Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas kualitas informasi pada akun Instagram @taulebih.id terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi pengikutnya. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami hubungan antara kualitas informasi yang disajikan oleh akun Instagram @taulebih.id, yang fokus pada pendidikan seksual berbasis Islam, dan pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi pengikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan populasi penelitian yang terdiri dari 325 pengikut aktif akun tersebut selama bulan Maret. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada 76 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, serta melalui wawancara dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori kualitas informasi di media sosial oleh Emamjome dkk dan teori kebutuhan informasi oleh Guha. Hasil uji korelasi menggunakan Rank Spearman dengan bantuan IBM Statistic SPSS versi 27 menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas informasi intrinsik, konseptual, dan representasional semuanya memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi pengikut dalam kategori moderat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether understanding of accounting, utilization of accounting information systems and educational level affect the quality of financial reporting information. This research was conducted in village government in Kundur District, namely Sungai Ungar Village, Sungai Sebesi Village and Lubuk Village. This type of research is quantitative, by distributing questionnaires to village officials as many as 62 respondents. All village apparatus in Kundur subdistrict, totaling 62 village apparatus. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing was carried out using IBM SPSS 26 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of this study shows that the accounting understanding variable has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting information, the accounting information system utilization variable has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting information and the education level variable has a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting information.

Abstract

The utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) in education, particularly through the implementation of ICT-based management systems in schools, has great potential to improve the quality of learning and school management. However, the success of this system's implementation is also influenced by factors such as ease of use, perceived benefits, and information security levels. This study aimed to measure the success level of the implementation of ICT-based management systems at SMK Telkom Lampung, specifically the My Learning System (MyLMS) learning platform and the Igracias school application. The study employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to measure user acceptance of the system and the Information Security Index (KAMI) to assess the maturity level of information security. The method was a survey with a quantitative approach, with a sample of 180 respondents, consisting of students, teachers, and administrative staff who actively use the system. The results show that ease of use (average score 10.74) and perceived benefits (average score 13.91) of the system positively affect user acceptance (average score 13.30), which ultimately enhances the perceived quality of the system (average score 143.67). However, the evaluation using the KAMI Index reveals that SMK Telkom Lampung needs to improve its information security management. The total score is 403 out of 645, indicating that SMK Telkom Lampung is at the "Needs Improvement" level. These results indicate that while the ICT-based management system has been well received by users, the aspect of information security still requires improvement to ensure optimal data and information protection

Abstract

This study aims to find out the model of information search process are carried out by depression sufferers at Cahaya Bunda Cirebon Mother Children Hospital to obtain information, especially regarding mental health by using the information seeking behavior model by Kuhlthau known as ISP (Information Search Process). The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the construction that depression sufferers go through from the stage of uncertainty to understanding and in this search for information there are 6 (six) stages, namely (1) The initial stage, aware of the need for information so that the search for information is motivated by motivation in searching for information; (2) Topic Selection Stage; (3) Information Search Stage; (4) Crosscheck and validation stages to expert individuals including psychologists/psychiatrists; (5) Collection Stage, collecting information that has been sorted; and (6) Final Stage, characterized by storing information for oneself and the emergence of feelings of satisfaction and relief. The conclusion from the results of this study is that it is known that the depressed sufferers studied have a model of information search process according to the characteristics of the depressed sufferers and is sufficient to help them to obtain and use mental health information.

Abstract

Developments in the field of library technology, especially in the storage and dissemination of information, have also encouraged institutional awareness to increase their information resource assets. The Padjadjaran University Repository functions as a means of storing, preserving and making accessible sources of information on research that has been prepared by the academic community. Students need scientific sources in the process of completing their coursework, they carry out various stages in searching for appropriate information in their own way. This research aims to determine academic information needs and student information seeking behavior at the Padjadjaran University Repository. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. Based on the processed data, it was found that the concept of academic information needs has a significant relationship with information seeking behavior. The Padjadjaran University repository is able to provide valid information and can be used as reference material for lecture assignments to students as users. This is because the Padjadjaran University Repository is considered by students to have provided sufficient information based on the form, method of presentation and scope.

Abstract

Collaboration documents are necessary for various enterprises, diverse economic sectors, and academic institutions. Cooperation documents are essential in facilitating the collaboration between a company and its partners, making effective administration of these documents crucial. Companies benefit from collaboration with other companies since it allows them to mutually assist and support one another in achieving shared objectives, enhancing work efficiency and production. Companies and partners can expand their size by leveraging industrial connections, entering new markets, establishing new facilities, or introducing supplementary products. The management of collaboration document data collecting in the Digital Business and Technology division of an Indonesian company operating in information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks is only partially automated. Computers are restricted to archiving records, resulting in frequently disorganized, damaged, or misplaced documents. This condition hinders employees' ability to locate the necessary papers for review, leading to delays in distributing documents to relevant parties and impeding the productivity and efficiency of the collaborative document management process. Hence, it is imperative to construct a proficient system that can facilitate the collaborative document management procedure, encompassing data administration, input, and storage. This study develops an information system that allows internal stakeholders to access documents as data housed in a web-based application conveniently. The collaborative document management information system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, specifically employing the waterfall model as the system development approach. The author employs the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model to analyze the system by generating the necessary diagrams, a programming language that utilizes PHP and MySQL databases. The system was tested using the white box method.

