Abstract

The application of e-government for agencies from the basic level, sub-district, aims to create single-united data to be accessed from sub-district to district and even national. Then, human resources capability in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) literacy is also essential to maximize the application of e-government. However, the implementation of egovernment in Purbalingga has not been carried out optimally due to the lack of use of computers and the Internet by village officials. The research aims to measure the level of ICT literacy of village officials and the correlation between computer literacy and Internet literacy. The research is a quantitative study using a survey method with the People Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM) concept. Around 108 village officials in Purbalingga are involved in the research. The results show that ICT literacy is still at level 2. It implies that the village officials use computers and the Internet many times with the same usage pattern to assist their jobs. In addition, the correlation between computer literacy and Internet literacy is positive and strong. It means that if computer literacy increases, Internet literacy will also increase. Therefore, it is concluded that village officials in Purbalingga are accustomed to doing daily activities using computers and the Internet with the same usage pattern.

Abstract

Assessment of road conditions using the SDI method and inventoried in the GIS in Klungkung Regency is carried out on the Jl. Gn Agung, Jl. Gn Rinjani, Jl. Gn Batukaru, Jl. Gn Semeru, and Jl. Gn Batur. Selection of district roads used by roads in the city of Semarapura which is the center of travel in Klungkung district should get more attention through road handling. In addition, the sections used are roads that visually have road damage. This research was conducted because there are still damaged roads that must be treated quickly. This study aims to analyze road conditions, analyze road handling types and inventory road conditions in a GIS map. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a survey of road conditions by measuring road damage, while secondary data was obtained from the Bina Marga section of the PUPRPKP Office of Klungkung Regency, namely, SK Klungkung regency roads, Klungkung regency road maps and Klungkung district road baseline data. The stages of research analysis were identification of road damage by measuring, data recapitulation by processing survey results, data analysis using the SDI method and inventorying in a GIS map. The results of the assessment for the Jl. Gn Agung is in moderate condition 0.416 km and slightly damaged condition is 0.300 km. Jl. Gn Rinjani, 0.277 km is slightly damaged. Jl. Gn Batukaru is slightly damaged by 0.119 km. Jl. Gn Semeru is slightly damaged by 0.288 km. Jl. Gn Batur condition is slightly damaged 0.546 km. For the type of handling carried out Jl. Gn Agung periodic maintenance and routine maintenance, Jl. Gn Rinjani, Jl. Gn Batukaru, Jl. Gn Semeru and Jl. Gn Batur is regular maintenance. Inventory of road condition data and basic road data of Klungkung district using GIS provides an overview of road conditions in the form of a road network map so as to provide convenience in monitoring road conditions and determining the type of handling. This research can be used as a reference in determining the type of handling of district roads in Klungkung district.

Abstract

The construction of an efficient mathematics classroom in primary school requires us to use various technical means and advanced design concepts comprehensively. The most important thing is to fully tap and release the inner potential of students through the use of these comprehensive technical means so that students can master knowledge more accurately and efficiently and learn and apply it flexibly. In real life, think about some practical problems with mathematical thinking and mode to carry out creative solutions for a problem. Abstract

: Pembelajaran tematik merupakan pembelajaran yang mengkaitkan antara pelajaran yang satu dengan mata pelajaran lainnya. Terutama di SD Negeri 02 Cisampih yang masih kurang optimal dalam mempersiapkan kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, terlebih sekarang ini masih pada situasi pandemi covid-19 yang membatasi jumlah siswa untuk belajar secara langsung di sekolah. Buku Pintar menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk memberikan pemahaman serta menumbuhkan semangat dan motivasi kepada siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan Buku Pintar, untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dilakukan uji validitas media pembelajaran berupa Buku Pintar dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap buku pintar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 02 Cisampih dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas V pada uji coba terbatas yaitu 19 siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada model research and development (R&D). Model ini terdiri dari 10 tahap yaitu; (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan informasi, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba pemakaian, (9) revisi produk tahap akhir, (10) produksi massal. Penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap 6 yaitu uji coba produk. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar angket untuk validasi media dengan presentase 86.5% ahli materi dengan presentase 89.5% ahli pendidikan dengan presentase 86.5% dan lembar angket respon siswa sebesar 84%. Berdasarkan analisis validasi data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas Buku Pintar yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil respon siswa terhadap Buku Pintar termasuk kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

