Abstract

This research was carried out based on the results of observations in the vocational theory learning process, there were several obstacles faced, There are several obstacles, namely, 1) the methods used are lectures and discussions that are less than optimal; 2) students are less enthusiastic in learning the material because the media used by the teacher is in the form of power points and softfile modules; 3) It is not possible to use power point media and module softfiles to operate randomly and freely in adjusting the selection of the material pages you want to learn. The research objectives of this research are (1) develop Adobe Flash CS6-based learning media in Vocational Theory subjects,(2) analyze the feasibility and practicality of learning media,(3) analyze the effectiveness of using learning media. Research on the development of learning media based on Adobe Flash CS 6 using the ADDIE development model. The data collection tool for the feasibility of learning media uses media experts. Media practicality data using assessment questionnaires by teachers and students. In the results of this study, Adobe Flash CS 6 can be integrated with server side scripting such as CGI, ASP and PHP to create beautiful database web applications. In addition, it can also be used to make short films or cartoons, presentations, advertisements or web banners, logo animations.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis minimarket dan supermarket modern melalui jejaring franchise seperti Indomaret, Alfamart dan sejenisnya meningkat sangat pesat. Hingga 2016, ada lebih dari 13.900 gerai yang tersebar di Jawa, Bali, Madura dan Sumatra (Indomaret, 2016). Kecenderungan ibu rumah tangga dalam berbelanja kebutuhan pokok, yaitu lebih memilih minimarket waralaba maupun supermarket modern yang sudah banyak dan sampai ke pelosok kota, kecamatan daripada berbelanja di toko swadaya. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, metode pembayaran juga ikut berkembang, saat ini banyak aplikasi yang menawarkan fitur e-wallet sebagai pengganti uang tunai. Hal ini membuat masyarakat tertarik karena mereka tidak perlu lagi membawa uang tunai untuk melakukan pembelian barang. Kemudahan dalam mencari informasi produk, harga, hemat tenaga dan waktu menjadi alasan masyarakat lebih memilih berbelanja online. Akibatnya kebiasaan masyarakat mulai berubah, yang sebelumnya berbelanja secara konvensional kini beralih menjadi online. Namun kenyataannya masyarakat tidak membeli semua produk secara online, salah satunya adalah kebutuhan ibu rumah tangga harian, mingguan maupun bulanan, seperti sembako. Tentunya akan menjadi hal yang merepotkan jika ingin berbelanja sembako secara online, selain membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pengiriman, resiko akan produk tersebut rusak dalam perjalanan juga besar. Itulah hal yang melatarbelakangi kami melakukan penelitian Aplikasi Katalog Promo Toko Sembako Swadaya Berbasis Android dan Geolocation Information System. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall, geolocation information system untuk menampilkan lokasi toko dan algoritme haversine mendapatkan jarak terpendek dari dua titik di permukaan bumi berdasarkan garis bujur dan garis lintang. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode Wawancara, Pengamatan, Studi Pustaka dan Dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data yang baik. Hasil penelitian yaitu sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu toko sembako swadaya dalam memaksimalkan promo produk sembako, membantu masyarakat mengetahui mengenai promo-promo sembako yang ada di toko swadaya di sekitar mereka, memudahkan proses transaksi pembayaran dengan fitur Dompetku

Abstract

Penyimpanan data judul skripsi mahasiswa semakin banyak dan akan terus bertambah. Untuk mencari informasi dari judul skripsi tersebut akan menjadi sulit. Untuk itu dikembangkanlah metode pencarian yang disebut dengan temu-kembali informasi (information retrieval). Metode-metode temu-kembali informasi sudah dikenal sejak lama, salah satu dari metode tersebut yang paling banyak digunakan karena kemudahan implementasinya adalah Space Vector Model (SVM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan paparan tentang proses pencarian dokumen digital dengan metode Vektor Space Model. Pada model ini dilakukan dengan proses token dan indexing sehingga ditemukan hasil dari maksimal terdapat dalam data judul skripsi menggunakan kata kunci, sehingga di lakukan pencarian sesuai dengan kata kunci dan akan dibandingkan dengan data yang terdapat pada file dokumen judul skripsi, sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang benar.

Abstract

Jakabaring Sport City (JSC) is an integrated sports facility complex and a public tourist spot in Palembang. Due to its extensive area and numerous facilities, visitors need a map with distinct markers for the landmark to make it easier when walking around. Recent technology advancements and its expanding role in various fields invites the question on how to integrate technology in the tourism industry. This journal aims to create an android-based digital map application with augmented reality (AR) as a guiding medium that will display directions towards the Jakabaring exit gate. This app is built using Maps SDK for Android to build the digital maps, Navigation SDK for Android to run navigation, and Maps for Unity to display AR objects that will show the directions towards the exit. The development focuses on a location-based service using GPS to track the user's whereabouts and provide real-time location data around the user. This application has a location search feature, a guiding direction (route and navigation) to a designed location, and an AR camera feature to display where the JSC exit gate is located. Every feature is working well and able to help users while visiting JSC. However, this application could still be improved in the AR feature because on its current version, it is only able to display directions to the JSC exit gate when users are within a radius of one kilometer or less to the exit.

