Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari masalah hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai KKM. Berdasarkan dari dokumentasi nilai hasil belajar siswa kelas V, diperoleh data sebanyak 42,1% dari jumlah 17 siswa mencapai KKM yang ditentukan yakni 70. Menurut data dalam pembelajaran bahwa metode pembelajaran yang kurang inovatif serta kurangnya media pendukung atau alat peraga sehingga berdampak kepada pemahaman siswa. Fokus masalah yang diteliti adalah bagaimana peningkatan pemahaman materi mempertahankan keutuhan NKRI dengan menggunakan metode ISS (Information Search Strategy) pada mata pelajaran PKn kelas V SD Negeri 1 Kaponan Kecamatan Mlarak Kabupaten Ponorogo Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan metode ISS (Information Search Strategy) dalam materi mempertahankan keutuhan NKRI pada mata pelajaran PKn Kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Kaponan Kecamatan Mlarak Kabupaten Ponorogo Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. 2) Untuk peningkatan pemahaman siswa materi mempertahankan keutuhan NKRI melalui metode ISS (Information Search Strategy) pada mata pelajaran PKn Kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Kaponan Kecamatan Mlarak Kabupaten Ponorogo Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kurt Lewin dengan subjek penelitian 17 siswa dan tempat penelitian di SD Negeri 1 Kaponan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran yang meliputi 4 tahap. Pada setiap siklus terdiri dari pelaksanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi guru dan siswa, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ISS (Information Search Strategy)dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi mempertahankan keutuhan NKRI pada mata pelajaran PKn Kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Kaponan Kecamatan Mlarak dapat dikategorikan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II, yakni dari observasi guru mendapat skor peningkatan dari 65,62 menjadi 85,22. Hal ini dibuktikan dari tahap pra siklus, siklus I maupun siklus II, yakni dari 64,73 menjadi 68,42 kemudian menjadi 86,84 dengan persentase masing-masing 42,1%, 63,15% dan 89,47%.

Abstract

Development of human resources is very basic. The relationship between performance at the organizational level and the national level, as well as investment in human resource development is tangible and persuasive. Thus, developing thoughts about the prospects and role of communication in human resource development becomes an important part. The methodology used to comply with this paper is through literature study from various literatures.Communication is a prerequisite for information transfer. Economic underdevelopment is often correlated with limited access to information and learning facilities. The ability to communicate and transfer information and capacity is vital to building a knowledge economy that ensures survival in a global setting. Thus, the availability and development of human resources is important in the context of the socio-economic conditions of the country and the communication of information technology is an important asset for global competitiveness.Besides, information and communication technology is utilized to maintain the environment by managing and monitoring the energy. Therefore, qualified and competent human resource who could create proper application to facilitate society can maintain environmental welfare such as save energy, reduce emission gas, and so on.Effective and quality communication is the core of all HR development. Understanding of communication is important to improve human resources as social capital. The development of human resources in information and communication technology is important for the ability of the people of a nation to promote global competitiveness and become one of the factors of progress of a nation in international arena.

Abstract

This School Action Research is intended to improve teachers’ competence in using IT-Based Learning Media. The study was conducted at SDN 05 Gunuang Malintang with 12 research subjects. The results of the data analysis which was collected through observation, interviewing, and tests indicated that the teacherss’ ability in utilizing IT-based learning media can be improved through IHT. The steps of IHT activities are as follows: (1). Distributing the initial test to the teachers, (2) The teachers worked on the initial test to determine the ability to use and utilize IT as a learning medium. (3) Providingmaterial perceptions about the use of IT-based learning media. (4) Providing services and guidance to teachers about the use of IT. (5) Providing opportunities for teachers to create and innovate in utilizing IT as a learning media. (6). Providing services and guidance to teachers during IHT. (7). Giving the final test. The results of this study are the teachers ability to utilize IT-based learning media can be improved through IHT at SDN 05 Gunung Malintang.

Abstract

Pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dalam penyampaian materi yang dilakukan guru dengan konvensional yang membuat siswa kurang aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan berujung pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas maupun hasil belajar siswa yaitu dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif model jigsaw. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dan pada masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan.Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa Kelas IX-D MTs Negeri 4 Jember Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 sebanyak 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, teknik tes dan dokumentasi.Validasi data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi data.Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Jigsaw terbukti dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa, dimana pada kondisi awal hanya ada 9 siswa atau 36,00%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 17 siswa atau 68,00%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 25 siswa atau 100%. Meningkatnya aktivitas belajar siswa berdampak pada meningkatnya nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklusnya, yaitu pada kondisi awal sebesar 57,60, pada siklus I menjadi 68,40, dan pada siklus II menjadi 78,80. Hal tersebut juga dibuktikan dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal, dimana pada kondisi awal hanya terdapat 7 siswa atau 28,00%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 15 siswa atau 60,00%, dan pada siklus II menajdi 23 siswa atau 92,00%. Dari penjelasan di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa Kelas IX-D MTs Negeri 4 Jember Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

Introduction: The phenomenon of information overload experienced by the Indonesian people has caused many problems ranging from a decrease in the level of public awareness in understanding the validity and accuracy of information sources to changes in public information behavior. One of the problems in the flood of information is the increase of publications both scientific and popular which are the daily consumption of society which is very relevant to the librarian in the current situation and in the future.Methodology: This research was conducted qualitatively by collecting data from literatures that relevant to the research theme. The collected data was then identified to find patterns that match the research objectives, namely to find out the competence of librarians that is relevant for the industrial era 4.0.Discussion: The results show librarians need to have strategies in developing new ways to help people direct and focus their search for finding documents or information that are accurate and valid.Conclusion: It is known that the information overload phenomenon is one of the hallmarks of this industrial 4.0 era so that it requires the development of librarian competencies in maintaining their contribution and existence in the information society.

