Creativity is the ability to create something new, bringing up creative ideas or ideas that can solve a problem. The development of creativity that already exists in children has different interests and potentials, so that early childhood must be stimulated by various activities that can improve creative and productive thinking. However, research in the field shows that it is still underdeveloped, because there is still a lack of stimulus and provision of less varied learning media such as using computer or multimedia media, so the researcher conducts a study using drawing media with the classroom action research method, which is carried out through the planning stage. implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 10 children in group B. The data collection technique was carried out through observation using data analysis using descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the data obtained by analyzing the results obtained in the first meeting or cycle I by 30%, and at the second meeting by 40%. While at the first meeting in the second cycle, 80% of the data was obtained, and at the second meeting, the data obtained was 90%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of drawing media can increase the creativity of early childhood in RA Al-Hikmah Cisarua.Kreativitas merupakan kemampuan untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang baru, dengan memunculkan ide atau gagasan kreatif yang dapat memecahkan suatu masalah. Perkembangan Kreativitas yang sudah ada dalam diri anak memiliki minat dan potensi yang berbeda–beda, sehingga anak usia dini harus di stimulus dengan berbagai kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan berpikir kreatif dan produktif. Akan tetapi penelitian dilapangan menunjukan bahwa masih rendah perkembangannya, dikarenakan masih kurangnya stimulus dan pemberian media pembelajaran yang kurang variatif seperti menggunakan media computer atau multimedia, sehingga peneliti melakukan sebuah penelitian menggunakan pembelajaranICT dengan media menggambar dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dengan menggunakan analisis data dengan cara statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil data yang diperoleh secara analisis hasil yang didapat dalam pertemuan kesatu atau siklus I sebesar 30%, dan di pertemuan kedua sebesar 40%. Sedangkan di pertemuan kesatu pada siklus II diperoleh data sebesar 80%, dan dipertemuan keduanya data yang didapat sebanyak 90%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan media menggambar dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dinidi RA Al-Hikmah Cisarua.

Currently, students are asked to be able to understand literacy in reading. However, to understand literacy, of course, it has to go through the right strategy especially to beginner reader students. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of students in reading English text through perspective from automatic information processing (AIP) in reading. The method for this study used interviews and observations of one participant conducted in the second-level high school. This study also uses descriptive case study as research design. This study shows 5 things that should be reviewed in reading English text, namely attention, decoding, comprehension, switching in reading and automaticity. However, the five things found in this study are still rarely noticed. Therefore, this study also aims to allow educators and students to know what steps to do as a strategy to be able to read and understand the text of reading in English especially for beginner reader.

In an organization, there are three main targets for the application of information systems and information techniques that will be applied. In the information management process, automation is needed. This will help work efficiency. It is necessary to fulfill the need for information that will be used in decision making in management to increase effectiveness. There needs to be a change in the style and way of doing business in the company in order to increase competitiveness with competing companies. The goals or goals of a company and strategies in IT will enable us to achieve the 3 targets above, therefore it is necessary to have the right organizational business strategy that leads to the company's goals, as well as support that comes from designing IT infrastructure that is in accordance with the organization's business strategy in IT strategy.An understanding of the organization's business strategy needs to be mastered in order to be able to develop an appropriate IT strategy so that it can be a supporter of achieving the company's vision and mission. The ward and peppard methodologies will be used in the explanation of the following IT/IS strategic planning stages.

Medical records are all records and documents about the patient's identities, examinations, treatments, actions and other services provided to the patient. Reporting medical records at Iskandar Muda hospital still does not follow standards. This is due to the lack of discipline of officers in filling out medical records, lack of medical records of officers and related health workers, then also influenced by the Hospital Management Information System that does not yet exist. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the reporting of medical records at Sultan Iskandar Muda hospital. This study uses qualitative research. The results showed that Sultan Iskandar Muda Hospital has been processing medical record data. The procedure of making a report that is not appropriate is the completion of resumes and daily census pain hospitalization. While the proper methods are a recapitulation of outpatient visits, making reports of hospital activities and making morbidity reports of inpatients and outpatients. The medical records unit has produced internal and external reports following the guidelines, and middle-level hospital management has fully used medical record information. It can be concluded that in processing medical record data, there are some obstacles. The procedure of making a report is not following the guidelines, and medical record information has been fully utilized.

This study aims to find out and at the same time analyze how the payroll system is currently being implemented at Public Accountant Firm Tasnim, Fardiman, Sapuan, Nuzuliana, Ramdan & Partners, whether the payroll system has been running effectively and propose a payroll accounting information system design at Public Accountant Firm Tasnim, Fardiman, Sapuan, Nuzuliana, Ramdan & Partners. The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from Public Accountant Firm Tasnim, Fardiman, Sapuan, Nuzuliana, Ramdan & Partners and is a descriptive qualitative research, namely a case study using qualitative data obtained from internal companies. The data analysis technique used is system analysis, proceed to the proposed flowchart stage, proposed DFD, proposed ERD to payroll system design using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic 6.0. Based on the results of this study, the payroll system at Public Accountant Firm Tasnim, Fardiman, Sapuan, Nuzuliana, Ramdan & Partners still has problems in the payroll system, namely the procedure for payroll documents is still manual or still using handwriting and the calculations are still using the excel program whose input must use the formula complicated so that time is not efficient. This investigation plans to decide the administration of HR data frameworks at CV. Usability is a factor that indicates the success of an interactive product or system, such as a mobile application. The increasing use of smartphones demands a more accurate and effective usability evaluation method to find usability problems, so that they can be used for product improvement in the development process. This study compares the Cognitive Walkthrough method with Heuristic Evaluation in evaluating the usability of the SIRS Del eGov Center mobile application. Evaluation with these two methods will be carried out by three evaluators who act as experts. Finding problems and recommending improvements from each method will produce an improvement prototype made in the form of a high-fidelity prototype. Each prototype will be tested against ten participants using the Usability Testing method, which will generate scores through the SUS table. From the test scores, the percentage of Likert scale and the success rate of each prototype will be found. The results show that between the two usability evaluation methods, the Heuristic Evaluation method is the more effective method, finds more usability problems, and has a higher Likert scale percentage, which is 66.5%, while Cognitive Walkthrough is 64.75%.

Penerapan Automatic Exhange of Information (AEoI) telah memasuki tahun ketiga, Indonesia dan Jepang telah menjadi salah negara yang mengimplementasikan AEoI secara bersamaan dalam perjanjian internasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan, menganalisis dan mengetahui terkait evaluasi kebijakan AEoI yang telah dilakukan di Indonesia dan Jepang dalam proses pemeriksaan untuk penggalian potensi penerimaan pajak, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan AEoI di Indonesia sudah baik walaupun masih terdapat kendala terkait ketidaklengkapan data hasil pertukaran informasi secara otomatis yang didapatkan melalui lembaga keuangan sedangkan di Jepang sudah berhasil hal ini didukung oleh kepatuhan pajak yang tinggi oleh wajib pajak di Jepang, penggunaan single identity number, sistem yang telah terbangun, dan standar yang telah ditetapkan.
