ie, 180 mAs, 195 mAs, and 210 mAs. Radiographs was evaluated by three radiology physicians. Data were analyzed by scoring method of respondent’s assessment to assess MSCT image quality of abdominal tumor, while the radiation dose was obtained by CTDI recording.Results: The results showed that there was influence of tube voltage variation to image quality of abdominal tumor using MSCT unit. The higher kV used, the higher image quality resulted. From the calculation of the percentage from the assessment, the highest score of variation was at 140 kV, while the lowest score of variation was at 100 kV. Based on the recording CTDI radiation dose on the monitor, found that the higher value of kV, the higher radiation resulted. The mAs variations influenced the image quality of abdominal tumor using MSCT unit. Acoording to the percentage of the assessment, the highest score of variation found in 210 mAs, and the lowest score of variation found in 180 mAs. Based on the recording of radiation dose on the monitor, the higher mAs value, the higher radiation dose using MSCT unit. It was recommended to use 195 kV and 120 mAs for MSCT examination of abdominal tumor in Radiology Installation of Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Hospital.Conclusion: There was influence of kV and mAs variation to anatomical image clarity and radiation dose of abdomen MSCT examination
