Abstract

Background: The development of this GIS was carried out to reduce or overcome the weakness of this unattainability due to uncontrolled distribution of data on pregnant women/mapping of pregnant women who had undergone Triple Elimination examinations in the Kramatjati Community Health Center area, which has 7 sub-districts, 65 RWs and 653 RTs. With so many areas that the Kramatjati Community Health Center is responsible for, it cannot rely on manual data collection or bookkeeping alone. Objective: Designing the Development of GIS (Geographic Information System) Distribution for the Implementation of Triple Elimination of Pregnant Women at the Kramatjati Community Health Center. Research Method: This type of research uses quantitative research, using a Research and Development (R&D) research design. The research period is March 2024 at the Kramatjati Community Health Center. With a total population of 16 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The analysis used is univariate analysis using frequency distribution. Research Results: Based on the SUS (System Usability Scale), the SUS score was 77.3. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Acceptability Range results are declared Acceptable, Grade Scale: C, Adjective Rating is declared Excellent, and Percentiles are in the Good category. Conclusion: The results of system testing to determine the usefulness of GIS development in analyzing the distribution of Triple Elimination implementation for pregnant women at the Kramatjati Community Health Center using the (SUS) method resulted in an average score of 77.3 in the Good category. The results of the feasibility test from 16 respondents showed that 10 people (62.5%) stated that they were quite feasible. Suggestion: It is hoped that it can be developed in further research by designing and integrating it into advanced systems, or by adding variables or additional data analysis.

Abstract

The high cases of mortality and mental disorders during the COVID-19 pandemic have led to a phenomenon of health information-seeking behavior as an effort to maintain quality of life. This study aims to examine the patterns, differences, and relationships between searches for mental health information and physical activity information in Indonesia over the past 85 months (January 2018–January 2025). A cross-sectional study design with descriptive statistical tests, Kruskal-Wallis, and Spearman rank correlation was applied to analyze Google Relative Search Volume (RSV) data from various search terms in the categories of mental health (stress, anxiety, depression) and physical activity (running, weight training, boxing, camping). The results indicate that public interest in mental health information and physical activity information has increased based on the average RSV during the COVID-19 pandemic, except for boxing information. The Kruskal-Wallis test revealed significant differences in RSV between the search terms tested (p<0.05), with ‘anxiety’ (rank sum=36503) and ‘stress’ (rank sum=35288) being the most popular search terms over the past 85 months. Meanwhile, the Spearman rank test showed a significant positive correlation (p<0.05) between all mental health-related search terms (stress, anxiety, and depression) and the search term 'running' with a moderate correlation, as well as 'weight training' with a moderate to strong correlation. This study contributes to understanding the high public interest in mental health issues, which is connected to the search for information on running and weight training as potential therapies practiced by the public

Abstract

DJAMALUDDIN, I., INDRAYANI, P., MITANI, Y., TAGANE, S. & YAHARA, T. 2015. Geographic Information System (GIS) web server for biodiversity information system. Reinwardtia 14 (2): 249 - 258. - Ecological protection strategies, designed by sharing information and integrating data, play an important role in defining interconnections and interdependencies in research as well as in increasing global awareness. The Geographic Information System (GIS) web server is one technology solution to improve the interoperability and sharing between the biodiversity databases of an organization and the databases of other research groups. In this paper, a database system integration framework based on GIS technology and a GIS server system using the latest cloud-based technology have been developed to incorporate biodiversity databases in Asian region. A GIS server is a GIS web platform integrating multiple geodatabases and provides data display and query, allowing users to apply internet browsers to manipulate the functions and query the data, etc. To demonstrate the effectiveness of a GIS web server, plant biodiversity survey dataset of Mt. Gede Pangrango, West Java in Indonesia, was given as a case study for development and utilization of biodiversity information system in Asian region.

Abstract

Background of the study: Improving the quality of education and research in higher education institutions requires a deep understanding of the different information needs of students, lecturers, and educational staff. Lecturers need information to fulfill their learning materials and support their performance. Students need reading material to support their lectures. Educational staff have information needs to complete the work tasks they are responsible for. Purpose: This research aims to conduct an analysis of scientific information needs at the Gunung Maria Tomohon College of Health Science. Methods: Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique chosen was Non-Probability Sampling, determining informants using purposive sampling, namely 8 leaders including lectures, 1 educational staff, and 3 students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles Huberman Model, namely data reduction, data display, data verification and drawing conclusions. Finding: The research results show that lecturers need resources such as text books, scientific journals, lecture materials, the latest information, access to scientific journals and other literature to support the teaching process, research and produce scientific publications. Educational staff need information related to academic administration, class schedules, student services, literature that supports skills development, and seminar information. Students need a collection of printed books, journals and other materials to support completing coursework, and easy access to digital resources and research to support writing their final assignments. The need for scientific information cannot be fully provided by libraries, academics still need internet access to Google Scholar and other institutional databases. Conclusion:The need for the Gunung Maria Tomohon Library to provide an e_repository information system to collect local content collections for academics and provide e_repository services to meet the scientific information needs of lecturers, education staff and students.  Keywords: Scientific Information Needs; Local Content; Higher Education   Informasi Ilmiah Sekolah Tinggi: Analisis Kebutuhan Informasi Ilmiah Akademisi Stikes Gunung Maria ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Perbedaan kebutuhan informasi antara mahasiswa, lecturers, dan tenaga kependidikan perlu pemahaman khusus dalam upaya peningkatan aspek kualitas pengajaran dan penelitian di pendidikan tinggi.