In this paper, we explored how information on the cost of misprediction can be used to train supervised learners for multi-target prediction (MTP). In particular, our work uses depression, anxiety and stress severity level prediction as the case study. MTP describes proposals which results require the concurrent prediction of multiple targets. There is an increasing number of practical applications that involve MTP. They include global weather forecasting, social network users’ interaction and the thriving of different species in a single habitat. Recent work in MTP suggests the utilization of “side information” to improve prediction performance. Side information has been used in other areas, such as recommender systems, information retrieval and computer vision. Existing side information includes matrices, rules, feature representations, etc. In this work, we review very recent work on MTP with side information and propose the use of knowledge on the cost of incorrect prediction as side information. We apply this notion in predicting depression, anxiety and stress of 270,322 anonymous respondents to the DASS-21 psychometric scale in Malaysia. Predicting depression, anxiety and stress based on the DASS-21 fit an MTP problem. Often, a patient experiences anxiety as well as depression at the same time. This is not unusual since it has been discovered that both tend to co-exist at different degrees depending on a patient’s experience. By using existing machine learning algorithms to predict the severity levels of each category (i.e., depression, anxiety and stress), the result shows improved precision with the use of cost matrix as side information in MTP.

Abstract

This paper proposes a result of an investigation of a topical problem and the development of models for efficient coding in information networks based on codes with a low density of parity check. The main advantage of the technique is the presented recommendations for choosing a signal-code construction is carried out taking into account the code rate and the number of iterations decoding for envisaging the defined noise immunity indices. The noise immunity of signal-code constructions based on low-density codes has been increased by combining them with multi position digital modulation. This solution eventually allowed to develop a strategy for decoder designing of such codes and to optimize the code structure for a specific information network. To test the effectiveness of the proposed method, MATLAB simulations are carried out under for various Information channels binary symmetric channel (BSC), a channel with additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN), binary asymmetric channel (BAC), asymmetric channel Z type. In addition, different code rates were used during the experiment. The study of signal-code constructions with differential modulation is presented. The efficiency of different decoding algorithms is investigated. The advantage of the obtained results over the known ones consists in determining the maximum noise immunity for the proposed codes. The energy gain was on the order of 6 dB, and an increase in the number of decoding iterations from 3 to 10 leads to a gain in coding energy of 5 dB. Envisaged that the results obtained can be very useful in the development of practical coding schemes in 5G networks.

Abstract

Technological developments in the digital world in this millennial era have an impact on the continued development of learning models in educational institutions, one of the learning models that can be an alternative is TPACK integrating learning with digital computer technology so that students are expected to be more innovative and in carrying out the learning process during the covid pandemic. 19. This research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. In the 21st century, teachers need to understand and have Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) competencies. TPACK is a theoretical framework for designing learning models by integrating three main aspects, namely technology, pedagogy, and content. This model has three equally important intersections, namely the intersection between bodies of knowledge expressed as PCK (pedagogical content knowledge), TCK (technological content knowledge), TPK (technological pedagogical knowledge), and TPACK (technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge)

