Abstract

Social media is one of the main technologies currently used by billions of people around the world, especially TikTok. TikTok contains popular content such as comedy, dancing, and increasingly educational information. TikTok presents the #SerunyaBelajar program with 1.4 million posts. Despite the existence of interesting programs, problems were found such as inappropriate keywords about education, short video duration, inconsistent quality of information and distraction. So TikTok needs to focus on user satisfaction and retention by continuing to innovate. The purpose of this study is to measure satisfaction and intention to continue using TikTok as educational information. This study uses 2 models, namely the Expectation Confirmation Model with four variables (confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and intention to continue) and the Information System Success Model with two variables (system quality and information quality). Respondents used totaled 96 TikTok users who accessed educational content and were processed using SEM-PLS. This study found that confirmation (T: 19.558) affects perceived usefulness. Thus, many users feel that TikTok provides useful features. In addition, satisfaction (T: 6.364) and continuance intention (T: 3.602) are influenced by perceived usefulness related to TikTok. And satisfaction (T: 3.809) influences TikTok users' continued intention to access educational content..

Therefore, good information technology governance is needed in managing information security. The research method is based on the Control Objectives for Information Technologies (COBIT) framework version 2019 as the best guide in managing information technology governance. The research was conducted in several stages, including data collection through observation of policy documents and interviews with employees of the BEICT (Business Enables & Information Communication Technology) Department who are responsible for managing services and maintaining the company's digital assets. Evaluation of the maturity level was carried out on 8 priority objectives consisting of EDM03, EDM05, APO12, APO13, APO14, BAI09, DSS05, and MEA04 based on design factor assessment. The results of the analysis of selected domain activities, the IT governance maturity level was at 2.56 (managed level). Indicates that the organization has managed and implemented information security activities, but some activities do not yet have written policies or procedures. With recommendations in the form of proposed improvements to the aspects of people, processes and technology, it is hoped that it can increase the level of maturity of IT governance in reducing information security risks and supporting digital transformation programs.

Abstract

This study discusses adolescents’ perceptions of ICT-facilitated sexual violence (ICTFSV) based on gender and school type. The research was conducted by surveying 719 students in seven regencies/cities in Surakarta, Indonesia, which were purposively selected. The ICTFSV indicator was measured based on the theories of Henry & Powell (2016) and Baumgartner et al. (2010). Mann-Whitney U and two-sided tests were employed to analyze the data. This study finds the different perceptions of ICTFSV based on gender at SHS and VHS. Moreover, it also finds the different perceptions of ICTFSV among students of SHS and VHS. This provides a new understanding of gender-perspective integration and character-building in developing school policies. Therefore, further research on gender equality and character-building of education policy can be carried out. The analyzed object imposes many limitations, namely the selected sample, the research focus, the data collecting, and analyzing method.

Abstract

Abstract

Health services are among the most needed services by the community. In Ngawi Regency, Indonesia, residents often struggle to access vital health service information. With the advancement of technology, such as web-based health service information systems, it becomes easier for the community to access information about health services. The design of a web-based health service information system aims to support the establishment of a pioneering teaching factory for the Health Information Management study program. This research employs the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) software development method using the prototype model. The stages of the system design and development include quick plan, modelling, quick design, construction of prototype, deployment, delivery and feedback, and communication. The research results indicate that the web-based health service information system can facilitate the Ngawi community and its surroundings in accessing health service information, registering online, conducting self-health checks, consulting with health personnel via a WhatsApp link available on the web, serving as a health promotion media, and enabling users or health personnel to utilize patient data stored in the system database as a learning support tool. Based on the research findings, the system significantly enhances community access to health services and streamlines health management processes for users.
