Abstract

Standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) digunakan sebagai tolak ukur standar mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Hal ini akan mempengaruhi pasien untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi minat kunjungan ulang adalah faktor pemungkin yang terdiri dari pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi. Berdasarkan capaian indikator mutu radiologi dengan kategori angka ketidaklengkapan klinis pada permintaan pemeriksaan radiologi konvensional tanpa kontras sebesar 16,57%, hal tersebut belum mencapai skor standar yang ditetapkan yaitu 0% selain itu jumlah kunjungan pasien pemeriksaan radiologi konvensional di Instalasi  Radiologi RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali pada bulan April 2023 mengalami penurunan sebesar 31,8%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara faktor pemungkin dengan minat kunjungan ulang pasien pemeriksaan radiologi konvensional di instalasi radiologi RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif observasional analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2023 dengan subjek penelitian 70 pasien rawat jalan yang melakukan pemeriksaan radiologi konvensional dan telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan uji fisher’s exact. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 67 (95,7%) responden dengan persepsi pelayanan baik, 63 orang (90%) berminat melakukan kunjungan ulang dan 4 responden (5,7%) kurang berminat melakukan kunjungan ulang. Sedangkan 3 (4,3%) responden dengan persepsi pelayanan kurang baik, 2 (4,3%) responden kurang berminat melakukan kunjungan ulang dan 1 (1,4%) responden berminat melakukan kunjungan ulang. Berdasarkan uji statistik, faktor  yang berhubungan dengan minat kunjungan ulang adalah pelayanan (p 0,018 < 0,05) dan fasilitas (p 0,018 < 0,05), sedangkan lokasi tidak terdapat hubungan dengan minat kunjungan ulang pasien (p 0,239 > 0,05). Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara pelayanan dan fasilitas dengan minat kunjungan ulang. Sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan pelayanan dan fasilitas di Instalasi Radiologi guna menjamin mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit.   Minimum service standards (SPM) are used as a benchmark for service quality standards in hospitals. This will influence the patient to make repeat visits. One of the factors that influence the interest in repeat visits is the enabling factor consisting of services, facilities and location. Based on the achievement of radiology quality indicators with the category of clinical incompleteness in the request for conventional radiology examination without contrast of 16.57%, this has not reached the established standard score of 0%, in addition, the number of visits of conventional radiology examination patients at the Radiology Installation of Pandan Arang Boyolali Hospital in April 2023 has decreased by 31.8%. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between possible factors and interest in revisiting conventional radiology examination patients at the radiology installation of Pandan Arang Boyolali Hospital. This type of study is quantitative observational correlational analytics  with a cross sectional  approach conducted in June 2023 with research subjects of 70 outpatients who underwent conventional radiological examinations and have met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. This study used a questionnaire processed using the fisher's exact test. The results showed 67 (95.7%) respondents with a perception of good service, 63 people (90%) were interested in making repeat visits and 4 respondents (5.7%) were less interested in making repeat visits. While 3 (4.3%) respondents with poor service perception, 2 (4.3%) respondents are less interested in making repeat visits and 1 (1.4%) respondents are interested in making repeat visits. Based on statistical tests, the factors associated with interest in repeat visits were service (p 0.018 < 0.05) and facilities (p 0.018 < 0.05), while location was not associated with interest in repeat visits of patients (p  0.239 > 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between services and facilities and interest in repeat visits. So it is necessary to improve services and facilities at the Radiology Installation to ensure the quality of service in the hospital.