Abstract

Banyumas Regency is a student city in Central Java which has 21 tertiary institutions, consisting of state and private tertiary institutions, spread throughout the Banyumas region. With so many PTs available, it is often difficult for prospective students from out of town to get locations, so by building an Android-based Geographic Information System for Banyumas Higher Education Institutions that is built to help and facilitate the community or prospective students. With the prototype method with steps (communication, planning, modeling, prototype formation, and evaluation). The scope of the system includes the GPS assistance facilities. The main menu contained in the application of PTN and PTS about the brief description of information about tertiary institutions, facility menus from the ATM, gas station and hospital sub menus, emergency call menus containing important telephone numbers such as the police and fire department , and help menu how to use the application. Conclusions The study states that HI was accepted, namely "There is a significant time difference in the process of finding the location of tertiary institutions before and after using the Geographic Information System for Higher Education in Banyumas Regency on Android". Then based on the results of product tests that have been done show that the product test value to determine the quality of the system being built is 96.85, the value is greater than the feasibility limit of 75. Thus, the system built is suitable for use by the wider community.

Abstract

PT. Industri Kreatif Digital is a service company providing services for cloud hosting, VPS, and website creation. Right now, data processing for human resources still has a lot of weaknesses. One of these weaknesses is that the company still does manual work to register, payroll, collect absence, and recruitment of workers that can cause inaccuracies in processing information. PT. IKADA needs a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) that can provide simultaneous and easy processing of workers data to produce accurate and quick results. HRIS is equipped with a Decision Support System that can give out recommendations for prospective workers, promotions, and Mikrotik training for workers.In this thesis an HRIS has been designed and equipped with a few modules including personalia, recruitment, payroll, absence, evaluation, and reporting module. The Decision Support System itself uses the PIPRECIA method in calculating the weight of each criterion and uses the EDAS method in the ranking process. The system created was website-based that uses PHP framework Laravel, Javascript, HTML, and MySQL database.The result of this research is a system that can help HRD in processing workers data such as data about workers leave and overtime, recruitment, payroll, absence, workers evaluation, and reporting. On the other hand, the Decision Support System was able to provide recommendations for prospective workers, promotions, and Mikrotik training for workers based on its calculations.

Abstract

Company performance has an impact on the company’s value. Therefore, earnings management often occurs in companies. Earning management occurs when there is information asymmetry, because management have the opportunity to prioritize their own interests over shareholders. To minimize earnings management, companies need to implement good corporate governance, which can be measured by board of commissioners’ size and audit committee’s size. The objective of this study is to investigate the role of corporate governance in the relationship between information asymmetry and earnings management. The research's objects are 32 mining companies that are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2019, which have been selected by purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis, results show that Board of Commissioners’ size does not have influence on the relationship between information asymmetry and earnings management. Meanwhile, Audit Committee’s size weakens the effect of information asymmetry on earnings management.

Abstract

World Health Organzation (WHO) pada Maret 2020 mengkategorikan Coronavirus sebagai pandemi setelah mewabah ke berbagai negara belahan dunia. Indonesia yang terdampak pandemi menetapkan peraturan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) seperti physical distancing, wajib memakai masker, peraturan jam malam hingga sekolah dan belajar dari rumah untuk mengurangi kemungkinan penyebaran virus. Sejak kebijakan PSBB diberlakukan, penggunaan e-wallet meningkat karena diyakini mengurangi kontak fisik antar sesama sehingga mengundang berbagai tanggapan masyarakat mengenai kehadirannya. Tanggapan tersebut dituangkan melalui media sosial yang salah satunya adalah Twitter. Terdapat tanggapan yang menyetujui kehadiran e-wallet karena merasakan manfaatnya, namun ada yang beranggapan bahwa penggunaanya sulit atau tidak aman. Berbagai tanggapan tersebut dapat dianalisis untuk mengetahui berbagai tanggapan masyarakat mengenai penggunaan e-wallet di masa pandemi. Maka, dilakukan analisis sentimen Twitter mengenai penggunaan e-wallet pada masa pandemi dengan Naïve Bayes dan dikombinasikan menggunakan seleksi fitur Information Gain. Hasil klasifikasi menggunakan Naïve Bayes Classifier menghasilkan accuracy 84%, precision 91% dan recall 91%. Hasil klasifikasi menggunakan Naïve Bayes dan Information Gain adalah accuracy 92%, precision 92% dan recall 100%.

Abstract

Sosial media pada masa kini banyak dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai aktifitas, salah satunya adalah untuk menumpahkan segala tanggapannya terhadap kejadian-kejadian yang tengah terjadi di masyarakat. Seperti banyaknya masyarakat yang memberikan tanggapan terhadap kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia mengenai perlaksanaan Pilkada 2020 yang tetap diselenggarakan meski di tengah pandemi Covid-19 di Twitter. Berbagai tanggapan masyarakat ada yang mendukung maupun tidak setuju dengan diadakannya pilkada 2020 karna dilaksanakan di masa pandemi. Untuk itu maka dilakukan penerapan data mining dengan algoritma Support Vector Machine dan seleksi fitur information gain untuk menganalisis berbagai tanggapan masyarakat mengenai pelaksanaan pilkada 2020. Data yang digunakan merupakan tweet dari aplikasi Twitter sebanyak 496 data. Sebelum tahap data mining, dilakukan pembagian data menjadi 80% data traning dan 20% data testing. Hasil klasifikasi  data tweet dengan Support Vector Machine menggunakan kernel linear menghasilkan nilai akurasi yang besar yaitu 92%, precision 90%, dan recall 92%.
