Abstract

In the contract of financing much-needed information asymmetry between the owners of capital (shahibul mall) and the manager of the capital (mudharib) in order to achieve common interests. One of the indicators that lead to moral hazard is due to asymmetric information or dissimilarity of information provided, and influential in the contract of financing. In a Mudharabah financing contract, between shahibul mall and mudharib provide information asymmetry in favor of the creation of a common interest. This study is a literature with an approach that combines the philosophical and phenomenological approach to look deeply about the material object of philosophy as well as the value, the principle of principles, objectives and economic policy, as well as concepts especially the system of financing which is born of the concept of Islamic business. While the phenomenological approach is used in view of economic development, well illustrated in society through statistical data, as well as those contained in a work of literature. The data source literature in particular are books, journals and articles standard, both with regard to the business concept of Islam which were analyzed using content analysis techniques. As the conclusion, in the mudharabah financing contract, asymmetric information is needed between the owner of the capital (shahibul mal) and the capital manager (mudharib) in order to achieve common interests. And one of the indicators that causes moral hazard is the result of asymmetric information or inequality in the information provided, which affects the mudharabah financing contract.

Abstract

The development of technology makes human life easier and more aided, but behind that convenience there are challenges and threats to the fabric of society. Entering the information age or the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, there are many new problems that cover all aspects of human life, including national and state issues. The information age is pushing for insistence and struggle over the supremacy of information from one party to another. Perpetrators can be in the form of countries, multi-national companies, or non-state actors. For this reason, the idea of strengthening the nation's character as the glue and identity of a nation must be echoed again. Library research was used by the author in this article. This paper aims to uncover and predict threats, challenges, obstacles and disruptions that can emerge in the information age. The findings show the appreciation of the value of Pancasila also needs to be carried out with programs that are fluid and not too formalistic. It can implement with the help of interesting audiovisual media or through ideas that are close to the younger generation.

dengan istilah Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) dalam media pembelajaran PAI. Pada saat ini peran ICT perlu dikembangkan dan digali lebih dalam lagi terkait pemanfaatannya. Karena di masa pandemi covid-19 siswa diwajibkan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis daring. Tujuannya agar siswa termotivasi sehingga belajar mengajar akan tetap efisien meskipun menggunakan metode daring. Dalam sistem pembelajaran PAI sendiri bisa menggunakan media Microsoft Office dan Power Point sebagai media presentasi dan penyampaian materi yang lain dapat menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp Group (WAG), zoom ataupun google meet. Dengan demikian peran dan pemanfaatan ICT dalam pembelajaran PAI di masa pandemi covid-19 sangatlah penting dan perlu perhatian khusus

Abstract

A series of Development and Operations (DevOps) in the process of making the Narotama University Management Information System have not been implemented properly by previous developers. There are improvements or additional features of the Management Information System that are in accordance with the functionality and the increasing development needs that will be used by the academic community, so that the Management Information System developer has a little difficulty in integrating documents and distributing applications with different packages to the Production Server. In this study, a new system design is proposed by applying the practice of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery as a document integration process and can simplify the application distribution process, as well as implementing the Docker Container Platform as an application container with different packages that can be run on production server together. The results of implementing the practice of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and the implementation of the Docker Container Platform are able to help integrate documents between developers and be able to release fixes and add features packaged in different containers automatically and periodically without long delays. which only takes an average of 17.9 seconds in the process of sending the application to the Production Server.

Abstract

Managing an information system of hazardous waste (HW), residual of business activities of hazardous materials, needs to be addressed as hazardous waste management (HWM) is one of crucial issues in global perspective. The waste directly and indirectly, can pollute or harm the environment, or endanger the environment, health, and survival of humans and other organisms. HWM is a set of activities which include reduction, storage, collection, transportation, utilization, processing and landfill. These activities involve waste generators, waste collectors, waste transporters, waste utilizer, waste processors, and waste landfill disposals. The paper aims to propose an integrated information system design of national HWM in Indonesia. The study was started by gathering requirements (by literature study, stakeholders interview, and focus group discussion with business people or workers related hazardous waste management), requirements analysis, established system requirements, and designed the information system based on the requirements. The study produced requirements of an integrated information system and system design which modelled using UML (unified modelling language). The design can be used as a foundation of detail design of processes, data, interface, and networks of a working prototype or working system.