Abstract

Analisis mutu pelayanan radiologi pada kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di instalasi radiologi Rumah Sakit X di Padang pada tahun 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persentase tingkat kepuasan pasien berdasarkan standar Kementerian Kesehatan di instalasi radiologi pusat radiologi Rumah Sakit X di Padang. Tingkat kepuasan pasien pada penelitian ini dilihat dari 5 dimensi kualitas, yaitu kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, perhatian dan bukti fisik.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Instalasi Radiologi radiologi Rumah Sakit X di Padang pada bulan Juli 2023 menggunakan data pasien pada bulan Oktober - Desember 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode SPSS. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan berumur 17-54 tahun yang melakukan pemeriksaan di Instalasi radiologi rumah sakit X di Padang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling, yaitu menggunakan sampling aksidental berjumlah 93 orang.Indikator dimensi mutu pelayanan yang paling tinggi adalah dimensi bukti fisik (tangibles) sebesar 82,8%, yaitu kepuasan pasien terhadap kebersihan, kerapian, kenyamanan, fasilitas, dan peralatan di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit X di Padang. Sedangkan indikator dimensi mutu pelayanan persentase yang paling rendah adalah dimensi ketanggapan (responsiveness) sebesar 53,8%, yaitu kemampuan dan komunikasi petugas dalam menanggapi keluhan pasien pada saat dibutuhkan, serta interaksi petugas radiologi terhadap pasien mulai dari penerimaan pasien sampai pemeriksaan selesai.

Abstract

Quality control is one part the program of quality assuranceor quality quality assurancewhich aims to carry out technical monitoring and maintenance so as not to reduce the quality of the resulting image and is alasi part of a quality assurance program related to instruments or aircraft use and equipment.The radiology Instalation of Kendal Islamic Hospital has several imaging modalities, including CTScan, Conventional radiography and ultrasonography. The conventional radiography aircraft owned by the hospital has the listem brand with a capacity of 150 mA. The last test of the exposure rate on the aircraft was carried out in August 2021 when the aircraft underwent repairs. The community service team wants to provide solutions to the problems experienced by partners, namely by providing conformity test services related to the rate of exposure to X-ray tube leaks. In addition, providing motivation to partners to routinely carry out conformity test so that the aircraft remains safe when used. The method of implementing the service is to carry out a conformity test procesure for X-ray tube leakage based on KMK No. 1250 regarding quality controlThe result of the measurement of the rate of radiation exposure at the patient’s entrance and exit were 34,12 mR/week. According to IAEA Safety Report No. 47, Radiation exposure occupied by radiation workers should not exceed 2,5 mR/hour (for controlled areas), while for theh general public is should not exceed 0,25 mR/hours (for uncontrolled areas).Keyword : exposure rate, examination room leak, RSI Kendal

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the health and safety of the radiologist and how to protect the radiologist in the radiology installation of the Pertamedika Hospital in Banda Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The result of this research shows that the application of the Hospital Health Management and Safety Management System (SMK3RS) to the staff needs to be applied to create a healthy, safe and calm work environment, so as to reduce the probability of work accidents. The health and safety of work is also very important in the installation of radiology