Abstract

Problems in conventional and manual parking are the inability to obtain complete, informative, and interactive parking information because the manual system cannot provide complete parking information. Information technology can be implemented in a parking system to help provide more accurate, fast, and easily accessible information. In addition, the parking system interface can be made user-friendly, hence, the parking attendants can operate it properly. This parking system uses a client-server model with a shared database. The author found problems in the car parking system at PPPSRS Puri Casablanca Jakarta, i.e. still using the previous version of XAMPP. The research methodology used in this study are: Observation Methods, Literature Methods, and Interview Methods. The proposed Car Parking application showed acceptable for use by parking attendants of PPPSRS Puri Casablanca Apartment Jakarta. The menu choices presented are sufficient and the web design is simple so it doesn't confuse the parking attendant.

Abstract

This study focuses on designing IT blueprints for the Information Technology Faculty of USN Kolaka by combining the Zachman framework and the Strategic Planning Information System to produce an objective requirements plan. The results of this study suggest that there are at least 11 potential applications, including one strategic application, namely the e-quality assurance application, there are five high priority applications, namely e-monev, e-publication, e-ledger, e-procurement, e-certification, there are also four an application that determines the success of public service operational activities such as e-learning, e-library, e-journal, e-alumni, and then an application that supports public service activities, namely an e-mail application that functions for recording incoming and outgoing letters electronically. Thus, this IT blueprint can be a reference for technology developers in mapping the priorities of FTI USN Kolaka services in the future.

Abstract

Adopsi sistem informasi akuntansi tidak hanya menjadi kebutuhan bagi perusahaan besar, akan tetapi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) juga perlu mengadopsi sistem informasi akuntansi untuk penyelenggaraan pencatatan dan pelaporan atas aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan mereka. Namun demikian masih sedikit UMKM yang memahami pentingnya adopsi sistem informasi akuntansi, keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki baik sumber daya keuangan dan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang teknologi dan informasi menjadi hambatan bagi mereka, sehingga mereka tidak melakukan pencatatan setiap kejadian ekonomi dengan baik dan benar, tidak adanya pemisahan keuangan pribadi dengan keuangan hasil usaha, dan keterbatasan dalam pemahaman tentang konsep-konsep akuntansi keuangan. Saat ini pemanfaatan teknologi mobile bagi masyarakat menawarkan berbagai fitur yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis mobile menawarkan kemudahan dan efisiensi. Sistem informasi akuntansi dengan platform android yang ada dan siap pakai tidak memiliki fleksibilitas dalam penggunaan dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dari UMKM secara spesifik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis mobile yang diimplementasikan pada UMKM. Sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis mobile/seluler yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pemakai, memiliki fleksibilitas penggunaan, dan tidak mengharuskan pemakai memahami konsep dasar akuntansi keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan sistem prototype. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan pendekatan pemodelan berorientasi object Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis mobile dengan menggunakan pendekatan standar akuntansi keuangan entitas mikro, kecil, dan menengah (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

Blended learning in this study combined face-to-face online learning and independent learning such as interactive media and zoom meeting application. This study aims to obtain the comparison of implementation blended learning in improving 4C abilities (critical thinking, creative, communication, and collaboration) system information students in English debate activity before and after the treatment. Furthermore, preliminary data from the subjects of this study before blended learning treatment showed an average value of < 55, and this value was categorized as “less”. Therefore, this research is a type of quantitative research using pre-experimental research method. The data were calculated by using SPSS. Research results indicated an increase in the students’ 4C abilities after implementing the blended learning model. The average increase of creativity was 43.79%, with an estimated increase is 39.89%. Critical thinking was 45.08%, with an estimate of 47.78%. Collaboration had 38.26%, with an estimate of 43.03%. At the same time, communication reached 38.32% with an estimation of 43.40%. Based on these results, the highest 4C increase was in critical thinking abilities compared to other abilities.

Abstract

Research on firm performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in SMEs, is important because it is related to efforts to survive in uncertain conditions due to the pandemic and the government's policy of restrictions that affect all businesses, both small and large. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the factors that can improve film performance, namely ICT use and as an update from previous research we add the innovation variable as a mediation. This research was conducted on SMEs in Malang City by involving as many as 179 samples after validating the answers to the questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed through google forms which were distributed directly to respondents. The data is collected and then tested for validity and reliability so that the data used is of high quality. After testing the quality of the data, it is continued with hypothesis testing which is carried out using the boothstrapping method using the Smartpls 3.0 application. The results showed that ICT use had a significant effect on firm performance. Furthermore, innovation did not succeed in mediating the effect of ICT use on firm performance.

Abstract

The use of information and communication technology is very beneficial in the education sector because it can enhance the quality of education. However, the implementation of ICT in the education sector of developed and developing countries is a challenging task. This paper explains the comparative study of ICT issues in the education sector of developed and developing countries. In particular, we compare issues between Pakistan and high-tech countries. Our study reveals the fact that the education sector is facing numerous ICT problems that are based on culture, finance, management, infrastructure, lack of training, lack of equipment, teacher’s refusal, and ethical issues. At the end of this paper, various issues faced by the implementation of ICT in the education sector of Pakistan have been categorized into various types, namely, infrastructure, lack of IT professionals, lack of high-speed internet and equipment. Our research is based on five key research questions related to ICT issues. We used a mixed approach where the results of this study can be used as a set of guidelines to help make the learning environment technology-oriented, fast, planned, and productive. Future directions are also given at the end of this paper.