Abstract

The business process of an organization can’t be done properly without appropriate information management, in which information is an important asset that needs to be protected with the utmost care and concern. Information security is a way to protect information from large scale threats, thus to ensure the sustainability of the organization's operational, to reduce business risks and to increase business opportunity and return of investment. This research is conducted to measure the accountability of ISO 27001 in assisting the organization to document the information security policy. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is a standard of information security that is widely used, openly accepted and implemented, and suitable for providing rules related to implementation and evaluation of the information security system. The assessment from ISO controls and objectives will be converted into a triangular fuzzy number to help in the analysis purpose. The fuzzy number is used to simplify the measurement. The result shows that the organization is not yet complying with the standard procedures of the Information Security Management System so it is needed to document the security policy based on the ISO 27001 framework standard.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan bagian yang sangat penting didalam sebuah organisasi, baik itu organisasi bisnis maupun non bisnis. Untuk mencapai kinerja organisasi yang baik tidak terlepas dari peran Manaje, sehingga salah satu ukuran keberhasilan suatu organisasi dapat dilihat dari kinerja manajerialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan job relevant information dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Adanya ketidak konsistenan diantara hasil penelitian terdahulu tentang pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial, menjadi motivasi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan teknik penyebaran kuesioner kepada Pejabat Struktural SKPD yang terdiri dari Esselon II, Esselon III, dan Esselon IV pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Dari 213 kuesioner yang didistribusikan, sebanyak 159 kuesiner yang kembali. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan terdapat 132 kuesioner yang dapat diolah dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM berbasis Varian dengan menggunakan Sofware SmartPLS Versi 2,0.Pengujian terhadap hipotesis yang diajukan menunjukkan bukti bahwa partisipasi penyusunan anggaran tidak berhubungan langsung dengan kinerja manajerial. Partisipasi penyusunan anggaran memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja manajerial melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini tidak dapat membuktikan job relevant information sebagai variabel intervening antara hubungan partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dengan kinerja manajerial.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran, akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dan job relevant information terhadap kinerja manajerial pada SKPD yang ada di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada pejabat Eselon II, Eselon III, dan Eselon IV pada SKPD Indragiri Hilir. Dari 200 kuesioner yang disebarkan, sebanyak 133 kuesioner yang kembali. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan hanya 118 kuesioner yang dapat diolah dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa partisipasi anggaran tidak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. Akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dan job relevant information secara parsial mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial. Partisipasi anggaran, akuntansi pertanggungjawaban, dan job relevant information secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

Within a year, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" East Java could hold dozens of conferences at the national or international level. A conference is a business event that prioritizes both internal communication and external communication. Several complaints regarding the preparation and execution of conferences and events are limited publications and promotion of events on campus for potential participants, the possibility of an insufficient number of participants when the event held, the lack of interaction between organizers and potential participants, and lack of coordination between the committee and campus facility providers. This research offers an implementation of the Campus Event Management Information System (SEMARAK) using the prototyping method as a solution. This research methodology starts with capture, convert, coordinate, deliver, and reporting. The first stage of system development builds the ability to publish campus events, schedule campus activity dates, and organize campus facility management. The system is expected to reduce the obstacles that occur during the preparation and execution of events on campus.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a major impact on the development of the business world. Types of businesses are increasingly diverse, including the types of businesses online. This development is increasing with positive and negative influences in 2020. However, at the beginning of 2020 too, the world economy was shifting due to health issues, namely the covid-19 virus. This health issue has a major influence on the business world online, many cases of business buying and selling of non-National Food and Drug Agency products are even far from the quality they should be. This is only one example of a potential violation of consumer rights. This research aims to disseminate information technology-based media related to the enactment of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. This socialization is packed with technological developments, and a touch of humanism in society and industrial development 5.0, namely through android-based applications. This research is expected to be a form of the contribution of UPN "Veteran" East Java to the local community, nation, and state. In particular, it is helping to reduce violations of consumer rights, and strengthening public legal awareness regarding consumer protection.