Abstract

Land suitability is one aspect that determines the success of vannamei shrimp cultivation in coastal pond areas. Cultivation of vannamei shrimp in ponds has a spatial component as well as differences in the biophysical and socio-economic characteristics of each location. Many ponds that are intensively managed have not taken advantage of the advantages of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) in selecting locations and managing vannamei shrimp culture, which is important to do to avoid business failure. This study used a survey method to collect data on water quality parameters (acidity / pH, temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen / DO, nitrate, and phosphate). Analysis of land suitability for vannamei shrimp cultivation in ponds using the scoring method, each water quality parameter is weighted and a score is then divided into 4 land suitability classes, namely classes S1 (Very Suitable), S2 (Sufficiently Suitable), S3 (Conditional Appropriate), and N (Unsuitable). The results showed that the vannamei shrimp pond land suitability map produced a thematic map of the suitability of the vannamei shrimp pond land which had a total area of 13.65 ha of vannamei shrimp and had 4 levels of suitability, namely very suitable class (S1) with an area of 3.96 ha, a class that appropriate (S2) has an area of 7.8 ha, a moderately suitable class (S3) has an area of 0.85 ha, and an unsuitable class (N) has an area of 1.04 ha.Keywords: Litopenaeus vannamei; Water quality; Land Suitability; Geographical Information SystemsAbstrakKesesuaian lahan merupakan salah satu aspek yang menentukan keberhasilan kegiatan budidaya udang vannamei di wilayah tambak pesisir. Budidaya udang vannamei di tambak memiliki komponen keruangan serta perbedaan karakteristik biofisik dan social ekonomi dari setiap lokasi. Banyak tambak yang dikelola secara intensif belum memanfaatkan kelebihan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dalam melakukan pemilihan lokasi dan pengelolaan budidaya udang vannamei, dimana hal tersebut penting dilakukan untuk menghindari kegagalan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei untuk pengambilan data parameter kualitas air (keasaman/pH, suhu, salinitas, oksigen terlarut/DO, nitrat, dan fosfat). Analisis kesesuaian lahan budidaya udang vannamei di tambak menggunakan metode skoring, parameter kualitas air masing-masing diberi bobot dan skor yang kemudian dibedakan menjadi 4 kelas kesesuaian lahan yaitu kelas S1 (Sangat Sesuai), S2 (Cukup Sesuai), S3 (Sesuai Bersyarat), dan N (Tidak Sesuai). Hasil penelitian didapatkan peta kesesuaian lahan tambak udang vannamei menghasilkan peta tematik kesesuaian lahan tambak udang vannamei memiliki total luas tambak udang vannamei seluas 13,65 Ha serta memiliki 4 tingkat kesesuaian yaitu kelas sangat sesuai (S1) dengan luasan sebesar 3,96 Ha, kelas yang sesuai (S2) memiliki luasan sebesar 7,8 Ha, kelas yang cukup sesuai (S3) memiliki luasan sebesar 0,85 Ha, dan kelas yang tidak sesuai (N) memiliki luasan sebesar 1,04 Ha.Kata Kunci: Litopenaeus vannamei, Kualitas Perairan; Analisa Kesesuaian; Sistem Informasi Geografis

Abstract

This study aims to describe the proper online lecture practice during the pandemic Covid-19 in the Department of Library Science of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This study uses a mixed-method approach (quantitative and qualitative). 92 students as the respondents filled out online questionnaires about their proper online learning. Not only filling in a quantitative questionnaire, these respondents were also given to provide reasons for each filled answer. Online learning in the Department of Library Science of UIN Sunan Kalijaga has been conducted since March 2020. The implementation uses different applications for each lecturer. Some of the most widely used applications are Whatsapp, Google Classroom, eLearning UIN Sunan Kalijaga, online meeting applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex, Youtube, and podcast applications such as Anchor and Spotify. Evaluation of online learning using the principle of inclusiveness is necessary.

Abstract

Instagram is one of the social media that is used massively to disseminate information, particularly regarding cultural information. This paper describes a model for disseminating cultural information using social media Instagram. The research was conducted at the Paniradya Kaistimewan of DIY. The data were collected through three techniques, namely participatory observation, interviews, and literature study. Participation observations were carried out by the first author through internship program for three months in 2020 and actively participated in document management activities as well as disseminating management results in the form of information through Instagram. The result of this research is the cultural information dissemination model used by Paniradya Kaistimewan Yogyakarta of DIY with transmissional communication formula model. The conclusion of the research is that dissemination through Paniradya Kaistimewan of DIY's Instagram can increase the brand trust of Paniradya Kaistimewan DIY. This is proven by public opinion that Paniradya Kaistimewan of DIY is a source of public reference for the privileged values of DIY.
