Abstract

The analysis of public information disclosure policy implementation is a crucial step in improving services and providing strategic references for government public information programs. The Forest Management Technical Personnel Information System (SIGANISHUT) was developed under the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF) Regulation No. 8 of 2021. This study examined the implementation of public information disclosure within SIGANISHUT, which is managed by the Directorate of Fees and Forest Product Distribution, Directorate General of Sustainable Forest Management. Using qualitative methods—including in-depth interviews, literature reviews, and observations—this study found that SIGANISHUT is managed with a user-centered approach. However, challenges persist regarding resource availability and disposition. The system requires additional personnel and increased budget allocation to support field-level policy socialization. Despite these challenges, policy implementers demonstrate accountability in implementing MoEF Regulation No. 8 of 2021 and respond effectively to user complaints and operational issues. From a bureaucratic perspective, the current framework adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures outlined in the regulation, with a well-coordinated division of responsibilities among implementers. SIGANISHUT streamlines bureaucracy by reducing service times through digital integration.With sufficient support and well-designed policies, the legislative mandate on public information disclosure can be implemented more effectively and efficiently. This study underscores the importance of continuous evaluation and development to ensure SIGANISHUT meets stakeholder expectations and contributes to transparency and accountability in sustainable forest management.

Abstract

This research analyzes the quality of information system and information technology performance in the Shopee application using the COBIT 2019 framework. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting Likert scale-based questionnaire data, which was distributed to 112 respondents from Satya Wacana Christian University students class of 2020-2023. The technical analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, and ANOVA, with the |aim of determining the rel| relationship between gender |and cl|ass v|ari|ables on user s|atisf|action. The rese|arch results show th|at aspects of responsiveness and empathy h|ave |a signific|ant influence on user s|atisf|action, with a value of t = 1.685 (men) and t = 1.698 (women), as well as a p-value > 0.05 which shows there is no signific|ant difference based on gender. The 2019 COBIT Evaluation shows weaknesses in IT risk management, and optimization of IT resources, as well as the need to improve data security and customer service systems, and optimization of IT infrastructure. This research contributes to understanding the application of COBIT 2019 in IT govern|ance in e-commerce and provides recommendations for improvements for Shopee in improving user experience. The limit|ation of this research is | that the s| sample is limited to one institution and a certain period, so the results cannot be widely generalized.

Abstract

Data Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia 2023 menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kasus HIV pada remaja usia 15-24 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan sumber informasi dan pengetahuan HIV/AIDS pada remaja di SMK Negeri 3 Sorong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 85 dengan metode simple random sampling. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sumber informasi tentang HIV/AIDS lebih banyak melalui media sosial dengan pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS cenderung cukup (31.8%) dan baik (3.5%). Terdapat (25.9%) remaja juga mendapatkan sumber informasi dari internet dan menunjukan pengetahuan cukup (16.5%). Terdapat (14.1%) remaja yang juga mendapatkan informasi dari teman sebaya dengan pengetahuan cukup (8.2%) dan baik (2.4%) dibandingkan dengan sumber informasi dari Orang Tua, TV dan radio cenderung rendah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa remaja mengakses informasi tentang HIV/AIDS lebih banyak melalui media sosial, internet, dibandingkan dengan sumber informasi dari teman sebaya, Orang Tua, TV dan radio yang cenderung rendah

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ease of use of information technology, information quality and top management support on SME performance through end user satisfaction in SMEs in the city of Semarang. The contribution of this research is as feedback for SME managers or owners in making decisions regarding the importance of digitizing accounting, in this case the accounting information system. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach that is guided by a questionnaire that tests the relationship and influence between research variables. Data analysis was obtained using the SEM approach by analyzing 132 respondents who had used the accounting information system application for at least 1 year. The results reveal that ease of use of information technology, quality of information and top management support have a significant effect on SME performance through end user satisfaction  of accounting information.

Abstract

Puskesmas as the spearhead of implementing health development in the regions in carrying out their programs require effective management starting from planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the programs they run. Effective and efficient management requires information, the availability of information at the Puskesmas is produced by a Management Information System based on Puskesmas services (Anita et al, 2019). In the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number. 31 of 2019 concerning the Puskesmas Information System, regulates a series of Puskesmas Information System activities which include Human Resources, Funds, Facilities and Infrastructure, Recording and Reporting. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The number of informants used were 3 people, namely key informants, regular informants, and additional informants. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the information system of the Puskesmas at UPTD Puskesmas Talise. The results of the study indicate that; (1) The inputs in the implementation of SIP at the Talise Health Center are not adequate, as can be seen from the insufficient funds. (2) The process of implementing the SIP at the Talise Health Center has been carried out quite well. (3) The outputs in the implementation of the SIP at the Puskesmas Talise has not been achieved because there are still reports that are not timely and not accurate. The research suggestions are (1) that it is necessary to conduct planned and continuous training in order to obtain skilled and professional human resources in data processing using a computerized system.

Abstract

Many companies are competing to add variety to the online buying and selling business, such as offering products by live sellers. One platform that takes advantage of this is Shopee. However, it is known that the use of live shopping of the shopee application itself is still inferior to other similar applications and there are still some complaints or negative reviews. A service can be said to be successful in providing satisfaction if it can meet the needs of its users. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of measuring user satisfaction using the EUCS and PIECES methods, based on 11 variables namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and service. The data was obtained by distributing research questionnaires to users who made purchases on the Shopee application live shopping in Indonesia and obtained as many as 385 respondents. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that all variables gave very satisfactory interpretation values ??with the highest value obtained by service at 90.42%, while the lowest value was obtained by timeliness at 78.31%. Then, all of these variables have a simultaneous effect on user satisfaction, whereas if partially all variables have an effect. However, there are two variables that do not have a partial effect, namely timeliness and efficiency.

Abstract

Abstract-This study analyzes the influence of user motivation in continuing to use the KAI Access train ticket booking application using the Multi Motive Information System Continuance (MISC) theory. This study aims to analyze the design aesthetics of the KAI Access application. This research is important for PT Kereta Api Indonesia to maintain customer retention and improve the quality of their services. This study found that the design aesthetics of the KAI Access application had no effect, but appropriate design expectations, ease of use, hedonic expectations, intrinsic expectations, extrinsic expectations, hedonic disconfirmation, intrinsic disconfirmation, extrinsic disconfirmation, attitudes, satisfaction, hedonic performance, intrinsic performance, and extrinsic performance significantly affects the intention to continue using KAI Access.

Abstract

Forecasting is a technique for predicting events that will occur in the future using historical data as a comparison In this research, researchers try to determine the performance of the ANN method for forecasting the number of incidents at PT XYZ and build an application for forecasting the number of incidents at PT XYZ. This research uses the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) evaluation metric as the evaluation metric that will be interpreted. The smaller the MAPE value, the better the model architecture. The best model is the model that produces the smallest MAPE value and does not experience underfitting or overfitting conditions. Based on the research results, it was found that all the best models from each model architecture produced a MAPE value of less than 10 and did not experience underfitting or overfitting conditions. Therefore, it can be interpreted that all the models produced are very accurate to be used as incident forecasting models at PT XYZ for the next 4 weeks. The website-based incident forecasting application created to predict the number of incidents for the next 4 weeks using the best model that has been previously saved also produces a MAPE value of less than 10 and does not experience underfitting and overfitting conditions.