Abstract

Satisfaction is the feeling of being happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between his impression of the performance or results of a product and his expectations. Service quality related to satisfaction is determined by five elements that can be known as service quality “RATER” (Reability, Assurance, Tangibles, Emphaty, Responsiveness). Service quality can be defined as the distance between expectations and reality that customers feel for the service they receive. The purpose of this study is to find out the description of the level of satisfaction of outpatients towards health services in the Radiology Installation of Aminah Blitar General Hospital. This study used an observational analytic design conducted with the Cross Sectional method. Aminah General Hospital is one of the Private Hospitals belonging to the Muhammadiyah union. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire method. The service quality questionnaire was 64.66% with the highest dimensions answering satisfied, namely the Assurance dimension of 76.70%. Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah institusi yang menyediakan layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, termasuk layanan yang diberikan di instalasi radiologi. Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur menyediakan berbagai jenis pemeriksaan radiologi, termasuk radiografi, CT scan, MRI, ultrasonografi, mammografi, dan panoramic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi 10 pemeriksaan radiologi terbanyak yang dilakukan di RSUD Haji pada periode Januari hingga Desember 2023 serta menilai manfaatnya dalam pembelajaran dokter muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif retrospektif dengan data yang diperoleh dari rekam medis pasien di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Haji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemeriksaan radiologi yang paling banyak dilakukan adalah radiografi (rontgen) dengan 31.012 kasus (74,2%), diikuti oleh ultrasonografi (11,5%) dan panoramic (7,1%). Pemeriksaan rontgen thorax merupakan jenis pemeriksaan terbanyak dengan 22.584 kasus (54,1%). Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai tren pemeriksaan radiologi yang sering digunakan, yang dapat menjadi dasar dalam perencanaan layanan radiologi ke depan serta sebagai bahan ajar bagi dokter muda dalam memahami variasi dan kegunaan pemeriksaan radiologi di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Radiation protection equipment Thermoluminisence Dosemeter (TLD) Badge can reduce and protect Radiology Officers. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of pocket dosemeter in the danger of radiation to the health and safety of officers with different levels of ease. Quantitative Research Design with Crossectional, the number of respondents 59 people. Primary data consisted of questionnaires, research questionnaires consisting of the characteristics of respondents, level of knowledge, attitude, approval of tools, comfort, training, supervision. Data analysis uses Univariate analysis which is visualized in tabular form. This analysis is done by calculating the distribution and percentage of each variable, while the bivariate analysis uses the chi  square test and multivariate analysis using logistic regression. The results showed the knowledge variable p value = 0, 018. Attitude p value = 0, 038. The value of the tool p value = 0, 004.

Abstract

Repeat analysis is a systematic process on rejected catalog images and determines the type of repetition so as to minimize errors or repetitions that occur. Based on field observations from august to October 2020, the results were obtained with a percentage of 2.96%. therefore, it is necessary to have a repeat analysis program to determine the magnitude of the repetition rate and the factors causing the repetition to occur clearly. The type of research used is quantitative, carried out at the Radiology Unit of the Mohammad Natsir Solok Regional Hospital from January to march 2021. The data are grouped based on the repetition factor and calculated then processed using a formula that will be compared with the tolerance limit that has been set. The results of the study stated that the repetition of radiographs in January was 2.16% February was 2.81% and march 3.59%. then averaged to get a 2.80% result, while based on Permenkers No. 129 Of 2008 radiographic repetitions should not exceed 2%. The factor that causes repeat radiographs are patients' movement factor 9,7%, patient position factor 63.9% exposure factor 9.7%, equipment factor 4.2%, and artifact factor 12,5%.   Keywords: Repeat, Causative Factors, Computed Radiograf.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of socialization and training on employee compliance with Radiation Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures in the Radiology Unit of Hospital Type A. Utilizing a quantitative approach with an explanatory associative design, data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that both socialization and training have a significant effect on compliance with radiation safety procedures, with significance values of p = 0.001 and p = 0.000, respectively. The training variable (regression coefficient = 0.41) showed a greater impact on compliance compared to socialization (regression coefficient = 0.35). The regression model yielded a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.481, indicating that 48.1% of the variance in compliance can be explained by the two independent variables. These findings highlight the importance of structured training programs and continuous safety socialization in fostering a strong safety culture within hospital radiology environments.

Abstract

Rumah sakit sebagai institusi pelayanan kesehatan, menyediakan layanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, gawat darurat serta bagian penunjang lainnya termasuk radiologi. Untuk memberikan pelayanan berkualitas, rumah sakit harus memperhatikan mutu dan keselamatan pasien. Mutu pelayanan kesehatan ditandai dengan karakteristik aman, tepat waktu, efisien, efektif, berorientasi pada pasien, adil, dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutu pelayanan radiologi terhadap kepuasan pasien pada pemeriksaan Ultrasonografi (USG). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pasien yang menjadi responden di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Bali Med Karangasem. Jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang ada diuji validitas dan uji reliabilitas akan dilakukan terhadap setiap pertanyaan yang digunakan dalam kuesioner. Uji kolerasi akan menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman Product Moment (r). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data reliable dan pasien merasa puas terhadap pelayanan USG di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Bali Med Karangasem.
