Abstract

The Directorate General of Taxation has the authority to collect data and information related to taxation from agencies, institutions, associations, and other parties (ILAP) through Government Regulation No. 31 of 2012. Data and information collected from the ILAP, including transaction, identity, licensing, and non-transactional data, are used to build tax databases and explore potential taxation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of data and information collected in the context of taxation and investigate the factors that support and inhibit the implementation by using the variable implementation of the hybrid policy model. This work is qualitative research with a post-positivist approach. Data collection was done by conducting in-depth interviews and literature reviews. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, presentation, conclusions, and verification. The study showed that the implementation of data collection and information related to taxation has helped the Directorate General of Taxation build a tax database and taxpayer profile. However, there are still obstacles, such as the unavailability of an information system to monitor data use and barriers in incomplete data received. The inhibiting factors affecting implementation are the non-target setting of policy objectives and standards, lack of resources, and inadequate communication and coordination. The factors that support the implementation of this policy are the high motivation of policy implementers, the active role of policy implementers, and the adaptability of implementers.

Abstract

Public information is one of the government's efforts to provide public information regarding their performance and activities. However, even some regulations guide them, practice in public information management has not been optimal considering the information risks and threats, such as disclosing inappropriate information. For this reason, the literature study seeks to explore some efforts that can be made in information management, especially in Indonesia. This qualitative study tries to categorize and describe the management of public information in risk management and public information security in terms of technological management, process management, and human resource management. Technological management is expected to have an information system capable of providing a sense of security from threats, both malware and in building an effective system. Process management includes procedures, auditing, and a holistic approach to realizing effective public information management. Finally, human resource management emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of agents through training and leadership to act not only as a leader but also as a navigator and a translator of public information management. This study proposes a conceptual model based on those themes to minimize the effects of risks and threats on public information. Limitations and suggestions for future research are also discussed.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and description of student learning activity before and after the use of information and communication technology (ICT) learning media in Pannara Makassar Elementary School. Data collection techniques used observation sheets (observations), questionnaires (questionnaires), and documentation. The population is all fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pannara Makassar. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning media was well implemented. Based on the results and implementation. Student learning activity in learning before using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning media (freetest) in the experimental group in the low category 24.00%, the medium category 20.00%, the high category 56.00% and in the very high category 24.00% and the control group in the low category was 32.00%, the medium category was 40.00%, the high category was 28.00%, and the very high category was 24.00%. After being treated with the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning media, there was an increase in student learning activity in the experimental group with low 0.00%, medium 12.00%, high 32.00%, and very high 56.00% categories. While the control group is in the low category of 0.00%, moderate 20.00%, high 56.00%, and very high 24.00%. From these acquisitions, the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) learning media has an effect on the learning activities of Pannara Makassar Elementary School students.

Abstract

The development of information technology has become a necessity for every company, one of which is the optimization of inventory planning. The joint warehouse owned by the Chickenpedia Restaurant which has to supply various types of raw materials to the three restaurant branches often experiences stock outs and has to make emergency orders resulting in losses. For this reason, it is necessary to control the inventory of raw materials in the shared warehouse so that stock outs can be overcome and losses that arise can be minimized. One of them is by using the Continuous Review method. By using this method, the optimal order quantity and reorder point will be obtained. The weakness is iterative calculation and monitoring of raw material stock manually. For this reason, it is necessary to support an information system to speed up and make it easier to calculate when to place an order and how many orders of raw materials to suppliers so as to reduce the occurrence of running out of raw materials. The Information System can also monitor the stock of raw materials every day in real time based on the number of incoming and outgoing goods that enter the application.

Abstract

In construction, claims are usually a request for additional time, cost, or quality of work. A dispute will occur If the claim is not resolved correctly. In industrial revolution 4.0, we can use the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method to increase efficiency. BIM is a digital display containing all information about building elements integrated with the building's life cycle period. BIM will accelerate and reduce risks in construction, including the impact of claims. In Indonesia, several consultants/contractors have been implemented BIM in construction projects. This research aims to determine the effect of using 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM in construction projects for reducing claims to service providers as seen from the indicators on BIM 3D, 4D, 5D BIM. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a Q-method approach using closed survey research instruments to 37 contractor/consultant respondents who use BIM. The results obtained from the 3D BIM 4 indicators affect the reduction of claims. The 4D BIM indicator has two hands that affect the decrease in claims. The 5D BIM indicators all involve reducing claims.