Abstract

 Openness of public information has an important role as a manifestation of a democratic state which gives priority to people's sovereignty in monitoring the implementation of the duties of the state and other public bodies, as regulated in Law Number 14 of 2008. Public Information Management Officers (PPID) are responsible as officers who authorized to carry out public information provision services. The aim of this research is to assess the extent of the contribution of Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID) in providing public information services in Minahasa Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through direct interviews with informants who are Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID). The research results show that PPID's role in realizing public information openness in Minahasa Regency is in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 14 of 2008 and Minahasa Regent Regulation number 251 of 2015 concerning Management of Information and Documentation Services within the Minahasa Regency Government. However, there are several obstacles in implementation, both technical and non-technical. As a result of this research, it is recommended that Minahasa Regency consider adding staff or human resources in the IT sector, providing a special room for activities and data storage for Assistant PPIDs, and creating a data bank that has been validated by the relevant Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) officials. . This is expected to increase the accessibility of public information for the community and facilitate the process of accessing information.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budgetary participation, clarity of budget targets and job relevant information on organizational performance. The object of this research is the Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) located in Seluma Regency. Tests in this study using quantitative methods. The analytical technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that budgetary participation affects the clarity of budget targets, clarity of budget targets affects organizational performance, budgetary participation has an indirect effect on organizational performance with clarity of budget targets as a mediating variable, budgetary participation affects job relevant information, job relevant information influence on organizational performance, budgetary participation has an indirect effect on organizational performance with job relevant information as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of management accounting information systems and the use of information technology on managerial performance with internal control as a moderating variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City which numbered 323 people. The sample in this study used saturated sampling which amounted to 77 people at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Test. Data processing in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly the management accounting information system has a significant effect on managerial performance. Information technology utilization has a significant effect on managerial performance. Management accounting information systems have a significant effect on managerial performance with internal control as a moderating variable. And the utilization of information technology has a significant effect on managerial performance with internal control as a moderating variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City.

Abstract

[ID] Perkembangan dunia konstruksi yang semakin maju menuntut semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proyek konstruksi untuk mencari solusi yang tepat dalam menyelesaikan proyek konstruksi secara efektif dan efisien. Salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi adalah perhitungan volume, karena kesalahan dalam perhitungan ini dapat menyebabkan kerugian yang besar. Sebelum adanya metode building information modeling (BIM), metode konvensional yang umum digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan gambar CAD dan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel untuk melakukan perhitungan volume. Namun, metode konvensional ini memakan waktu yang cukup lama karena dilakukan secara manual. Metode BIM memiliki kelebihan dalam menghemat biaya, waktu, dan tenaga karena memungkinkan perencana untuk mengelola data secara presisi dan detail dalam permodelan 3D bangunan serta menghitung quantity take off. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model struktur 3D dan menghitung quantity take off pada volume pekerjaan dan material bangunan Gedung Poltekkes Kota Palangka Raya dengan menggunakan metode BIM. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada gedung tersebut dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat dari konsultan perencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan dan pemodelan bangunan menggunakan BIM dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Autodesk Revit dapat mempermudah perancangan karena model tersebut memuat informasi dan detail tentang bangunan tersebut. Metode BIM juga mampu menghitung quantity take off hingga detail volume material. Perhitungan quantity take off dengan menggunakan metode BIM menunjukkan selisih rata-rata sebesar 11,38% dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional, membuktikan bahwa perhitungan dengan metode BIM mampu meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan. [EN] The advancing world of construction demands all parties involved in construction projects to seek effective and efficient solutions. Volume calculation is crucial in construction projects, as errors in volume calculation can lead to significant losses. Before the advent of Building Information Modeling (BIM), the conventional method used CAD drawings and Microsoft Excel software for volume calculations, which were time-consuming due to manual processes. BIM offers advantages in cost, time, and labor savings by enabling precise data management and detailed 3D building modeling, including quantity take-off. This research aims to create a 3D structural model and calculate quantity take-off for the work volume and building materials of the Poltekkes Kota Palangka Raya Building using the BIM method. The study was conducted at the Poltekkes Kota Palangka Raya building using secondary data obtained from planning consultants. The findings indicate that designing and modeling buildings using BIM with Autodesk Revit software facilitates design processes due to the detailed information included in the model. BIM methods can accurately calculate quantity take-off, including detailed volume material calculations. Quantity take-off calculations using the BIM method showed an average difference of 11.38% compared to conventional methods, demonstrating that BIM can minimize calculation errors.
