Abstract

During the current pandemic, it is encouraging educational institutions to carry out distance learning, so many learning management system (LMS) platforms can be used to support distance learning. Each LMS has a different process flow but has the same goal of making it easier to manage learning content. When an LMS is implemented in an educational institution, it requires matching data for courses, students and lecturers that are available in the academic information system (AIS) at the institution, this is one of the weaknesses of all LMS because the data are not interrelated between AIS and LMS. The purpose of this research is to create an integrated system to equalize data between AIS and LMS using the synchronization method through the Application Programming Interface (API). The results of this application will combine data from AIS and LMS which will then be tested for automatic course creation according to class data, courses, lecturers and students at AIS. The test results of this system are said to be successful because each function that is designed has been running well without any fatal errors. The most important thing that needs to be considered when synchronizing is that there is a link between the data on the AIS and LMS, failure occurs on some courses because the email users in the AIS and LMS are different.

Abstract

The rapid development of the construction world in Indonesia has led to an increase in supporting technology that is more effective and efficient. The Building Information Model (BIM) technology that begins with the creation of an as-built 3D model, this model describes the existing condition of the building. The Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) method can provide a point cloud with a decent point density, but there are still areas of the building that aren't covered, such as the roof. To be more complete and detailed, additional data is needed using an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). The results of the combination of TLS and UAV complement each other so that the results of the point cloud can form more detailed buildings. BIM may be built by combining these two data sets, allowing for the three-dimensional depiction of assets in buildings. The registration results for TLS point cloud data have a fairly good value where the overlap value is 44.9% (minimum 30%), balance is 41.2% (minimum 20%), points < 6mm is 98.9% (minimum 90%). The measurement results using the UAV have an RMSE GCP value of 0.266m and an RMSE ICP of 0.455m. Merging the results of TLS and UAV measurements is done using 3DReshaper software with four align points. The final result of making the BIM model is obtained level of detail (LOD) 3 where room models such as columns, floors, stairs, and walls are well depicted, while asset models such as furniture are also depicted although they are still simple objects.

Abstract

Local government agencies, namely districts as regional technical implementers, are inseparable from the obligation to implement information technology, or better known as e-government, to create cohesiveness. Information systems in the district support the implementation of daily activities by only taking into account current needs without regard to conformity with the vision and mission and future needs of the district. Districts need careful planning in the form of architecture to complete the direction of the subdistrict strategy. This study aims to create a blueprint for developing information systems using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodology. Blueprint is designed to produce four main activities in the district, namely planning, government administration, integrated services, and governance with ten recommendations for cloud server-based applications, 5 of which use mobile platforms. The application has been mapped in the application portfolio to provide recommendations for implementing the application as a reference, clear guidelines, and plans for the development of the overall information system.

Abstract

Clustering is a process of grouping a set of objects into multiple clusters, so that the collection of similar objects will be grouped into the same cluster and dissimilar objects will be grouped into other clusters. Fuzzy k-means Algorithm is one of clustering algorithm by partitioning data into k clusters employing Euclidean distance as a distance function. This research discusses clustering categorical data using Fuzzy k-Means Kullback-Leibler Divergence. In the determination of the distance between data and center of cluster uses mutual information known as Kullback-Leibler Divergence distance between the joint distribution and the product distribution from two marginal distributions. Extensive theoretical analysis was performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. Moreover, the proposed method's comparison results with Fuzzy Centroid and Fuzzy k-Partition approaches in terms of response time and clustering accuracy were also performed employing several datasets from UCI Machine Learning. The experiment results show that the proposed Algorithm provides good results both from clustering quality and accuracy for clustering categorical data as compared to Fuzzy Centroid and Fuzzy k-Partition.

Abstract

Now more people are using motorized vehicles. In addition, the use of technology is also increasing, people are increasingly experiencing fast-paced services. However, in the midst of busy society and online services, some services still have to be done manually, one of which is register for a motorcycle or car repair shop. There are still many people difficult to find the right, closest, and comfortable with the needs of their vehicle. With the existing problems, a vehicle service ordering system is needed that can serve the community quickly and practically, which can be accessed by many people, especially in Tangerang City. With a vehicle service ordering system for motorcycles or car repairshop, people can easily find a repair shop that is the closest to their location and can order without having to wait in long queues. The design of the system for the closest repair shop locations uses the Dijkstra method. The workings of Dijkstra's Algorithm is to create a path to one optimal node at each step. Dijkstra's algorithm has the property to find the point whose distance from the starting point is the shortest. To find out whether the system has been accepted and has met the requirements, the system is tested using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method, and from the test results, 85.1% of users are satisfied with the system.
